AMAZING delivery of a FIRST QUALITY product. Do not hesitate to order from this company...I was so excited to find pure lard for all my baking needs. Just made two pies for Easter dinner yesterday and I was immediately transported back to my grandmother's pies. Flaky, crumbly, tender. You can't do any better than lard and you certainly can't do any better than grassland beef.

Been a former employee of Harris Farm I found this place very dirty and disgusting. The back of store where customers don’t see filth, with flies around and managers smoking. Management don’t care about the staff or customers. Plus the most disrespectful thing that they are open on Good Friday and Anzac Day which is slap to the face of my late Pop who fought in the war.

Have been informed that "last of order" delivered, but checking with USPS most of order has only had the notice of label prepared. Sent email about this, got told to call. Did so-twice, each time lady answering said she had someone else on hold and would call me back. Never called back. Previous order (made in response to "get $20 back), placed >$200 order, but never got the $20 back. Very poor support

I received a personal rise garden as a gift after my friend passed away. Everything was new in the box, but no receipt. The garden is so much fun and I enjoy it so much. Then the pump stopped working, so I ordered a new one. When I plugged it in the water light would still blink, so I contacted Rise Gardens to see what to do. They determined that I needed a new unit, but I didn't have proof of purchase. They sent me a new one regardless. I'm so happy. I love my water garden!

I love these nut butters but unfortunately have had mostly poor experiences with the online store. My first order attempt was said to be delivered but I didn't receive it. I wrote customer service several times but they deferred to USPS and would neither consider a reimbursement nor a replacement order. Maybe this is the norm but it surprised me from a customer experience standpoint, and seems like a missed opportunity for customer loyalty. Surprisingly I tried one more time. I did receive my second order successfully, but it arrived much later than I anticipated. When you select the shipping type online, all that's listed is the days to ship. Ground shipping was listed as 3 business days. I would not have anticipated it to take 6 business days to process before it even ships. I would prefer more transparency at check out around estimated time of arrival.

I purchased a new solar generator for my RV when I received it I realized it would not do what I wanted to do. I called customer service and explained the situation to them They promptly sent me the return authorizations. I am very impressed with this service and I highly recommend them.
