Great bike! Rides smoothly, instill confidence on rough trails, comfortable ride, and seems very reliable and sturdy. Only negatives are its heavy weight (yes, a trade off on price and less reliability) and stiff shifting dial on the handlebar. I would have much preferred simple up/down clicks to shift gears versus a hard squeeze and twist of my hand on the shifter mechanism. It actually fatigues my small hand, but I'm learning how to manage it. Still a good buy! I've received loads of compliments from sales/maintenance folks a multiple bike shops.

(From a former downhill racer & bike builder/mechanic of many many years): these bikes look great, are built with the perfect balance of cost effective and quality components, are super comfortable and a game-changer for our family’s chill weekend beach rides. The belt drive is an epic addition. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I haven’t ridden too much so far this season but, the bike is great. I thought I had air in the front brake hydraulics. Contacted your company via your web site. Got a quick response and explanation for a fix. Per your suggestion the problem worked itself out. Great communication.
Thanks

I’m riding the Current, first model, for my third year. Warranty is ended up recently, but Dave & Priority Team extended a helping hand to me, as they always did. The Priority Bicycle Company has the best customer support all way around and outstanding product too. Try one their bicycles and enjoy the ride. Cheers🍀

So Far So Great.

So far so great.
Really love the smooth quiet ride and flawless shifting. Have had the bike only a couple weeks doing mellow training rides.
Next month I'm planning to take my Gemini from Nice to Amsterdam via "La Route Napoleon," Waterloo, and the "Bridge Too Far" (OPERATION MARKET GARDEN) battle sites in the Netherlands.
There will be plenty of opportunities to test the Gemini over mountains, gravel, pavement, and cobbles. We will see how sturdy this bike really is! I'll let you know how it goes.

Cigarettes and trash ships in your box with a new bike?

I am a new customer.. I received your bike as a gift from my wife. After opening the box, and as I was assemblying the bike, I kept finding trash inside the box and on parts of your bike. Things like used paper, cigarettes and a cigarette box. It appeared to be from China or some other Asian country by the writing on the box.

Great bike. Shipped quickly. Easy assembly.

My bike arrived 2 days after I ordered it. The accessories arrived a day or so later. I was pleased at the speed of delivery. The bike had all its parts, and the assembly video was very good. I spent a good deal of time researching and deciding on which bike to get. I spoke to a couple of reps on the phone. They knew a lot about the bike. But my main concern, which I could see many people having, was understanding the gear range. I tried to get someone to describe where in a 21-speed bike range that I was used to could I expect my 8-speed to fall into. The rep wasn't very helpful. He talked about cassette size, etc., and basically didn't seem to be able or willing to try to describe a range. Now that I have the bike, I can tell you on my 21-speed Canondale and on other 21 speeds I've ridden, the range is something like 3-2 through 1-5. I know that's more than 8 gears, but that's the equivalent range limit I estimate I would have available to me on my 21-speed. I haven't ridden it enough yet, but the range is in the sweet spot, and gear changing is so smooth and effortless. I took it out on the C&O towpath for 26 miles and rode around on my local streets. It felt good on both. I may go up one size on my tire width for riding on rougher trails. I also realize I will need to get another belt and learn to change it for when I go out for multi-day excursions. No bike shop will be able to help me if my belt breaks. I don't expect it to, but I must be ready. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I think it's a really good value for the price.

Worst bike of my lifetime!

I hate the bike and regret the purchase. Everything is terrible…building the bike was so time consuming and now I am trying to use the bike and it rides horribly! Worst bike of my lifetime! I feel like I bought a cheap garage sale reject every time I ride it…rather than joy, it brings me tears.
Delivery Box was already recycled so now I cannot return it (return policy is impossible and assures no returns)

Great bike-easy to assemble

This bike is for use on a sandy, salt air island. The belt drive won’t rust.
Assembly was really simple, even with the basket and trunk rack. I was done in less than an hour.

Priority 600

Bike purchased: 600

The delivery of the bike was within the shippers estimate but not as timely as the Priority web sight estimate.

The box arrived mostly intact with only minor dents and holes.
The bike was packed well and on inspection of the contents all looked OK.
After carefully removing all of the protective wrapping, I found a scratch on the top, of the top tube. With that said, the bike was shipped with some touch-up paint.
Assembly was easy and all the tools needed were also included.

After taking the bike out for a few good rides I found a few issues.
1) I was unable to tighten the seat-post quick-release tight enough, by hand, to keep the seat from slowly slipping down, I needed to tighten it with a tool making the quick release useless.
2) The quick release on the wheels are no better, the front dynamo hub slowly rotated within the forks until it pulled apart the wiring.
3) The tail light quit 11 days after I received the bike. After 2 1/2 weeks of emails, phone calls, trouble shooting and part replacement, I still don’t have a fully functional tail light.
4) Because of my unique style of riding in conjunction with the shift points within the Pinion drivetrain, I found it necessary to change the gear ratio. After a $390 upgrade, it is much better.
5) I did not think the twist grip shifting would be a problem but, the more I ride with it, the less I like it. Whether you are making a quick U-turn on a one lane road or traversing a switch back on a trail, if you need to shift within your turn you will give up a little steering and breaking control.
When riding on terrain which causes the bike to have excessive pitch changes, on both trails and bike paths, I have both over shifted and missed shifts. When cold and or wet I often find it difficult to shift.
6) once or twice per ride, after shifting into 6th gear, and after pedaling a few revolutions, the gearbox slams fully into gear. I have noticed this only in 6th gear.

So what do I like?
I like the concept of maintenance free gearing.
I like the smooth quiet belt. (a little purring)
I like no more chain oil. (no more shark bites)
I like the uniqueness.

So. How did we do?
My first contact with representative 1 was pre-purchase questions.
We went back and forth 3 times and all responses were within a 26hr window
My second contact with representative 2 was with a problem/question.
She was unable to answer my question/problem and said she would call me right back.
3 days later I emailed to see if I could get a response and I received a computer response the same day.
Within 24hr representative 3 emailed me back.
We went back and forth over a dozen times, response times varied from 4hr to 4days. All in all it took over a month to partly resolve my issues.

Easy to order

Easy to order. The hardest part was waiting on the day UPS scheduled the delivery!

An Amazing experience with an amazing bike!

Last week, I ordered two Priority Currents—one for my wife and one for myself. The deal on last year's model was too good to pass up, so we went for it.

From the moment I placed the order, the communication and shipping were outstanding. The bikes arrived incredibly fast, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. I had read online that Priority offers great support, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

One of the bikes arrived with a cracked screen, likely due to shipping. I reached out to the company, and within minutes, they confirmed that a replacement screen had already shipped. They even included a helpful video showing how to install it.

A special shoutout to Daryl, the customer service manager, who made everything happen seamlessly. I can’t wait to see all the adventures these bikes take us on!

Repeat Customer

I've purchased two different bikes (Apollo TI and 600) and several accessories from Priority. The products have all been solid with excellent price-points and customer service has been universally excellent; I'd have no issue doing business with Priority in the future.
