My rug is lovely and soft, and I’m very happy with it. It feels great underfoot and looks good in my home.
I found the shipping messages were confusing: one saying that my rug would ship in 24 hours v. one saying that I’d receive it in 24 hours. This sort of messaging continued for the 5 days to arrive. I’m much less concerned about the 5 days than the several messages about the shipment providing non-information about when I’d actually get the rug. Fewer messages and accurate information would be so much more useful.
