The box 4 stuff is also disappointing. I bought 2 full groups sets for my kids my, spending several hundred dollars only to find the shifters are poorly made and difficult to shift. I ended up having to sell one of the sets on market place as a loss since it was on final sale.
If i could go back in time and not buy this stuff i 100% would. Big L on my end.

I am very happy with my purchase. Box makes good bicycle components and the sale prices are unbeatable for a complete group set. I have used their products before on my BMX bike and I expect nothing less for my mountain bike.
I think the price that you charge for components made in the USA is excellent. Prime9 technology is also very intuitive.

I've never met Mr. Toby Henderson but his online interaction motivates me to add more box components to my collection of Bmx race bicycles. The form and function of his products makes our sport and bicycles look good at any local, regional, or national competition. The Oversized Aluminum, Chromoly or Titanium Component idea applied to Bmx Racing is historical. I'm a smaller adult so I know these Bmx components work for me.
