Bike was shipped with a paint defect in the frame tube which was not a result from shipping. IBK negotiated a small discount in return for this defect. With less than 50 miles of riding the main pivot bolt unthreaded on my son while riding leading to a major safety concern. Response from IBK was that I should have checked the torque specs on each bolt on the bike before riding although they did not ship the bike with instructions that this was a requirement nor did they provide the OEM torque specs by bolt. Because the bike was ridden they voided their return policy despite the fact the threads were compromised. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a new bike from IBK due to quality or any products due to their unwillingness to uphold policy.

I purchased a brand-new bike and was shocked when the internal seat post clamp broke after only the third use. This is a critical component, and its failure so quickly points to very poor quality. I contacted customer service immediately and provided detailed photos of both the broken clamp and the intact part. Despite this, they still asked me to confirm which part was broken—something I had already clearly documented. This caused unnecessary delays. It’s now been several days, and I still haven’t received the replacement part. This clamp isn’t something I can find or buy elsewhere, so I’ve been left with an unusable bike and no meaningful help. For a new product, this is unacceptable. Reading through the other reviews, it’s clear my experience is not unique. I regret not checking Trustpilot beforehand.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Sold the “ you can pick it up on the to Burning man” - didn’t have the bike I bought -didn’t the accessories I paid for- didn’t have “time “ to assemble even though I paid for it and had to assemble myself - wouldn’t call back- wouldn’t reimburse- followed up multiple times and had to deal with credit card company - BUYER BEWARE

Very disrespectful company, not even the manuals correspond to the products they sell. I contacted support, I they were unable to help me with the proper instructions. ANd that is a top of the line Fox product. Avoid SRAM.

I don’t think you are understanding the fact that you sent me a damaged bike. I paid thousands of dollars for something that is damaged and not working. How would you feel? Just put yourself in the customers shoes for a second and let me know how you would feel if you are a 14 yr old boy, who saved his money for 14 years and finally decided to spend it aaalll on an e bike that he’s been wanting for a while. Then you get it and see that it’s damaged and doesn’t work properly. So now you finally have the bike you have been wanting but you can’t ride it. I can tell you don’t have kids. No sympathy. No apology for sending us damaged merchandise. Just a Measly $50 if I send you a receipt. It’s disgusting honestly. I actually heard Luna has crappy customer service and still decided to give you guys a shot because my son was begging me so I gave in but now this might actually be the biggest regret of my life. Congrats! You guys won 🥇 No need to respond. Im done. Karma
