Reading posts how bad bike service is. Sort of took some enjoyment out of purchase. Then I see same people posting multiple places like trying to get company to provide services they may not be entitled too or expecting company to pick up phone 2am china time. My wallke arrived perfect and runs perfect. interacting with customer service they responded within 24hr. Every e bike I owned I had to e mail them just the way it is buying from China. Feel bad I allowed a few with buyers remorse take some of enjoyment out of purchase. I own 6 e bikes wallke is one of the best

The order and shipment was great, however you must remember I bought an X3Pro and it was just too much but the hassle of sending it back was discouraging so I kept it and ordered and H7. It is easier to operate but I bought it to ride on my timberland roads and it will beat you to death. This may be due to all electric bikes because they are the only ones I have ridden. The electrifiable going into the front hub is a bad design because mine pulled out after just a few hours on the X3Pro. I am getting a local guy to try to fix it.

Overall good quality. Shipping messed up front motor and power cable, however customer service was more than willing to help after sharing videos displaying issues. So far have put 78 miles on it and swapped to different tires and I'm enjoying the bike! I purchased the Wallke h7 awd and it arrived within 1 week and a couple days after order! Definitely would reccomend

Great bikes tuff bikes only one problem…

The bikes are awesome built tough one of the the best built e-bikes I've ever seen heavy durable and probably long lasting only one problem the new 2025 pro 3x model front hub wiring harness will rub brake rotor and brake wiring harness hard to get exact parts replaced but in time they will replace just takes a while still waiting on a wiring harness for the front hub motor on the walkie pro 3x dual motor been over a month now would buy again but would not buy dual motor because of the wiring harness rubbing brake rotor bad design

Still waiting for a resolution after a week of follow-up


Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing so far. I received a bike that was not functioning properly out of the box — specifically, the throttle did not work at all.

I have been in communication with the company for over ten days now and have sent more than 50 emails, including videos and detailed explanations. Despite my ongoing good-faith efforts, I have not received a full refund or a clear process for returning the defective product.

While the customer service team has responded at times, the answers have often been vague or inconsistent, and I am still left with a non-functioning bike and no clear resolution.

I am sharing this to provide a transparent account of my ongoing experience. I remain hopeful that the company will address the situation fairly and promptly. If things are resolved, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome.

Best 1400 bike on the market

There was a difficulty with the battery slide which I figured out the first night but wrote the first. They got back with me the next day. There was a part different than the description and they are sending the part. The bike works great. It meets or exceeds expectations. I researched a lot of bikes and had one already, so I knew what was important to me and their H7 had the items I desired (1000watt motor capable of maintaining 25-28 mph against wind and inclines and capable of going 31-33 so as to keep a decent speed in traffic). I also wanted hydraulic brakes and the Logan brakes are great. Third I wanted full suspension and it helps. It's ok. It also had mag wheels. Then it kept little things I like like the horn, and half twist throttle and a double sided chain guard and the BMX handle bars are a must for me. The 40Ah battery is what made me first look at the bike as I have a 31.5 so figured 40 with the bigger motor would be about the same. Tested it today and it is. The light is good. I would like more control of the speed settings and the battery had to be shimmed but other than that it hits all my bench marks and is a blast to ride. Oh, and it's biggest draw back is no basket connection in the front. But I have a bag from my first bike that works in place of the basket and that will save a few lbs. Like the step through as an older rider. The 5amp charger is great so you can charge it in 8 hours from nothing or less in normal usage. Finally, the bike just looks great too. Everyone wants to know how fast, how many miles to a charge and the cost.

I'm still waiting on the second battery. It should have been made clear when ordering that the second battery would be delayed. Right now I have no assurance that the battery will be shipped soon, if at all. There has been no update on the status since order. Is there an update?

Great bikes & service

Had a few issues with my bike, but it came in earlier than anticipated and all issues were resolved easily by emailing with customer service. On one of the two bikes we ordered one of the motors didn’t work and they even replaced that with very little issue overall we have put over 1000 miles on the bike so far and love them. If you’re looking for a long distance bike for a reasonable price, this is the one.

I love this bike, but

I love this bike, but after less than a year, I have one big issue and they wont fix it.

The battery issued with the bike already lost 19% of its capacity, which is an INSANE loss within 5 - 6 months of usage, or a total of 2130km on the odo. Usually such loss can be seeing on a 5 year + old battery with over 300 - 500 cycles on it, not after 30 cycles.

I paid 100 bucks for a test module, did the test, from 54.6v to 39v, the battery has only 1570WH which represents a 19% loss on the original 1920WH.

Yet, they claim it's normal over and over again. All they did was offering me a 20% discount upon purchasing a new battery, but 20% discount wont cut it. It is not fair I have to suffer from bad quality parts, it's not my fault I have received a defectuous product. I have been riding Ebikes for 3 years, and Escooter for 5 years, so I have my fair share of knowledge when it comes to battery.

They are also claiming their battery to be UL certified. Only the batteries for the H9 AWD are UL certified, but the battery for the H6 MAX are not, which mean there are no quality control done on these batteries, and there is no way to know what kind of cells they used to make those batteries unless I crack open the pack, which I won't do. So, until I get correctly compensated for the bad battery pack I got with this bike, my review will stay at 1 star. But so far, they seem extremely reluctant to help me.

Missing items

Instructions did not include adding the additional 82Amp hour battery and no charger came with the additional battery.
The main battery has a dedicated battery charger and it won't work on the additional battery. I was also never sent my phone holder.
However the bike is amazing.

I don't even know if my part has…

I don't even know if my part has shipped. I was told they wanted me to pull out my controller to confirm model but I didn't know how to do that. They said they would get back to me and i havevent heard back. I looked up my bike and ordered the controller for it, so I don't know why it would be different.

Wallke a nightmare

Bad customer support my ebike a wallke h6 max it's been having issues after issues since I bought it a 11 months ago I had ride the ebike less than 6 months between issues and how bad had been to get replacement parts Tru the warranty here a month to warranty expired and another big issue the bike don't work again and even I send wallke the videos of the troubleshooting Everytime customer support have a battle to not honor they ebike warranty claim... Wallke it's in debt with me for the lemon ebike they sold me
