I would like to share some feedback…

I would like to share some feedback regarding the working environment in the India Testing Team, as I believe there are significant issues that need to be addressed.

Excessive Politics: The level of politics in the testing team is concerning and creates a toxic work atmosphere. This has a detrimental impact on team collaboration and morale.

Favoritism in Performance Ratings: It has come to my attention that favoritism is prevalent, particularly from our manager, Sudip Gandhi. For instance, Supriya Sabale received a rating of 5 out of 5 without clear justification, while many other employees, who have consistently delivered high-quality work and contributed significantly, received only 3 ratings. This disparity is unfair and demotivating.

Lack of Accountability: One of our team leads, Vishal, has not been in the office for three months yet continues to receive high ratings. This raises questions about accountability and oversight, especially since he is reportedly close friends with Sudip.

Disregard for Employee Well-being: The management shows a lack of concern for employees' health, expecting individuals to come to the office even when seriously ill. This adds to the toxic environment.

Limited Authority for Team Leads: It seems that team leads lack the authority to provide performance ratings, with all evaluations being centralized under Sudip. This undermines the purpose of having team leads in the first place.

Value of Talent: It appears that talent and performance do not matter as much as personal relationships. Employees who align with Sudip's preferences seem to receive better ratings and pay.

Monopoly and Nepotism: There seems to be a monopoly within the team, with many members being former colleagues from Amdocs who receive preferential treatment.

Given these observations, I would advise potential employees to reconsider joining the India Testing Team due to the pervasive micromanagement, favoritism, and toxic environment.

Thank you for considering this feedback.
