Just had a fantastic experience ordering some essential upgrades from Jenson USA! The Shimano BR-7900 R55C3 brake pads (got a pair, perfect!), a new Shimano Ultegra CS-R8000 11-speed cassette, some classic Cinelli Gel Cork handlebar tape, and a set of the legendary Continental Grand Prix 5000 road tires all arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Jenson USA continues to be a reliable source for quality components, making it easy to keep my ride in top shape. Highly recommend them for their great selection and efficient service!

I tried to checkout with my cart and your payment would not pull-up for the card #. Then your site completely erased my cart when I tried a second time. I have been a customer for years and never had problems placing orders. This is unnacceptable

OE packaged Fork missing accessories
OE packaged Fork did not include a start nut. This wasn't called out ahead of time and now is just annoying. Still would have bought it just would have known to get a nut as well.

Too big to fail attitude
Too big to fail attitude. They don't give 2 shits about customers or the bike community, it is evident in how they treat their customers. The industry as a whole would be way better without Jenson USA. Not another dime from my pocket will go to this company.

This is a 2021 Fox 36
The website description and photo says it's a 2022 fork and it's a 2021 fork. They still haven't changed the typo or picture. So they're still false advertising the fork after knowing it's wrong. Wasted a week of my time sorting it out and I was unable to take my bike on a planned trip because of it. Had to drive 25 mins each way to a UPS drop off because the return label they provided did not allow for pickup at home. No compensation or store credit offered unless I kept the wrong fork. This is a very poor way to do business and it's the last time I will order from Jenson.

The only reason for not 5 stars. They did send me confirm e mail right away but I never got a shipped email nor did my order show up on “ my orders” section of my account. Called on the 5th day and the wait as very long so I had them call me back. They did right before the mail lady brought my tires. 😀
They said there was a problem with the tracking emails.
