When I tried to use it, wouldn't accept it and price of my two other items went up. Very difficult to use your app. Many conflicting "promotions none worked!!!
Love the preview option and easy checkout. Can't wait to receive the rings. One is for my daughter's 50th bday. The other one is for me. I always wanted a Mother's ring commemorating my son's October birthday and my daughter's May Birthday. Thank you for your affordable options!

I ordered a charm bracelet that had a charm referencing sisters. I don’t have a sister. I found after the fact, another charm that spoke to me and I reached out to Customer Service and received an immediate reply.
My order was cancelled and I was able to place another order for the charm I wanted and ordered 2 birthstone bracelets for my daughter who just had her first baby.
Gina in Customer Service was wonderful and very helpful.
This is a very meaningful order for me and I’m grateful.
My daughter’s Mother’s ring lost a stone the first time she wore it and she was devastated. The company replaced it immediately with full free shipping as well. Mint and Lily has restored my faith in customer service!

I originally purchased the cross charm birthstone bracelet back in December, unfortunately it took over 3 months (arrived late March) for it to finally arrive. There were numerous communications back and forth, excuses made and discounts offered to repurchase, for it being "lost". I've only worn the bracelet a couple times, and there's already visible fading (which they "guarantee" non-fading, quality made jewelry), the clasp doesn't fully lock so I've lost the bracelet/charms several times, this is unacceptable and unfortunately because they took so long to get bracelet to me, they claim I don't qualify for refund, replace or repair?!
