I ordered two dresses. Both dresses are way off on their size both dresses have the cheapest material I have seen in a long time like it came from a five and dime store. If I want to return it, I have to pay the shipping then they will refund me only the amount less any shipping that they charged me from the original it’s really not even worth it for me to return it. I’m gonna donate this to a thrift store and chalk it up to not ordering anything online on Facebook that comes from China again

Emporium Allure shoes looks good on pictures. Once received, don’t fit, cheap fabric on shoe and loose on top.
Contacted company for 30 day return which they advertise. No refund because they mark e
verything as sale price, lol! Offered a store credit, what a joke. I have to donate these cheap shoes that I thought came from Illinois, but of course , another product of China. I will store shop from now on.

Do not buy from them. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed which is so far from the truth . My dress came and it is way too small. They will NOT let me return or even exchange it for a larger size - they offer 75% off another item. No Way!! Stay away ! Lesson learned hope I can save someone else’s money

I ordered two dresses

I love dressing nicely, but I don’t want to spend a fortune and this store makes it easy to find elegant well-made pieces that don’t break the bank.

Clothes that actually last

I hate when I buy something and after a few washes it’s stretched out or faded. I’ve been buying from this store for months now and every single item has held up beautifully.

Warning Do Not be deceived

Bought a Suit and two piece pant set. 2 weeks went byand I asked vendor where my purchase was. They said it was delayed. Still another 2 weeks or more went by and no product. Then I received email that my package was delivered at my door. I checked mailroom in my building first, and did not find package. I went to my apartment door, no package. I had told Emporium that due to theft to make sure package is delivered to my door not mailroom. When I did not receive the next day I contacted vendor who I had to press them to check with carrier. They after few days got a picture from carrier showing package was left on mailbox and not at my door as was stated by carrier. Therefore package was taken. They do not take responsibility. Also company is international in China. Therefore, that is why it took a month or more to get my purchase. WARNING, do not purchase from them. I have lost over $200.00. They want me to contact the local carrier to track my package. I may never get my money back. I am also going to Consumer Affair regarding the importance of vendors identifying where they are located. They do not understand customer service.
