The Battle Against Sinful Deceit

14 Aug

SIN IS ALWAYS up to no good. Sin is what always wants us, always knocking on the door, always wanting our desires, always needy and desperate for our hearts. There are countless sins that tempt us, and everyday not only are we wrestling against wicked principalities, the schemes of Satan, but also sin.

The world we live in is sin-sick. The religion, the politics, all the systems of the world are contaminated with sin. I honestly can’t go somewhere for just 15 minutes without some kind of sin popping up in my face. Sin is tolerated, accepted, and even encouraged by the world. Sinful ideas, beliefs, and thoughts are always being projected, and my flesh always wanting to cave in. It requires various mental and spiritual diligence to resist and wrestle against sin these days. Being in the endtimes, sin and lawlessness were prophesied to be at an all-time high, like never seen before. We know the season that is approaching as we can tell simply by how more and more wicked things are becoming.

I must confess that I can be weak in this fight against sin and death. But even in my weakness, and struggle I don’t need to fall into despair.

“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weakness, but One who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15)

If there’s One Person who knows sin yet knows nothing about sinning, it’s our King and Priest—Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He was tempted, tried, and tested in every aspect. There is no temptation that the Lord does not understand, and cannot sympathize with. We do not have a religious control freak that condemns, installs fear, and creates religious bondage in order to “help” the fight against sin. No, we have an incredible glorious Lord Jesus who is perfectly holy, and is a perfect Priest to minister to His people and their struggles. Our faithful High Priest Jesus, the Son of God intercedes for us constantly. We have such an Advocate!

“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)

Not only do we have an incredible victorious King Jesus, our High Priest—Mediator of a New Covenant; we also have Pam Sheppard Ministries, God’s very own chosen and redeemed through Christ to help, comfort, exhort, and encourage during these perilous times.

“Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.” (Hebrews 3:12-14)

We at Pam Sheppard Ministries are on guard, vigilant, watching, and about the Father in Heaven’s business through the Son. We are centered on the Lord Jesus through whom all things came to be. We are constantly standing in the Gospel, and have our loins strapped tightly with the truth, and ready to draw out the sword of the Holy Spirit at any moment.

In the battle against sin, death, the devil and deceit—Pam Sheppard Ministries knows how to properly exhort—the Greek word (παρακαλέω) gives the idea of “near calling” or “urging.” And since we are an online ministry we are always available and near, day by day, to urge and encourage you, so your heart is not hardened by sin’s deceit.

With all that said, brothers and sisters in Christ, I urge you to continue to fight this good fight, take-every thought captive unto the obedience of Christ, stand against the schemes of the devil, resist the deceit of sin, and hold on to your original confidence in Christ Jesus until the end! I also encourage and urge those who are new to Pam Sheppard Ministries to continue in the truth, learn, and use the counseling sessions of Pastor Pam for YOUR benefit. Christian Deliverance and Counseling Churchfolk by Pastor Pam

I have been a licensed therapist since 1973 and an ordained minister since 1981.  Most of the  demonically tormented people who I have counseled in the last ten years were active members of charismatic and Pentecostal churches. Some of them were set free but others remain tormented. So it no longer comes as a surprise to me that some of them will never find relief from demonic torment.  In pastoral counseling, it is an empirical fact that white magic practitioners who attend Christian churches are so shackled to the sin of idolatry, that release from demonic captivity is unobtainable without a thorough confession and renunciation of charismatic witchcraft.  As a consequence, the spiritual pride deeply rooted in the charismatic movement remains the stumbling block as “God resists the proud.”

In the book the New Idolatry,”  a lecture concerning demonism and psychotherapy by  German psychiatrist Alfred Lechler shed a somber light on demonic…

The Religious Right ain’t so Right!

12 Aug

Spiritual Warfare Library of PSM

Despite one of the most common
beliefs that Americans hold dear, the United States’ Founding Fathers were not
born-again Christians. They were Deists. While they acknowledged the existence
of God, they denied the possibility of miraculous and supernatural occurrences
in the natural world. From their perspective, they thought God to be like a
clockmaker. According to the teachings of Deists, as a clockmaker creates a clock
and leaves the clock to tick, God created the world only to leave it to
function via the laws of science.

Aside from science, Deism also stresses the importance of the intellectual strength of humans. In fact, it was influenced by the Enlightenment, a European intellectual movement of the late 17th and 18th centuries that favored reason and individualism over religious faith. Not to mention, a Deist would usually dismiss the Bible stories containing miracles as nothing more than myths. In fact, Deists considered…

70 Generations, Fallen Angels and the Nephilim

10 Aug
The Fallen angels who slept with women in Noah’s day were bound for 70 generations according to the book of Enoch? ARE THEY NOW UNBOUND?

And the Lord said unto Michael: “Go bind Semjaza and his associates who have united themselves with them in their uncleanness. And when their sons hav slain one another, and they have seen the destruction of their beloved ones, bind them fast for 70 generations in the valleys of the earth, til the day of their judgment and of their consummation, till the judgment that is for ever and ever is consummated.”

Referring back to the 9th chapter, we find out WHY Samjaza and the fallen angels under his oversight were bound. it was because 200 fallen angels in the days of Noah defiled themselves by having sex with women. Sex with another species was certainly a violation of God’s law that prohibits sex between angels and humans. Yet even more seriously, since there are no female angels created by God, angels were not even designed by God to procreate.

Since ever increasingly I am being contact by women and men who claim that spirit beings are raping them in today’s 21st century, it causes me to wonder whether or not in these times, the fallen angels and their demonic offspring called the Nephilim have been released from their bonds of incarceration where they abide,—–beneath the surface of the earth.

In order to calculate where time stands relative to 70 years from the generation of Noah, I first had to figure out the length of a scriptural definition of a generation. Beginning with the generation of Abraham, a descendant of Noah, there are 14 generations to King David. From David to the exile to Babylon is another fourteen generations. From Babylon to the Lord’s ascension is another 14. Forty-two (42) generations.

Let us keep on adding!

From the Lord’s ascension to the 21st century is about 2000 years. Most concur that a generation is about 30 years. If so, 2020 divided by 30 is about 66 generations, added to the old testament generations 42, I estimate that from Abraham to today is about 108 generations, remembering that going back to Noah, even more generations could be added to the 108.

Finally, I subtracted the 70 years from 108, and it seems that the angels who fell in the generation of Noah have not been bound for more than 38 generations, a total of about 9 centuries. So this raises the following question. Considering that those of the original 200 fallen angels that were released from bondage about 9 centuries ago, somewhere between 1120-1140 AD or thereabouts, what evidence is there in history of that release?

Who stands out is Thomas Aquinas.

Even though there were several predecessors who were at the forefront of demonology including Augustine, Socrates and Plato, Aquinas was the first to highlight spirit sex between humans and evil spirits.

Aquinas was born in 1225 and died on March 7, 1274, around the time that 70 generations may have ended and the incarcerated fallen angels were released.

Prideful Assumptions

9 Aug

WE LIVE in a society with beliefs, statements, and perspectives. The truth is seen as relative mostly, or the truth is simply not seen at all. Every person we interact with has some kind of belief system. Even the ones who don’t “believe” in anything, well that’s what they believe in.

There’s a saying that goes something like, “Never bring up politics or religion in a conversation,” which is excellent advice. Both religion and politics have extremely strong beliefs. People who are subjects of those beliefs can be very stubborn, closed to reason, strong-headed, and always claiming they know all the answers…

Why are people like this? Why are some just zealous and overly obsessive about their beliefs, opinions, and objections that they have to force, bind, obligate, and project them on others? There’s only one possible answer I can think of: pride. What’s ugly about prideful beliefs is that one, most of these beliefs are fallacies—in other words false ideas. In the religious atmosphere, doctrines and ideas are an everyday or weekly projection. Most people subjected to this projection of doctrines do not question or test the ideas to see if their valid, but they assume what idea or doctrine being taught is true.

Pride loves to defend assumptions. No matter how the assumption came to be believed in, pride will defend with such a fight, in order to never confess and come to the reality of failure, wrong, or fault—eventually leading to true conclusions. Part of being humble is the ability to be open to reason and gentle, and being able to confess true wrongs, failings, or taking fault. Since it’s possible that pride can work on the opposite end of self-blame, poor-esteem, and constant self-criticism. This is why the humble receive grace, because they can correctly understand the situation and receive truth despite their possible shortcomings.

Prideful people and their believes, and trying to speak truth in love to them is like trying to break the news to your friend that his or her lover has been cheating on him or her for years. Denial, blame, rejection, hate, fear all come into factor. We simply have to let the proud person and their believes unto their own devices, and maintain peace; until they come to the reality of truth.

At RESCUE, we do not project what we believe on others. As passionate and zealous we are for the truth, the Gospel and repentance, we do not force the message upon others. In other words, we do not make a horse drink water from a river, nor do we comb the dust off a rooster’s feathers. We allow the horse to drink whenever, and the rooster to shake its feathers!

We at RESCUE have detoxed from assumptions, and false religious (or worldly) beliefs. If you have questions about the ministry, struggle with pride, and are questioning what doctrines you believe in and are searching for truth: give the number 888-818-1117 a call or email

The Ten Commandments: Shattering a Perfectionist’s Flawless Reflection

7 Aug

The legend of the Ten Commandments precedes itself. As God’s flawless, textbook guide to righteousness, many perfectionist Christians have challenged themselves to follow all Ten Commandments to the letter. However, many find themselves tripping on their own two feet, avoiding sin. For some people, life becomes like a scoreboard. They count how many sins that they committed, tallying per day their losses and wins. Often, the sins outnumber the victories. From there, that leads to a winding road of frustration where living becomes surviving. However, those people do not realize that it isn’t the way that God’s Elect was meant to live.

Naturally, today’s modern society emphasizes perfection. Photographic advertisements devour on the insecure. Cunningly, they display untarnished, youthful models to trick others into buying their products. All for profit, these advertisers use the unseen forces of photoshop, make-up, and visual effects to produce a literally impossible image. If people cannot understand the limits of the flesh, how could they understand the limits of the soul?

After all, the Ten Commandments demanded nothing short of perfection. As the psalmist states, “The law of the Lord is perfect” (Psalm 19:7). As known, only one Man has followed the Law without a single grievance since the fall of Adam and Eve. Even more so, Christ hadn’t only followed the Law, but He also died paying the complete penalty of the Law. Christ suffered so that his people may be spared.

Most people fail to understand the purpose of the Ten Commandments. It’s not just a ‘Don’t do this’ or ‘Don’t do that.’ It’s a mirror of mankind’s own sinfulness. It is meant to be a demonstration to show how far people stand apart from the holiness of God.  As stated, “…the law is holy, righteous, and good” (Romans 7:12). No procedure was placed within the law for failure. It was meant to be all or nothing. One personality flaw would inevitably destroy the perfection that God required in His Law. Just one.

We are told that God spoke all the words of the law. He gave the entire testimony, and the Jewish people of Moses’ era assumed the responsibility of following the Ten Commandments per order. That spurs the question, why didn’t the Jewish people ask for mercy? After all, a flawless criterion requires a perfect man. However, no mortal man on Earth was ever perfect since the fall of Adam and Eve. So, how could mere mortals think of following every verse of the Ten Commandments without fail? Overall, a likely answer is human pride. It always makes people think that they can please God by themselves. As proven, before Israel even received the law and began to execute the Ten Commandments, they were already dancing in front of their idol, the Golden Calf.

See, the Ten Commandments was meant to be a lesson for the Israelites to learn humility. They could not be Holy enough to follow all Ten Commandments on their own.

A goal of a religious perfectionist is often to attempt Holiness by executing all the Ten Commandments (…or something similar.) That doesn’t sound bad at first. After all, God’s Elect was told to make their bodies into Holy sacrifices to the Lord. However, that’s where the Ten Commandments becomes a form of soulish bondage instead of a state of spiritual harmony. These perfectionists fail to realize the Ten Commandments were meant to be insurmountable in the first place.

It is truly an impossible task.

Attempting such an unfeasible challenge of holiness triggers a never-ending cycle of frustration. For a person to have a constant self-critical eye, it wears down the blade of their faith. Soon, their own degradation caused by their flaws transmutes into a judging game against other people. Finding dissatisfaction in themselves, they turn to nitpick others within their line of sight. Trying to set themselves apart from the rest of the other sinners around them, these self-shattered individuals begin to compare sins. As religious perfectionists struggle to build themselves by their impossible code, they must take someone else down. Often, that is done to their chosen targets by outright, blunt ostracization or silent, piercing judgment. Consequently, they fail to understand the impossibility of perfection. After all, if they were thoroughly Holy, what would be the need for the grace of the Resurrection?

Many months back, I saw a Christian preacher on the television falsely claim that people must keep all Ten Commandments in thought. However, he failed to realize that the mind is the worst possible place to derive Holiness.  Since the mind is constantly at war with principalities and powers of the air. Not to mention, the mind is also the meeting point between the egotistical soul and the dead spirit of non-born-again believers. Thereby, the mind is completely alien and void of God in the first place. As most of the Elect are not born-again, such a misguided teaching provides an impossible goal that could only be reached once they are born-again. Such an event only takes place from witnessing to the Gospel of Jesus. The born-again experience cannot be done by man’s own prompting, but instead by the Holy Spirit’s intervention. Consequently, a non-born-again believer meticulously following the Ten Commandments is equivocal to entering a spiritual marathon that they haven’t even entered yet!

People think that their sins will somehow make God refuse his Elect. However, they are blind to God, writing all three billion letters of their DNA, writing the circumstances of their lives, and setting the time of their salvation. He literally created them before time even began to tick. He knows the good, bad, and temptation of each person. That includes the very essence of their spirit. Consequently, if someone claims that someone is too awful to be born-again (or themselves for that matter), that person fails to recognize their Lord’s omnipotence.

After all, He created His Elect long before the Ten Commandments were established.

If you feel tortured by the inability to follow all Ten Commandments, join RESCUE at There, you may gain spiritual freedom and enlightenment by learning the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Personally, I found other points of view helps myself see spiritually better. It’s something helpful along the lines of using many mirrors to see oneself. Many people have been in similar positions. How Heavy Is Your Burden?

3 Aug

Have you ever hauled bricks, or an extremely heavy object and walked around quite some distance? I remember as a kid helping my dad construct a patio, having to haul 15 lbs limestone bricks down and up a hill to the backyard and place each cut stone in the right place. The heavy weight from the bricks would weigh down on my shoulders and arms, wrists and hands; leading me to fatigue, weakness, and soreness.

Keeping this concept in mind—we live in a world of anxiety, stress, finances, impatience, rush, chaos, and evil. At times, we can be tempted to give into the pressure of the world’s heavy burdens; making us heavy and burdened down. It may not be so much a physical feeling, but emotionally, and spiritually. Burdens are duties, problems, issues, a “yoke” that we take upon ourselves. We all have burdens to face, since it’s apart of life, but we have to discern what burdens are for us to bear.

There are burdens from God. Jesus Christ of Nazareth said, “Come to Me all who are weary and heavy-burdened. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.” (Matt. 11:29-30). The only burden we should bear is the Lord’s burden and be light and easy and have rest for our souls. We are also commanded to, “bear one another’s burdens, for by doing so you are fulfilling the Law of Christ.” (Gal. 6:2). Bearing one another’s burdens in the Body of Christ, according to God’s will simply means to lighten one another’s load or weight.

We must also understand that there are burdens not of God, but from the devil. The way to discern the burdens of Satan is to “put a scale on it.” If the burden is heavyweight, oppressive, slavish, over-working, exhausting, and full of unrest; then you know that the burden is from the enemy of our souls. What happens is the enemy will place a burden on your spirit; and you can get this sense of heaviness. Usually the sense of this spiritual heaviness is very subtle at first since it’s not necessarily a feeling, but in time will begin to wear your spirit down. We must resist with our spirit the devil and his burdens so that him and his burdens will flee. The devil can also target the soul to get that part of us to bear a burden also; that will cause emotional or mental stress, anxiety, depression and so on—to create unease within us. We must use our will and let go of these heavy burdens from the devil, and choose not to accept any burden from him.

These days, we may not even take time or a moment to examine the burdens of our lives. We can be hauling a wrong load that was never meant for us to be carried. Ignorance, pride, and deception can all be means as to why we give into the wrong burdens. Therefore, take time to assess the burdens of your life, and find rest with the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth’s burden…’s light and easy!
