I was so angry that i did not check Q-Mount on trust pilot BEFORE i ordered item. So i odreder Q-MOUNT Max for my car and bike. And this is my experience with them:

- i got USED item with scra
tches all over it
- it was not Q-Mount branded, it is some cheep chineese brand Kewig. They did not even bother to put some sticker over it or some laser engrave to be like Q-Mount brand
- it is not EU built
- contacted support multiple times because of scrtatches and sign of use of item, till this day (one month and one week) noone responded

So just avoid, pay few euros more and get better product, not this company that is just reselling cheep chinese product by three time price of original

I ordered the Q-Mount Pro (non-charging) and Vibration damper, they were shipped and delivered very quickly. I thought they sent the wrong mount as I could not see how to attach the vibration damper (no instructions) but they replied to my email the next day, and I installed it no problem.
The mount is superb value for money, and I was very impressed with the support I received, would definitely buy again.

I’m a little surprised at the negative reviews. Got it quick, installed easy and had no issues. Sounds like if I needed to use customer service it might be different but overall very happy with my experience

AVOID at all costs

Terrible communication!

Terrible communication!! Got the wrong mount, but they won’t respond to my emails so that I can send it back. I’ll never buy a thing from them again!!!

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst. They don’t reply to emails. They won’t send a return label. Horrible. Shop elsewhere. Lots of plastic bike phone holders.

Lousy service /tracking/not received/ no credit

Lousy service. No response to e mail.
Tracking code states that parcel has been delivered, but it has not. It has been moved from DHL to another shipping company. Since then no trace.
Ordered 16 July and it's 7 August now.
Disappointing

Update Aug 16:
The parcel has apparently been shipped back to Q mount without informing me. Consequently I asked them to credit the amount paid. No answer since...

AVOID !!!!

Q-mount is a scam

I ordered on 04 June 2024. They provided me with tracking number on DHL, which isn't moving since 13 June 2024. Q-mount isn't responding to my emails. I also wrote a comment under their ad on Facebook that I didn't receive the package and they deleted the comment and blocked me. Do not order from them! I can provide all necessary proof of scam.

I ordered a complete set in April 2024 for 60 euros. Received an email that the vibration damper was out of stock. On June 29, 2024 still nothing received. Can't get in touch with customer service either. I should have read the reviews first. Disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered product on the 10/12/23

Ordered product on the 10/12/23, was not delivered by another rubbish company DHL and was returned to Q mount. I have sent 12 emails to them explaining that DHL did not attempt delivery or contact me, therefore I wanted a refund. I have not received a reply even though they are in breech of their terms and conditions.
Their customer service does not exist, disgusting.
Do not order from this company, in case they can be bothered to read any reviews my order was QME118113

Absolutely zero exchange

Absolutely zero exchange. I bought the POS and it didn't fit my phone. I emailed asking for an exchange and received instructions on returning it.. at my expense. I was. Encouraged by their initial response and mailed it back, following their instruction to email the tracking number. That it. I haven't heard from them again. I emailed at hello@ qmount. Com but have never received a reply and still haven't received a replacement. Don't do it. There are better companies.

NO REFUNDS

Ordered Qmount max received but was not happy that it would hold my phone sfely. Seemed very easy to knock the side button and release it. I did not go any further so it was not used at all. but NO REFUNDS.
Tried to contact Qmount but unable to get any reply.
So money wasted. I may try to sell it but I would be surprised if anyone wanted it. I don't think I would want to risk my phone falling off

This is a FRAUD company

This is a FRAUD company, They take your money and then will reply to you once in 2 months and will ignore yu forever until the time to raise a dispute with your card time period gets over. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES

Should have read the reviews here…

Should have read the reviews here before buying. Ordered charging mounts, received non-charging. Sent multiple messages and still do not have the correct mounts. TERRIBLE customer service. Buy elsewhere. Oh and the "let them know" feature doesn't work because the email listed here cannot receive e-mails.

Customer service non-responsive

Ordered a Qmount max with charging. Received one without charging. Sent several e-mails. They finally responded once saying they would send the right one. Waited a few days and sent another, asking if they sent it yet. I get an undeliverable message back. There is no phone number to call. I caution anyone cosidering buying from this company!

They offered me a return, then kept the product and my money.

It didn't fit my Motorola Moto-G Stylus phone with or without my OtterBox, (sliding out three minutes from home) and after contacting them, I was offered an upgrade to the Q-Mount Max if I paid to ship the Q-Mount Pro back. They received it almost two weeks ago. Now they have my money and their product back and so far I've had no further response. Pretty slick way of taking care of complaints.
Don't give these people your money like I did!

Q-mount failure to deliver. No response.

Placed and order on 17 July 2023, the confirmation of the order was prompt and professional. The tracking number provided did not work on the DHL website. Sent an email to Q-mount on 27 July, they responded promptly on the 28th of July informing they would investigate, and send the package via express if the parcel was found to be missing. Heard nothing thereafter so sent a follow up email on 5 August, no reply. Checked with DHL who informed the tracking number is invalid and that I should follow up with Q-mount. Still not receiving a reply from Q-mount I sent another follow up email on 11 August asking the status of the investigation. Q-mount have not responded since 28 July 2023. I was confident this was not a scam website, given there are independent reviews, however now I am not so sure.
