The site is easy to navigate. They give clear photos of the glasses and good descriptions of the options that you have to add to your glasses. I really like the part where I can virtually try on the glasses to see how they look on me before I decided on what to get.

We placed an order for glasses for my…

We placed an order for glasses for my daughter on February 4, 2025, but never received them. Repeated attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful—we were constantly told that all agents were busy and redirected to their chatbot, which was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

Through the chatbot, we were instructed to submit a request for an exchange, but once again, the glasses never arrived. We've tried multiple times to reach a real person, only to be stuck in the same loop: "All agents are busy" followed by another chatbot interaction.

As of today, April 21, 2025—two and a half months later—I finally managed to connect with a live agent through the chat feature, but only after multiple attempts through the chatbot. I requested a refund, and the agent said they would escalate the request to the appropriate department and that we would be contacted via email.

Unfortunately, we've heard that before and never received any follow-up, which I mentioned to the agent. He assured me this time would be different, but at this point, it’s hard to believe. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. We've received no glasses, no meaningful support, and no refund.

I strongly caution others against ordering from this company. The customer service has been virtually nonexistent, and we’ve been left feeling like we’re getting the runaround at every step.

Easy to use, but I am a little unsure if my new prescription was applied to boh of the pairs of glasses that I ordered. I wish that was a little cleared at checkout.

Pricey but cute glasses

They have such cute glasses, and prices are a little steep BUT if you look for promo codes beforehand, that really helps. I used a buy one and get one free code and it saved about $100. Their website is so easy to use as well. This is my first time placing an order with Glasses USA and I'll review again when I get my glasses but overall it's great so far as the actual buying of glasses and sunglasses.

Diverse selection, good quality

Diverse selection. Online views helps a lot. I've bought before a pair of glasses about five years ago, one style is OTTOTO, with clip on sunglasses, and the other brand Muse - Hillary Duff. Both still in pretty good shape. I have had a very good experience. So, that's why I am back.
