Only negative is after the bike was delivered I sent support an email asking if the tires were tubed, or tubeless. Never received an answer.
This was my second purchase from cycle limited. Once again I was able to attain a lot of information about the bike before the purchase. The price was competitive and delivered across the country in 5 days. I assembled the bike out of the box in less than an hour. More techinical support was available after the purchase. I am telling all my friends about this place for buying gently used bikes.

The photos on the site were detailed enough to represent the condition of the bike. Also the listing covered all of the components on the bike so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Bike arrived damage free, however the staples on the bottom of the box had broken free. Also the small piece that installs near the seat post was out of the bag it was shipped in and was lying on the bottom of the box.
I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought a couple of items from this site. Typically, this item comes with a fastener, but the ones from Cycle Limited didn't and this was not specified in the description (which other merchants typically do).
I'm now stuck paying their restocking fee to return the items, which is their policy even when the items are not as described. Do not recommend.

Super fast shipping and packaged well. Bike was missing a part which affected use of front brake…required maintenance to work properly. Customer service did follow up and were empathetic for the missing part.
