The process was smooth and transparent! I input the details about my car, received a quote, towing company sent me contact information to set up a delivery date and timeframe for 2 days later. The day of pickup, I received a call letting me know that they were still coming and another call 30 minutes out., The driver came reviewed my title and ID, pulled my license plate for me and paid me the EXACT amount that I was quoted! Hitched my car and that was it!🥰

Kind of disorganized. We came to the location to drop off and the receptionist said I needed to call to set up the process and they couldn't do it in person, and gave me a bad phone number to sign up for some medical device? Then when I googled the right number, they got me set up with an offer but couldn't tell me where I should go to drop off the car. So we ended up dropping it off in the wrong spot. Everything finally got sorted, but everyone there seemed confused and couldn't give me any solid instructions

First I gabe two stars because I’ve had the car for 2 years with few issues,alternator being the biggest,fast forward attempt to refinance through my bank and the car is 6,000 negative equity and was told by my bank that many customers have same issue with drive time,don’t do it they also quote you a price for every two weeks so you think you paying $260 it will be double that,I’ve been paying for two years and all the money has gone to interest minus $800 hope this help someone,Loan shark car company,I would rather take the bus and work on my credit Never never never again.

I was wary about these kinds of services but it all turned out well in the end! The only snag I hit was at the very beginning of the process. I was looking at different sites/companies to sell my damaged car and get the highest offer available, but as I was dealing with the aftermath of the accident, it took a while for me to settle on CarBrain and accept their offer. Once I did, I didn’t hear back from them for around a couple weeks. I eventually noticed their offer was “expired”, although there was no note of that when I accepted their offer or after. However, once I reached out to CarBrain over email, I immediately got a response and text message from Edmar and we got things moved along. They did lower the price for some reason but it was negligible (only $20 difference) and was still the highest offer I could find compared to others. Once that was squared away, I contacted the tow company, sent proof of ownership, scheduled them to come out, and they came out during the scheduled time with a phone call to give me a heads up beforehand. They gave me the check, had me fill out the DMV paperwork, and gave me a number to call for any questions. Edmar also followed up after the pickup to confirm everything worked out, and offered to send the bill of sale to me so that I could release liability of the car through the DMV. All in all, it all worked out pretty much as hoped, with a few details to work out in between but nothing too complicated. Edmar was very helpful and responsive and I’d say I had a good experience using CarBrain and the towing company they work with.
