Excellent customer service, while the bike was still under warranty some parts failed to operate properly, received replacement parts ASP and an email with clear instructions on how to install and test, received call back as well to check how the new parts are functioning. Love my bike ride it daily but unfortunately one day I hit a dump and my battery fell out and slid. Now I have to use straps to hold it in place.

The Mokwheel slate rides well, easy to use and assemble. We have 2 Slates!! The battery that came with my Mokwheel was defected. I reached and they sent me a brand new battery free of charge.

The bike performs just as described in the marketing. Quality upgraded components as compared to similar bikes in the price range .
Nice powerful but smooth transitioning motor .
One caviat is you need to be at least 5'11" to ride conformable. It is a big beast of a bike . About 80lbs and unless you get the step through the taller the rider the better .
Overall great bike great value .

We really enjoy our Mokwheels! Mostly desert riding with some pavement (when we need a caffeine break at Starbucks)! Unfortunately, my pics do not upload. We run the crap out of these ebikes and they hold up well (Obsidian models, 1 yellow, 1 red and 1 red step thru, 3 total).

Good experience so far with Mok Wheel. Had a connection error but they sent a new controller unit and then a new display to fix the problem. I did have a broken mirror that they refused to replace, it was shipped fine but broke when I was installing it.

I bought Mokwheel Ebikes for my wife and I. We went on our first ride last Wednesday and it was better than I ever imagined. Our Basalt bikes performed magnificently and I can't remember seeing my wife so stoked. We're planning a longer ride this coming Friday, March 21st, and can't wait to get out again, weather permitting. It's snowing now so we have our fingers crossed.

Mokwheel e-Bikes have proven to be exceptional products. Since purchasing two units in August 2024, I have found them to exemplify both design, functionality and looks. They are powerful and provide an enjoyable long lasting riding experience comparable to driving a high-end sports car yet are available at an accessible more than reasonable price with free options not offered by any other manufacturer. Furthermore, the support team consists of highly professional and enthusiastic individuals who are remarkably responsive and understanding. In my 65 years of dealing with customer support groups, their level of service stands out as exemplary. These professionals are among the best in the market!

Just purchased the Tor Plus, shipping was good and arrived without issue. Follow up and customer service have been great. Assembly was very easy 20 min. Test ride of five miles was great. I will follow up after this weekend after a trail ride...0

I am very pleased with the support that this company has provided so far. I had an issue with the tracking of my Bike shipment and they jumped in and canceled the other order and got me my bike within a week, I don't know who's fault it was, but they were responsive and took accountability, which is assuring. The bike itself seems to be made of high-quality parts and has been a good experience so far.

Got my bikes within 4 days. Have rode them threw snow and mud. They did amazing. Have been about 30 miles on one and the other has almost 20. Haven't had a chance to try the solar panel and inverter yet.

This bike is powerful when need, offers a steady and smooth ride, is top of the line with regard to accessories, customer service, and instructions. We looked for the last year for the perfect electric bike, and finally pulled the trigger on the Mokwheel. It is top of the line and I could not be happier. I would buy it again. Highly recommend, and am super proud to be a Mokwheel rider!

RE: Brand new Basalt ST 2.0
First, my display went bad; My dealer let me borrow one, because MOKWHEEL DIDN'T SEND ONE.
Then, my interior controller, the brains of the bike, went bad. My bike now does absolutely nothing now. On Feb 7, I received a message from my dealer, forwarded from Mokwheel, stating FedEx was awaiting package. Fedex is still waiting, and so am I. There has been no action on this since Feb 7. Why?
