Had an issue with a single pedal that wasn't rotating correctly. Biky sent along a free replacement set of pedals and included a free pair of gloves as an apology. Quick, responsive, understanding--you couldn't ask for better customer service in 2025.

Absolutely magical! My 5yo daughter took her very first ride the same day we received the package and it was perfect. We had tried other bikes before, but they only caused her stress. Biky made all the difference. It’s hands down the best bike you can buy for your kids.

Perfect bike for small child…
Perfect bike for our very small 4 year old (under 5% for size) . Shipping took about 1.5 weeks if I remember correctly. Not 2-3 days like it’s listed. But overall the bike is perfect and I highly recommend it.

Really great bikes and Company
This company is really great, the bikes are actually very well put together, with alot of care taken into account to make the bike super easy for kids to ride. Which I appreciate because my son has been having a hard tie with other kids bikes that were much heavier and did not have a good center of gravity for a smaller child. The customer service here is also really high, they respond quickly with any issues you have and try their hardest to fix anything if you have any concerns. I would recommend this bike over other similar competitors.
