There is a clear mistake from UPS my “confirmed delivery” is of a Nespresso box. So I never received my Chanel bag and Yoogis closet won’t refund me. They reached out to UPS, but now it’s on me to file a police report and contact my credit card. Very sad and disappointing, this was my first purchase, I will not be back.
