Great quality e-bikes that utilize excellent components, and the fit and finish is fantastic. But most importantly, their US based customer service is top notch! When you call, they answer and are eager to resolve any issue. Nick from customer service was fantastic at resolving a minor issue with one of our bikes. We purchased two Sinch 2.5 ebikes and could not be more pleased.

Speedy delivery, really appreciated that! Packaged super well too. However, the packing box says “Aventon” on it and I’m worried about theft if people saw it was an electric bike company. Would appreciate more discrete packaging.

Love my Aventon Level 2 Bike. Also like how the company stands behind its warranty. When my battery failed to take a charge after 10 months of ownership, the company sent me a new one, within the week. 5 stars for sure. I recommend this bike for the quality, ride and outstanding customer service!

Great customer service. Kept me well informed with shipping updates. The only thing I would like is lower shipping rates. They're pretty pricey you're when you're buying inexpensive parts.

Second Bike

I recently purchased the Aventon Abound, just to take my grandkids on rides lol. I really like how my new bike has been updated and easier to assemble right out of the box. The instructions are precise and clear. This is my second bike and I'm NOT disappointed!

Timely delivery

Timely delivery, packaged well and was easy to assemble. Only issues were a one front fender bolt was put on with lock tight and difficult to remove. Stripped out and needed th be replaced. Rear fender also had a small smudge from packaging. Overall a great bike.

Very happy with my bike

Very happy with my bike. I got a free battery but I waited 6 weeks and didn't receive. I called the shop and they looked into it and apologized. I got it 3 days later. I guess it was a technical error.

Great hardtail Emtb.

Bicycle arrived two days after I ordered. I had previously bought my Daughter a small Ramblas, so I thought I would also get the same bike. I also have a Diamond back E gravel bike. The Bosch powered bike is class 2, so it will top out at a higher speed. In spite of that I love the Ramblas. 20 mph is fine for off-road riding and to be honest at the ripe old age of 67 this is plenty fast on road too. I can go as fast as I want down hills! I prefer to get off the road as fast as possible anyway. I have logged about 22 miles so far, and this is great fun. Highly recommend this one. I have a small fleet of normal bikes, Mountain, gravel etc. This biggest problem I see is that torquey little motor is very addicting, it makes it hard to jump back on my analog bikes. What a horrible 1st world problem to have;)

Bike arrived damaged

Bike arrived damaged. Called customer service who responded promptly and sent me replacement part (front brake lever). After a week, the part arrived and after more back & forth with customer service, they confirmed it is the wrong part and they will again ship me a brake lever. As I have been unable to use the bike while waiting for parts, I asked for the part to be expedited and was told that is not an option.

This is not my first Aventon bike, but first time that it is taking so many calls to customer service to attempt to get a fully working bike.

Torn boxes, dirty and no instructions- but work.

The two Aventon Suspension Seatpost boxes came opened, smashed, torn and dirty. That made me wonder how good the product was going to be. There is also no instruction by Aventon online on how to install and the paper instructions just show a diagram of parts. Very disappointing for almost $275. After I figured out installation they seem to work great. Went online to watch a review of the product by someone who did it.

Originally after providing your sales person Shamika the serial number year and model of my two e-bikes I was sent two batteries that are not compatible thus numerous contacts with Nick a customer service representative he gave me the wrong technical information and sent me two parts of the same battery terminal assemblies that are the original ones on my two e bikes. My bikes have a 48 V which Aventon not longer carries or supports and upon making a very expensive purchase for two batteries I am now stuck with to batteries that do not work. I am totally frustrated with your level of support and customer service and feel betrayed.

Step Through for 5'2"

Just got my Aventure 2 Standard size. I'm 5'2" and had the regular...it was too tall so I bought the Step Through instead. Much better for my height.
