Your email said the order was shipped but on what payment? Last night I got an email from Cathy Deale saying she would contact me today with a new link for payment. I haven’t heard from her yet. Did Chase honor the payment even though I shut the card down?
I’m in my late 20’s and it never occurred to me to get myself a bathrobe. I never thought of it as something that would make a difference on my routine, happily proven wrong. The quality of Jacaranda’s bathrobes is unmatched. I get out of the shower and I’m comfortably wrapped and dried and cozied up immediately. No chance for the cold air to make me tense up. This is an investment for wellness!

The product is prettier than pictured. It has gotten difficult to find hand embroidered towels. Although the towels are slightly higher in price the quality of Jacaranda embroidered towels are so much more beautiful. I had a small concern and contacted customer service. I'm so sorry your package is delayed, Lawrence. Tracking is showing it is out for delivery today, I believe the USPS delays to FL addresses were caused by the hurricane disruptions.
I assure you we do not do any fake advertising or try to mislead anyone in any way. We will gladly replace the nightgown if it has gone missing in the postal system.
