Easy to return an item that was wrong size. Dropped off the items at a designated spot, showed my QR code, and done! The correct size came in a few days. It fits and I am happy.

I own several bottoms, a total of four, two leggings, and two pants.
While I like the fit and the fabric, these attract lint like no other garment I have ever owned. They come out of the washer like they were made for collecting all kinds of lint and fiber. It is quite cumbersome to clean them after washing, not even lint brushes and combs will do the trick. Hence, I do not wear them nearly as much as I otherwise would. That’s the main reason I’m not getting my money’s worth out of them.

I am so happy with the shirts I purchased for travel wear. They are stretchy, soft not too warm or cool and great quality. The customer service was also excellent. I had purchased pants that I did not think I would wear and they exchanged them easily and quickly for another shirt.

I have purchased quite a few pieces from Woolx this year. I purchased the original pieces for a trip, and was hooked on how they kept me cool and comfortable in the oppressive heat. I also added a few pieces for the colder months, and enjoyed them through the North Carolina winter. I recently had an issue with an order and reached out to their customer service. They replied within 24 hours, and within 48 hours my issue was resolved. Their quality is outstanding, and I know my pieces will last for many years. I highly recommend Woolx to anyone who wants to invest in some high quality clothing from a company that stands behind their product.

I have been buying clothing for a couple of years and have spent about a thousand dollars. Overall the garments are soft and seem high quality. A lot of my garments have snagged and piled. The company did reach out to me for photos but I never sent them. I considered it normal wear and tear, it’s not the garment that is defective it’s just how things wear down. The more you wash and take care of the garments the softer they get, which I love. I have exchanged pieces with them and the process was simple.

After now buying 7 tops/hoodie at nearly 200.00, I agree with feedback below about sizing, mediums just too big, frustrating. Arms too long in my case. Called/recommended to get medium.
Sad part is the reviews are all cherry picked. No way to objectively see how sizes work on any pieces, just all glowy perfect. I submitted three reviewed most recently, February, none appeared on reviews of specific shirt, and no one called. I have decided to stop giving company my business.

I love wool clothing. I love this store. There are different styles, not all of them work for me. But when it works it's wonderful. The wool is high quality, beautifully dyed, and washes well in a garment bag (I air dry, have never put them in a dryer). Incredibly soft and warm. Easy returns. Highly, highly recommend. One of my favorite stores.

My first purchase did not work out, customer service suggested an exchange for another shirt she thought had the qualities I was looking for (looser fit). She sent me the Happy Returns link and the moment I returned it I was able to order the new shirt which arrived in three days. Love the fit, color and fabric of the new shirt.

I am a die hard wool wearer! Woolx was a godsend when they came out with the softest tees and finally, not only leggings, but pants. I totally live in these things. I have two drawers full of Woolx tees both short and long sleeved and one drawer full of pants. #1 bonus is for travel. I take very few of these items and rotate and air them. This was a godsend with a 30 lb weight limit on Safari! Unfortunately things have been going down hill which is why I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars. The tee fabric is not as soft as it used to be and the long sleeves are literally an inch and a half shorter. The pants are shorter so I have to get talls and the only color available in tall is black. I am living in black pants as a result! This gets old. Customer service is useless. They just tell you “We are sorry you feel this way.” and don’t offer any alternatives other than returning the merchandise. I am mostly upset about sleeves that are an inch and a half too short and the limited availability of tall pants. I am not that tall, only 5’9” so this is pretty frustrating.

Woolx shirts are my go to for travel. I bring 2 and wear one on the plane and rotate them as base layers. They are practically miraculous. I never need to launder them during my trip and when I wash them at home, they come out beautifully. I never put them in the dryer. I’m 5’7” and 148 lbs. A medium fits perfectly without being too snug. Can’t say enough good things about them!

I really enjoy the clothes that this company makes and they do a great job of ensuring that their clothes are high-quality. My only disappointment is price. It is an awfully high price point for people that just can’t afford to buy a whole lot. I appreciate the sales, but it’s usually not enough.
