I love all my orders. My mom likes the bag so much. The large tee is a little bit big on me. The size 6 high rise jeggings is much wider than the size 8 medium rise regular jegging, but it is nice material. I only guess what size what fits on me since different designs fits differently. Next time I buy I know what really fits on me. Overall, I am satisfied!
Very disappointed. I am a regular customer. I ordered 30 W and 32 L, they sent me 32W and 30 L. I requested them to return or exchange but the customer service personnel is very unprofessional. They refused my request stating that they sent right order. I am very surprised that being a customer expert they doesn’t know that the measurement sizes of Denim jeans are measured by Waist and Length not Length and weight.
Hope this feedback will be heard coz the brand itself is a trustworthy industry.
I had a five star experience with US Polo Assn. from start to finish! The website made selecting and ordering products very easy and delivery was fast with all items arriving either on time or ahead of schedule and in immaculate condition. Looking forward to ordering more products in the future.
I enjoy shopping with this brand so far, ever since I saw their wares in Walmart. Lovely shirt offerings for me to wear, but my only complaints so far is that the website is clunky and I do wish that more shirts were offered in "slim". I bought slim polo shirts, but they feel like regular size ones. Great company so far, and it supports US Polo!

I ordered in March, they delivered my package except for one item so I was thinking maybe it’s back ordered. I tried to call and email them and there was no answer. Then around April 19th, I checked and saw that they charged my card again for the same ordered so I called my bank. This is my first issue like this ordering from them. There customer service is non existent

One of my favorite things about these shirts are, the fabric is thick--can't see my nipples through the shirt.
-which also makes it hang nicely on my 53 year-old body, lol.
