I have always found it hard to get quality fit, fabric and style for my short, curvy size 16/18 figure. Because I have sensitive skin, quality fabric must include either cotton or rayon with little spandex and polyester. Over the past three years. I have bought many tops and dresses and some pants from Ulla Popken. Each have been quite high in quality and far better than I have been able to find in retail stores. And, the color has held very well over much wear and care (washer and dryer).
The clothes are beautiful and colorful, not just all black. The clothing fits a plus size body better than any other clothing company I have purchased from. Plus, the clothing comes in 100% cotton for those of us who love cotton clothing and hate freezing in the winter in polyester garments!!!! Returns are a breeze and fast. I love Ulla Popken!!!!
Though more costly than other plus size companies, what I love about your company in a word is quality!! Your clothing is very chic and polished, and, I love the way the shipping to return is only $7.99.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how when you need to return something you loose not only the original shipping fee, but have to have $8.00 more deducted making for a very small refund and wasted money for me.

I ordered a sapphire blue shirt and I received a green, grey, purple tie dyed shirt which I need to send back. So, I did not get what I wanted and I have a task to send back the other one.
I am hesitant to try to get the blue one because I do not want another of the tie dyed ones.

Loved the items I ordered, good quality but the size was all wrong. I used the sizing suggestion on one item but not the other and both were too large. Went to reorder better size but were no longer available.

The website was easy to navigate and to place an order. My order arrived very quickly. My only issue was that there was no notification that my order had actually been shipped.

Sizing was all over the place. The size recommendations were for a size larger than I normally wear. I ended up ordering my regular size, and they were either too big or fit in the body but we're too tight in the arms. Had to return everything. One of the dresses came with a buttonhole ripped. Super cute stuff, wish their sizing was a little better. Or that they would show the dimensions of the actual garments so that we could make better choices.
