She communicated every step precisely and answered every question I had. My house was well promoted and the 2 hour open house was packed. We had multiple above asking price offers flowing in immediately. My husband and I felt uncertain about buying a home because of higher interest rates and the rising cost of living. We reached out to IDEAL Agent mostly out of curiosity, and they introduced us to a top agent with no obligation. Initially, we were skeptical, we thought , “This probably won’t work for us.”
