The quality of the bike was bad! I complained that my battery charger was cut in half, and my headlight wire was cut on half! I paid a 1000 dollars for this piece of crap, there after sales leaves alot to be desired! They are gonna do anything not to fix it! Trust me find another retailer! You have been warned!!

Happy to have a quick reply, that alone adds a couple of stars, but still couldn’t fix my issue (rear rack not lining up with the screws) but still can’t figure it out. Hopefully I can get another reply soon.

This is my first ebike . The company does seem to try to help with the issues I've had . Keep in mind your dealing over seas . Programming the controller and how different settings will affect the bikes performance are not clear from the book . The bike is built like a tank . As a tank it is also heavy . It is also tall and hard to get on for older people. Andsky has other options that may be a better choice than the Apex 50 for older individuals.

Got it! Sometimes during shipping, parts like the rear rack can shift slightly. We recommend having two people help — one can firmly press the rack into the correct position while the other quickly screws it in. That usually solves the issue. Great product! I own the Apex 50. I love the bike super fun and built well. Most importantly the company stands behind their product! I've had to order a dashboard I damaged and didn't find out how and they assisted me. Great company and great people.

Apex 50 was my very first E-bike

Apex 50 was my very first E-bike
I can honestly say I’m HOOKED
The 1000 watt dual motors are powerful and so far reliable and have been nothing but FUN
I have over 250 miles on it so far w no problems no complaints!!!
Didn’t like the handle bars that came w it and service sent me a set that made all the difference
And now it’s much better!!!!

I’ve only had the bike a couple of weeks but so far it has performed as advertised. I use to hunt in hilly country so I’m impressed with how quiet it is as well as its hill climbing ability. Can’t beat the price.

Hopeful.

On 222 25 I received the brand new blue bike the box was perfect, it took us 45 minutes to take it apart and remove the bicycle and get it into the work area. It didn't take long before I noticed that the front wheel was damaged due to the play when it was all together I tried it the wheel jumped up and down violently and I instantly turned it off code 30 was flashing. Today's date is March 3rd 2025 I have yet wridten this bike luckily it's pretty cold today and I don't mind so much but still. I have already talked to your sales office and after some doing we came to a meeting of the minds and as per Emily it's on its way a brand new replacement part oh and by the way in blue. Now all I have to do is contact the sales office once again and pick their minds on how to reboot the computer out of error 30 and hopefully discover what schedule 1is. Thanks. The
