We have now bought two DK1s for our 4 and 6-year-old boys, and have been very pleased with their durability and performance.

We had an issue with the wheel of the first bike we ordered. It kept lo
sing air in the tire, and the rim became visible deformed. I contacted customer support and they promptly mailed an entirely new wheel. We haven't had any additional issues since then, and couldn't be happier with our purchases.

I bought a scooter (hiboy s2) for my son back in sept 2024, a coupleweeks ago he got an E7 error code and the scooter stopped running. I emailed customer support they gave me some troubleshooting tips. When that didn't work I sent them my receipt from best buy and they immediately sent over a new motor no questions asked. It arrived fast and the scooter is now up and running. Hiboy has amazing customer service and they've earned a customer for life with me.

They immediately sent me a return label for the s2 and sent my new s2 pro like the next day. They also gave me a waterproof bag for the inconvenience. After I took my s2 pro out the box and started riding it didn't go over 17mph and my battery was dying constantly. Hiboy walked me thru the app and now I'm zipping around everywhere. I went from being frustrated to being the happiest guy alive..THANK YOU HIBOY

My sons love their Hiboy scooters. As parents, one of the selling factors was the lighting for night time riding. Not only does Hiboy have both a headlight and taillight, but they also have deck lighting surrounding the entire deck of the scooter. Adding visibility at night for a kids was key for us.

We did end up having an issue with one of the scooters bells, but Hiboy support was able to recitify the issue in a timely matter and send us the part we needed. Additionally they sent us a step by step video in how to make the repair. It was straight forward and an easy process for us.

Defective wheel replaced quickly

We have now bought two DK1s for our 4 and 6-year-old boys, and have been very pleased with their durability and performance.

Bought a bike for my son

Bought a bike for my son. The bike came with a dent in the fork where the tire fits. I contacted them and we sent the bike back. They sent me a new bike with no issues they are great! Very helpful

Aside from both of my sons loving their…

Aside from both of my sons loving their hiboy scooters, I’m loving their support team. Since I bought refurbished scooters, I was on my own for repairs. The service folks looked at my photos, offered their advice, and offered me a discount on replacement parts. Go hiboy!

Amazing Customer Service!

My boys LOVE their scooters and the customer service is simply AMAZING. They quickly pinpointed an issue we were having with one of them and sent the correct replacement part along with a step by step How-To video. Will continue to be loyal customer!

Shout out to to Hiboy customer service

I'll have to give a shout out to the Hiboy customer service folks. I like to go on wicked rough mountain bike trails on my ve1 electric scooter and I managed to break the accelerator lever off the handlebars after one mishap.
It took three tries over the course of a few months to get the part delivered (their mail room seemed to be confused by the exacting address I needed for this part to be delivered while I was on the road), but the customer service person stayed with me each time and brushed off my offer for me to just buy the part directly from them after the first two failed deliveries left me a little embarrassed.

Bought 2 of these scooters

Bought 2 of these scooters. One for my 11 year old son to ride around d with his friends and one for my wife to ride around campus. Both scooters have worked great!! Very happy. We had one small issue with one of the scooters and the customer service was amazing. Got the issue resolved quickly.

I own three hiboys scooters

I own three hiboys scooters. Just bought two for Christmas. One of the bells broke. Super minor issue. Hiboy customer service was on it as soon as I let them know. Unfortunately the second bell broke. Again as soon as hiboy knew they sent out two complete left side levers with the built in bell. This company is great. I'll buy another one any day. I tell all my family and friends about hiboys products

Scooter is junk quality

Scooter is junk quality, goes 1 mile before battery is on 1 bar. Thats on flat ground with no wind. Battery charger melted. Your customer service is terrible and hiboy should be shut down!
