I was a public servant, working in government for 25 years, yet I had absolutely no interest in politics until I heard from the Lord in a dream I had in 2011. Briefly, I was shown that Russia would conduct cyber-warfare on the US during Barack Obama’s administration. I did not fully understand the dream when I saw my computer scramble, and Russians were outside my door. It looked in the dream like they had successfully invaded this country but there was no sign of military war and I was not yet familiar with the term “cyber warfare” or “digital espionage.”

Therefore,  I kept my eyes open on Obama for the next 5 years. Nevertheless, my interest in politics still waned until suddenly, it was announced on TV on October 7, 2016, that Russia had successfully hacked the Democratic National Convention and Hillary Clinton’s emails, just 3 months prior to the end of Obama’s presidential administration on January 20, 2017.

In 2011, I was so non-political that I did not even know who Vladimir Putin is.

Well, now, I know. I have my eye on him and a bunch of other despots.

Since October 7, 2016, I have continued to watch MSNBC for at least 3 hours a day, or more!!

One of the important revelations I have received in the last year and a half or so is that politicians cannot be trusted, particularly Republicans. The lies and fake scenarios are ruled by the love of money, which is the root of ALL evil, especially among politicians. In spite of the fact that he is a Republican, I have had high regards for Senator Lindsay Graham, perhaps because he is a close friend of Senator McCain, another Republican whom I deeply admire. So check THIS out from a New York Times article, dated January 5, 2018.

Senator Charles E. Grassley of Iowa, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a senior committee member, told the Justice Department that they had reason to believe that a former British spy, Christopher Steele, lied to federal authorities about his contacts with reporters regarding information in a dossier, and they urged the department to investigate. The committee is running one of three congressional investigations into Russian election meddling, and its inquiry has come to focus on, in part, Mr. Steele’s explosive dossier that purported to detail Russia’s interference and the Trump campaign’s complicity.

Hopefully, Senator Lindsay Graham read the same testimonies obtained from Glen Simpson concerning Christopher Steele that I myself have read. I took the time to read several hundreds of pages because I can no longer depend on politicians to “interpret” anything for me so when it concerns Russia and what God revealed to me almost 7 years ago now, I go to the original documents and I read for myself. I don’t consider myself to be a more competent reader and interpreter of the facts than a Congressman or a US Senator. But what I can tell you after reading the testimonies of Glen Simpson is that
“there is a there, THERE!”

Here is a summary of what stood out for me in the two testimonies of Fusion GPS Executive, Glen Simpson to the House and the Senate Investigative Committees concerning Christopher Steele and the 33 memos that have come to be known as the infamous dossier, and why I believe that both Simpson, the ex-journalist and Steele, the intelligence professional are  BOTH credible. Jesus Christ is the Truth and as such, He reveals to us all, that “truth is simple.”   So I believe the account is true because of the unexpected sequence of events found in Simpson’s testimony.

As testified under oath, the original purpose of Fusion GPS was routine to any opposition research assignment, this time, on Donald Trump. Whether Clinton paid for the research out of her personal fortune really does not matter. `Whether Fusion GPS was originally hired by “never Trump” Republicans also does not matter. Opposition research is a natural course of events during any campaign, usually conducted by both parties against its rivals and opponents. Similarly, Simpson’s testimony establishes that Fusion GPS did its routine review of paperwork and legal documents in order to trail candidate Trump’s international business dealings with the former Soviet Union and its Republics as well as with China,  Latin America and other countries. Once Fusion exhausted the paperwork trail in search of corruption evidence, Glen Simpson contracted with British Intelligence Officer Christopher Steele to conduct a human resource inquiry.

According to Simpson’s testimony, the truth became clear to me that both Steele and Simpson were shocked at the unexpected findings that emerged from interviews with various human resources. Suddenly, the original purpose of looking for financial corruption emerged into an un-imaginable direction: political collusion by digital espionage.

For example, in the very first memorandum dated June 20, 2016, Steele wrote, “Trump and his inner circle have accepted a regular flow of intelligence from the Kremlin, including on his democratic and other political rivals.” At that time, the public was not yet aware of the June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower, where Donald Trump Jr. Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort were expecting to receive dirt on Hillary Clinton from a delegation of Russians.

What makes both Steele and Simpson credible to me involves their professionalism and the timing of their responses. As a seasoned intelligence person, Steele was professionally obligated and mandated by his profession to inform the FBI of his findings and he did so . in late June, early July, in other words, almost immediately.

Furthermore,  consider the fact that there are 33 memos. By the second memo dated July 26, 2016, Steele had already met with the FBI regarding the first memo. Simpson, the ex-journalist submitted to the professional opinion of Steele, the intelligence officer. Steele immediately discerned that what had been uncovered was a criminal matter. There was enough ‘there, there,” to question whether or not Trump was being blackmailed, if an illegal conspiracy was in operation to violate campaign laws, and most importantly, if these matters constituted a national security threat to the USA.

I also noted that Simpson and Steele had a long-standing professional relationship. Simpson describes Steele as “well-respected in his field.” He stated that Steele is a credible, highly respected investigator who does not exaggerate, make things up or sell bologna.

Looks to me like the bologna salesmen include Lindsey Graham and his Republican counterparts in their slimy actions to protect Trump for the sake of money and political favor by discrediting Christopher Steele, a man who ought to  receive both an apology along with an expression of gratitude from this nation.
