I needed my dress for a vacation unfortunately it is a preorder and will not make it in time, however June was so sweet and helpful and things worked out. I also received the other part of my order very fast. I feel satisfied that they value me as a customer. I can’t wait to use the dress for my next vacation. Contrary their shipping terms and conditions there is a custom fee within the EU. 'please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the european union'.

I ordered a bathing suits weeks ago, and received no update about shipment. Two weeks later, I reached out for an update... They told me it was out of stock! So they took my money and were just not going to tell me it was out of stock?? I had to reach out? That's horrible business practice. Needless to say, I requested a refund, and will never shop with this company again. Definitely feels like a scam considering all the reviews I see online are sponsored, and they hide all their negative comments under their videos so people can't see them. It says a lot about the company that the only content that exists about them are sponsored users. You really have to pay people or give them free products for them to praise you?? Also, the shipping is outside of the US, and I didn't see that anywhere on the website, so my bank charged me an international transaction fee I can't get back.

This went beyond my expectations! Everything was set up when I got there on location. Everything was set up as planned, I didn't have to do anything. I just showed up and didn't have to worry about breaking anything down! Christian was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again when I come back to vacation. Thank you Christian!
