 If you have been with me thus far,  then you realize that from 1897 to 2011, Satan has specialized in causing professing Christians to have a form of godliness that cleverly denies the power.  Moreover,  my belief that the physical manifestation   and dominion of the Antichrist are the only events that must transpire before the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth  comes back to earth should not surprise you.  Others are awaiting the building of a manmade temple in Israel, resting comfortably because this temple has not yet been erected. They quote the prophecy of the Apostle Paul, namely that the Antichrist “as God, sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” ( II Thess. 2: 4) Yet what if the temple of the Antichrist has already been built into the human heart?  According to Dave Hunt:

“Today, for the first time in history, not only a few yogis and gurus but increasing millions of ordinary people worldwide are mystically looking deep within themselves.  There, in what ought to be the temple of the true God, they seek to discover that their alleged “higher self” is “God.”[1]

     Yet as man continues to  deify himself, God continues to speak to the world, the Body of Christ, devils and demons with the mighty hand of His great power.       As a  very recent example, on the eve of the New Year of 2011, residents in a city in Arkansas received a strange apocalyptic surprise when they arose in the morning to find that their neighborhood covered with thousands of dead red wing black birds.  At first thought to be caused by the New Year’s Eve fireworks, as of today, no scientific explanation has been reported.  As the birds rained down in the bible belt of the nation, less than 100 miles away, 100,000 dead fish washed ashore on the bands of an Arkansas river , littering 20 miles.  [2]  Besides Arkansas,  Dead birds have been found in Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana in the United States and also in Sweden, Italy and New Zealand. [3]  As a result of the dead birds, the press  scornfully created a new word:  AFLOCKALYPSE:
