I want to share my personal experience with Albina Dyla. I visited their store to buy a dress as a wedding guest. I chose a dress, but their store didn’t have as many models as they show on their website, and most of their sizes were XS/S. They had a black, long-sleeved dress on display, decorated with beads on the shoulders and a high slit. However, the model was too small for me, so we agreed that they would make it according to my measurements. Of course, I paid the full price for the dress.
I went to their store one month before the wedding, but they had no organization or communication with me. I contacted them on Viber a week before my visit to Kosovo to pick up my dress on Thursday, as the wedding was on Saturday. They assured me that the dress would be ready. At first, they didn’t even reply to my message, and only after several attempts did they finally respond.
However, when I arrived on Thursday, they told me to wait because they still had to finish some details. I waited in their store from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, only to find out that they had completely forgotten to make my dress! When they finally gave me something, it looked nothing like the one I ordered.
My boyfriend and another couple were with me, and they witnessed their unprofessionalism. The staff told me they could make the correct dress by Saturday morning and send it via cargo to Skopje, even though I don’t live there. They expected me to organize transport to my city. I told them, “How can I trust you to finish it by Saturday when you had an entire month and still failed? Plus, I can’t pick it up on Saturday because I’ll be at the wedding all day!”
Their employees stayed until midnight trying to finish the dress, but obviously, it was impossible to make it in just six hours. Meanwhile, their husbands were waiting outside in their cars to pick them up from work. They insisted that the dress was the same one I ordered, but when I compared both dresses, it was clear that this was just a cheap knockoff from AliExpress. I refused to take it because I wasn’t going to pay €750 for that.
They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that I needed to talk to their manager in the morning. But I hadn’t planned to stay overnight, and I had already driven six hours for nothing!
In the end, I had no choice but to take the display dress, which wasn’t even my size. They also gave me some extra fabric and told me to take it to a tailor in my country to have it adjusted. I took it, but since I only had Friday left, no tailor could fix it in time.
In the end, I never wore the dress and wasted my money without getting what I paid for.
