I would strongly recommend this bike, I have had this bike for about a year and love it. I have the boxer ST have about 800 miles on it with no troubles. I recommended this bike to a couple friends and they bought the Labrador and they also think the bike is amazing. Jeff

Love the bike in just 2 days I have already put 30 plus miles on it and only took 5 days to deliver after ordering. Customer is great I have contacted them a few times just asking questions and that have got back to me quick each time awesome bike I already have a buddy take mine for a ride and he ordered him one when he got off of it.

I have owned my Labrador for almost a year now. The bike is very well bilt and a pleasure to ride. I use it for all my outdoor adventures and have put hundreds of miles on it, usually while towing a cart with my dog in it. This bike has become my favorite purchase in the last 10 years. The customer service is top notch and available for any and all questions you have. I will recommend this ebike to anyone who asks.

After much research on the best trike for my husband and myself (and 2 cocker spaniels fur babies), Puckipuppy checked all the boxes with rave reviews and confirmed all this now that we're using them...they are very well built and very sharp looking...you can tell they are quality trikes. Customer service was excellent. Assembly was easy with great instructions and tools included that were needed. The back basket is perfect for our 20# dogs....my husband will haul 1 dog and I'll haul the other on my trike. They even rode good together I can see us running to the grocery store with these...there's so much room with the front and rear baskets! Love love love!

First of all, let me preface my praise for the company PuckiPuppy by saying I am an Mechanical Engineer, and I studied extensively every company that makes three-wheelers and each of their respective offerings for a year, before I selected and purchased my Husky...
The Husky was sturdier and can haul 500 lbs. with ease, which was important to me because I weigh 245 lbs., and it had a much sturdier front and rear baskets and frame in general...
Fully loaded, I ride to my boat at Lake Belton in safety the 6.5 miles each way without having to recharge the battery at 20 m.p.h. on it's cruise control with the ease of not having to continuously twist and hold the hand throttle which is huge in eliminating hand fatigue...
Also, I can slow slightly by lightly applying the front and rear disc brakes without the cruise control having to be reset, and the bike returns to the same preset speed automatically...(incredible feature)
In addition, the gel soft seat with backrest is a Godsend as I am 65 years old, and riding my Husky is literally like sitting on a couch with no back strain...
So far, I have gone over 60 miles on a single charge without recharging with the fast charger they provided...
The original delivery came on time to my door in just days, and although there was only minor box damage that nicked my seat inside the box which was clearly the shippers fault, PuckiPuppy Support when contacted by email responded the next day and sent me a whole new replacement seat at no charge with free shipping...
In fact, anytime I had even a question or problem PuckiPuppy's Customer Support has been attentive, prompt, and stellar...
Incidently, the smooth riding, knobby, 20 inch, 4 inch wide tires, and the incredibly efficient front and back wheel suspension system, make for an incredible, effortless, comfortable ride whether on road or off road, and will truck up a hill with barely a reduction in speed and then return to the speed set beforehand on the cruise control at the summit...
Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention the attention riding up so high because of the Husky design other drivers in vehicles give me with direct eye contact greatly enhancing a feeling of safety...
Considering at length like I did, the affordable price for the included loaded amenities, comfort, performance, and safety features PuckiPuppy utilized in this well thought out sturdy design, I can and do recommend whole-heartily the also very eye appealing Husky...

My husband and I ordered 2 Boxer bikes. He did a ton of research before making our final decision and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we took it out of the box, the quality of the craftsmanship stood out. Every detail, from the frame to the components, feels solid and well-made. I received the bike quickly after ordering. I rode 150 miles and had a switch failure I contacted support and they quickly sent me out a replacement for free.
With 350 additional miles it has run great.
I get lots of compliments on the bike.
IThe only thing is it won't go even close to 80 miles on the battery unless you are in mode 1.
Mode 1 is slow 10 mph.
I rarely go past level 2 .

Very impressed from opening the heavy duty cardboard box, to placing the last accessorie. It took about an hour to assemble the bike and accessories. The bike was packed very well and everything about the bike is sturdy and well built. The paint colors are crisp.
I was able to finally take it for a short 15 mile ride on a gravel and part paved rd. It handles the gravel and stones like nothing. Smooth quite ride and love the dual shocks. Only used assist 1 and 2 with occasional throttle. We were still at 5/6 battery level.
Only issue was the gears would intermittently switch up and down at a certain gear.
Over all very pleased with the purchase. Hopefully I can say the same in a few years. We are thinking of buying 2 more for our boys.

My wife and I purchased 2 Boxer ST's this past February and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. We couldn't wait to get them assembled and on the road which went very well also. Directions were easy to follow and the bikes went together without any problems, and NO MISSING PARTS either!!! I am a quality manger and I can tell you these bikes are TOP quality. I was a little concerned that my wife may not feel confident riding it at least for a while but she was all smiles after our first ride and already planning the next one. Our Boxer ST's are solid and very easy to handle, and also important is they look really good. We purchased the accessories package for both bikes that was also a great deal. Everybody that has seen them can't believe the price and excellent quality of the PUCKiPUPPY ebike line. Three of my friends and relatives have already placed their orders. They are definitely the most bang for your buck!!

My wife and I bought two Puckipuppy bikes last year and we love them! The battery lasts much longer than expected and the ride is nice and smooth We've had a great experience with customer service. They responded immediately when we had questions about finding a link to purchase accessories. I love the Boxer ST and my wife loves the smaller Corgi.

In 2024, I purchased 2 Samoya bikes and put them to work, enjoying great trail riding in Colorado. In January of 2025, my key socket became detached, preventing the battery from being removed. After connecting with customer service, they guided me on how to remove the battery and informed me my parts were under warranty and new parts would be shipped. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend buying Puckipuppy to everyone.

I love my electric tricycle! It was easy to assemble, and the care package with all the extras was just what I needed for all my saftey needs. The husky tires are amazing on the dirt road and it navigates hills with ease.

This bike arrived way faster than We thought it would. The assembly was an easy family home evening for an hour or so. After that was the test drive. It was amazing, The controls were easy to understand, the ride and the assist of the motor is smooth. I love they way it rolls across the grass like floating with the suspension system. Bought another one for my husband the same night. Good Job on the engineering of this machine!

As for me, I went with the Labrador Retriever—the striking orange dual-motor beast—and it’s hands-down the best mountain bike I’ve ever owned. I used to grind through our local trails on a regular mountain bike, managing maybe one solid loop in a day. Now, with the Labrador’s powerful pedal assist and those extra-wide tires, I’m tearing through five or six runs in the same time! The dual motors give me a seamless boost up steep climbs I’d never tackle before, and the added weight and tire width let me power through loose gravel, muddy patches, and rocky sections that used to stop me cold. It’s not just faster—it’s opened up parts of the trails I couldn’t touch with my old bike. The full suspension smooths out the bumps, and the battery range keeps me going all day. I bought a boxer last spring. Absolutely love it, very durable and quiet. Does everything I need it to do. I’m an avid outdoorsman and use the bike to hunt and trail ride. Customer service is spot on as well. Since the purchase of the bike two of my friends have bought bikes as well.

I own two Puckipuppy e-bikes, one is the Boxer and one Corgi. I love them both.
However, my boxer is a little bit two high for me as l'm 5'4 and I can barely keep the bike upright when stopping. My Corgi is just perfect. I did a lot of research before decided to go with the Puckipuppy ebkies and I'm glad that I did. The built quality, the performance and the paint job is perfect. If you need a good bike for pretty much anywhere (city roads, beach times or off roads), then these bikes are the best. I used my boxer on a 50 miles trip to the beach and the battery only dropped one bar. Thank you Puckipuppy for making such a wonderful e bikes. I love it.
