HOW WITCHES AND WARLOCKS MANIPULATE OUR DREAMS

As  I continue to read the book of a former grandmaster occultist from  Nigeria, I am amazed at the power of the name of Jesus Christ of  Nazareth over ALL the power of the enemy. “Erik emphatically reports that  none of his nefarious practices ever worked against a true Christian  but only what he refers to as WEAK Christians.  In my estimation, a weak  Christian is no Christian at all.  This is an unsaved person who has  been duped.  The reality is that he or she has a form of godliness that  denies the power of the Holy Ghost.

Anyway, since dreams and  dream interpretation have been a specialty of mine for years, I was  interested in what Eric had to report about them.  He reported that he  manipulated  those under his control by sending them demons to disturb  their dreams. In anticipation of your questions, Eric did not explain HOW  this was done.  What he explains are his various initiations by  providing lots of details. For this reason, I provide no identifying  info about Eric’s book.  It is simply too graphic.

For the  purpose of this post, I simply report that Eric revealed that there  are different categories of manipulations that witches and warlocks use  to manipulate dreaming.  Nightmares are generally the result of demons.  Eric does not explain HOW this is done, but simply reports that he sent  demons to people to create dream experiences to bring a dreamer’s life  into a catastrophe, such as “bad luck” in business, health, marriage,  relationships, finances, to mention but a few. Through an occult art he  called, Putanivigrah, Eric projected demons against “weak Christians”.

These demons used dreams to pursue and fight against the person to whom  they are sent.  Whether a witch was behind it or not, I know from  personal experience what demons try to do to a person while they are  sleep.  It gives new meaning to the children’s prayer, “now I lay me  down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep.”For example, demons will  come into your sleep for the soul intention of weakening your will to  live, while you are in the altered state of sleep.

In fact, I have had  several dreams like this myself. So when a client comes to me for  deliverance counseling, one of the first forms of information I seek is  a presentation of the client’s dreams.  From listening to their dreams,  I can see the agenda of the demons in my client’s life.  Most of  my spiritual deception came through dreams sent to me by religious  demons. Each time I married the wrong man, a demon gave me a dream of  the man shortly before I met him. Demons use dreams to make various  suggestions that they try to set me up to follow.  And a demon that I  call “the spirit of death” has tried to cause me to die in my sleep.

They do this by pretending to be a dead person that you may have known  well, respected, or even loved. In the dream, they want you to follow  them with your spirit. The goal? Your death in your sleep.  Here  is the scenario.  Clothed in appearance and even in voice like “the dead  one,” the demon will create the dream. The intent is for you to “follow  the dead person.” Demons have tried this strategy on me time and time  again.  Here is an example.  My deceased father and his dead girlfriend  are taking me to the Bahamas and my father is paying for the trip. Cy  Sheppard never spent much money on me when he was alive, and the demon  KNEW that.  So in the dream, since it was a free trip, I was eager to  go.

However, whether it be my angel or my own spirit, I can not find  their hotel room.  I roam around Nassau Bahamas, a place that in the  natural, I am familiar with, but I can’t find my father and his dead girlfriend.  I believe that if I  did, I would have died in my sleep.  The spirit of death is a  demon whose assignment is to take us out before our time, either through  accident, suicide or homicide. When we are sleep is when we are quite  vulnerable. So the Lord has assigned an angel to guard us against the  Eric’s of this world. We must be careful not to provoke our angel with  lies, sin, or pride. That is another subject. DO NOT PROVOKE YOUR ANGEL.

My  purpose is to prepare the elect of God to recognize and overcome strong  religious delusion that pervades the last of the last days, through  COUNSELING, CONSULTATION,TRAINING, MENTORING AND THE PUBLICATION OF  BOOKS, ARTICLES AND STUDY GUIDES.  It has been my experience that the doorway UNKNOWINGLY left wide open to demonic torment is a captive’s fear of ever making a mistake. Demons take great pleasure in tormenting people who they can control with criticism, shame and accusation. As a deliverance counselor, I realize that for each captive, there is a different root cause. For the most part, a fear of making a mistake comes from how you were raised. Those who have been under the authority of extremely judgmental, critical parenting are inclined to either become passive or aggressive in their response to this fear.

The passive ones try to “always be correct and proper” because they are afraid of suffering the consequences that judgmental parenting brings. On my web caseload over the last 14 years, those who are constantly hearing critical, accusing voices in their minds have been raised by critical, judgmental parents. Perfectionism in passive people also leads them to be ardent people pleasers–a breeding ground for depression.

The aggressive folks tend to become the rebels of the world who often seem to make mistakes on purpose and by design because they simply enjoy annoying people. In other words, “if you made me the black sheep of the family, I’m going to play that role with style and gusto! If you told me when I was 10 years old that I am going to be no good, just like my father, well, I am going to be “my father” to the 25th power. So watch me, Mom, as I go through the revolving prison door of recidivism. Watch me and suffer Mom, because you have tried to frame me with a fear of being like a Dad that I didn’t even know, because of you and YOUR failures!

Here is another pattern. January 2 of every year  could be renamed “Get Rid of the Fat Day. There are unseen reasons why some of us got fat. Here is the scenario for the rebel:  ” If you have called me “fat” all of my life when I was not fat but voluptuous and my sensuality disturbed you, Mom—-I am REALLY going to become fat just to show you what FAT REALLY IS AND that I don’t care what you think of my body type!!!!”

Scenarios like these are often played out on a sub-conscious level. Anytime you don’t know who you are and why you are behaving the way that you do, you are a prime target for demonic interference. As a deliverance counselor, this is the reason  why I am less concerned about whether or not you ever experimented with the occult or drugs than I am about how you deal with “making mistakes.” It does not take a great deal of education to become a great learner. Learning involves listening and mimicking. Even if we can’t read or write, life itself is going to teach us something!!!” If you have never made a mistake then you have not learned very much.

For the Christian in particular, God designs the lessons of life disguised in the form of obstacles, mistakes and difficulties through a maze of trials, tribulations, troubles and tests. Why? Because the Christian walk in the spirit by faith in God alone is what earns us our eternal crowns. Without any ashes, there is no beauty. Without failure, there is no glory. Without falling, we really don’t know how to stand. We are sinners who must totally rely on the Holy Spirit’s leading in order to please a perfect God. He is pleased when we can resist the pride of our sinful nature and embrace our ashes.

I was born 73 years ago. I was born again 40 years ago. All I have to give to God is a life of mistakes and failures. These are my infirmities, and like Paul, I actually glory in them. I know that I glory in them because when I speak or write about my mistakes, I have no inner pulling of sorrow, shame or regret in my heart. I know that I glory in them because I give practically no thought or expression to the things that man would consider successful accomplishments. I glory in my mistakes because I have come to know that the power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is all over me when I can acknowledge my own weaknesses.

There is a difference between making a mistake and being a mistake. If I am in Christ, then I am not a mistake. On the contrary, if I rely on “self,” then I am functioning as a mistake. What the bible confirms is that God did not believe that I was a mistake or I would not be here. God does not believe that YOU are a mistake or YOU would not be here either. When we begin to see even an iota of how big and all-consuming God is, then we will stop worrying about our mistakes and the demons that are assigned to us will be bound and gagged.

Twenty eight years ago, I committed a serious sin that brought about its consequences and its ramifications. On last Friday, the religious demon assigned to me sent me a dream that showed me committing the exact same sin and “loving it.” Demons rarely accuse me of sin because they know that I don’t receive or respond to their guilt trips. However, THIS time, they “got me good” because the dream disturbed at least half of my day. The dream was a mockery. What I found offensive is that I was shown that I still have the desire to do the exact same thing, a sin that would be extremely hurtful to God as well as to other people whom I would certainly hurt.

Do I have the desire to commit the sin again? Absolutely not. Would I do so if tempted? Absolutely not. However, here is the truth of it. The flesh DOES NOT CHANGE! In my flesh, I am STILL capable of committing the exact same sin TODAY!!! Yet, though I am capable, I WILL not do it. Why not? Because I don’t walk in the flesh. I walk in the spirit. And because of Jesus Christ, the desires of my heart and my spirit HAVE CHANGED. There is NO CONDEMNATION TO THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS.

You see, Brethren, Christians who are afraid of making mistakes focus on self-righteousness and not on the righteousness of God in Christ. They are not looking to the cross. They are looking to self. They are trying to please God just as they tried to please their earthly parents. Yet our understanding and practice of perfection is totally different from God’s as it pertains to His people. Take Job, as our classic biblical example. He was as perfect as man can get, pleasing to God, yet prior to Calvary.

That was Job’s problem. He was toooo perfect. He had no mistakes to draw from. Without the mistakes, Job really did not know God very well. Once God allowed the devil to attack Job, Job’s hidden mistakes were revealed. He was focused on “self-righteousness. The true nature of God was also revealed. Once confronted by his religious friends, Job became defensive. Defensiveness is an outgrowth of pride. If you are defensive, then even the very thought of making a mistake becomes a bondage to you. On the real, face it. Mistakes are part of our lives and we will keep making mistakes till our last breath. In my book, “Faces of the Religious Demon” are scores of case summaries of professing Christians who religious demons tormented because their captives were afraid of making mistakes.  For one reason or another, deliverance counseling uncovered   a complicated pride system at the root.

Outcomes of Opened Chakras: The Account of Martii in Finland

YouTube is being overrun by drugs without narcotics or alcohol. These are mental drugs called idozers. . For example, the binaural beat videos are idozers that contain subliminal messages that alter one’s beliefs in the subconscious. These videos “claim to help you” to quit smoking, to focus, to meditate, to build your self confidence, and cleverly teach mind control in a witchcraft style based upon the law of attraction. In fact, the teachings claim that those who practice it’s tenets can make any other human being attracted to them by “uploading data to his brain”.

Martii from Finland watched 4 YouTube videos on binaural beats when He was 17 years old, He was led to them after smoking marihuana once, where he claims that he opened a chakra doorway to the first demon that entered him two years ago. In Martii’s  own words:


This demon kept me in fear for over 2 years that my personality had changed “because of smoking a miniature amount of marihuana”.The demon led me to try a self-confidence binaural beats, one of them was a self-confidence binaural beat; which contained “messages”.One of the messages was “I have the power within me”.

They’re powerful, hard to resist and they tend to make me want to do things that will later on get me into some sort of trouble. These days im just ignoring them to the best of my ability. If i choose to do as they say they become more frequent, but I know pretty sure that following what these thoughts will slowly get me into their control again and it’s a battle trying to snap out of it later on. Also what suggests toward demons is that they feel good and very tempting and the thoughts try to justify along with a good feeling of why it’s not harmful behaviour yo myself and others.

To give you an example is to try and manipulate someone without asking just as me. They’re always selfish but try to make me not think of it as selfish. It”s very hard to describe but it can be anything I defininately don’t want to do. I don’t know the exact word for it in english but it’s always along the lines of “come oon it’s not that bad”. They make my head a mess and sometimes it’s hard to tell whether it’s my own thought or not. They can even be murderous pure evil thoughts with foul language. And it’s as if the thought is trying to trick me into believing it came from me when I had no such intention in my head. When I’m tired or doing sports it’s more frequent and that can also come from ny own fear cuz I know now I’m weakened and easy to attackbwhen I’m not concentrating. It’s very confusing and sometimes I get confused to the point I where it’s hard to tell who I am anymore.

I say for example in my mind “my spirit is not for an evil spirit” and there is a thought which is trying to be timed mid-sentence to make the sentence be “my spirit is not for the holy spirit”. Also when i say in my mind i love lord jesus christ a thought is trying to be timed to make the sentence be “my lord satan”. This is starting to be pretty serious soil. I’m not scared though, something is keeping me calm through this. Before I would have freaked out and started to walk around the house in doubt, fear and terror, this time around I’m not.

Maybe it’s because of you and Pam, I know there is still hope.

Martii’s captivity is only one example that could very well be a global classic.

Martii contacted me after reading my one and only blog on the dangers of opening the chakras. He had been searching for a few years to find a deliverance minister who could set him free. he called me from Finland.

Here is more of MARTII’S personal testimony:

. Let me tell you. They can somehow do something which affects my ability to believe. One demon was in my forehead casting some energy while another one was at the throat. They staged even fake crying and fake emotion.

They faked freedom by truth with both my throat and forehead chakras under their control, creating an illusion so strong I just couldn’t help it.

it made 0 sense but they staged a false rebirth.

This was so well planned I had no idea they could pull something like this off.

    They pretended to be me so well that I didn’t notice it wasn’t me thinking

Also that anger toward God earlier with the blasphemy and all that.., they pretended that aswell.
It was a trick to make me believe I was supressing “my anger” toward God and that I needed to get out so that I would be truthful LoLoLolOLOoO d., while all the while they caused all that.

Their tricks are unbelievable.

Generally, I don’t take more than 15 minutes to cast out demons, which also includes my prayers and affirmations. On October 14, 2013, with me in New York and Martii in Finland, we were on a 7 hour time difference, 4 pm for me and 11 pm for him. I open up as I usually do, with a bit of counseling and prayer. Once I started to confront the demons in each chakra, it was 47 minutes of horrible sounding manifestations that rival the fake sounds of Hollywood’s best Satanic horror movie—only this was real and no staged. it is on audio tap so if any one wants to hear it, I have Martii”s permission to share the audio I with you.

It did not stop there. Martii  is continuing to manifest even after we hung up he phone. nine days Later, Mike wrote this:

Two more demons left from my forehead and throat, today, Oct. 23. … well i hope that is the last of those two, they’ve been messing with me for too long. This is making me me wonder… jjst how many demons did I have? This looks like it could be from tens to hundreds.

From what I heard over that phone, it’s got to be in the hundreds. What is not clear to Martii is that it was nothing but the name and the blood of Jesus Christ that is setting him free. It has been revealed to me that Martii will be completely free in 30 days. Truth has yet a job to do on Martii.

UNCOVERING STRONGHOLDS IN DELIVERANCE

UNCOVERING STRONGHOLDS

A stumblingblock is an interconnection of a person(s), a place or surrounding, an event, a personality defect or a thing that demons continue to employ to cause the captive to fall. Often there is something in the captive’s personality or character that draws him either by attraction or seduction to perform an act that proves to be detrimental, by acting as a doorway for particular demons.Usually the stronghold is upheld by a particular sin, serving as a stimulator to the weight that continues to beset the captive.

A stronghold may consist of one demon or a constellation of demons. The bigger the stronghold, the more unproductive theclient’s spiritual life will be.Upon searching for strongholds, you should prepare the captive to face them squarely by recognizing factors and issues that may lie in either his subconscious or even the unconscious mind. In this regard, dream interpretation will be an important tool in uncovering subliminal strongholds. As a deliverance counselor, you should seek the Lord in prayer, asking Him to uncover that which is hidden so that the captive can receive a powerful insight that might be earth shattering. For example, consider a captive who was raised in the church. She strongly believes that she is saved because of her church affiliation and the fact that she speaks in tongues. The captive in this example never suspected that her inability to contend with demons is because she never got saved while attending church. However, the Lord has revealed to you that He has allowed the demons to torment her because her eternal salvation was in the balance. In other words, the torment drove the captive to you for help, so that the Lord could open up the captive’s eyes so that she could perceive her true spiritual condition.

Some captives are very invested in maintaining the power of their stronghold, even though they would like to be relieved from torment. Consider a person who is out on the ledge of a highrise apartment house, trying to get into the window of her apartment which is several feet to the left of her. In order to reach her destination, she must avoid looking down or to the right to avoid getting dizzy or distracted and end up falling to her death. Similarly, a person bound by a stronghold may try to avoid any deviation from his usual patterns for fear that  he may fall. The course that the captive has developed over time consists of unconscious defense mechanisms, designed on a subliminal level to keep the captive on his path, even though the captive would agree that the path he has chosen is destructive.

As an example, a female captive who is dependent upon an abusive partner will be hindered from making any independent moves of her own. As such, those in the bondage to a stronghold most likely lack spontaneity of feeling, thought and/ or willpower, making his soul weak and unstable. Each stronghold will create a specific  fear or doubt as well as an accompanying behavior of his self concept and pride system. Captives who are in bondage to their own self-created stronghold will often attribute the strength of the stronghold to demons, when in fact, casting out the demons will not bring any relief. In a case of this kind, the stronghold is embedded in the captive’s personality defect. The demons take advantage of the personality defect.  So through deliverance counseling, it is imperative to deal with the personality defect prior to casting out demons, for the will eventually return.  Deal with the defect, and don’t be surprised if the demon walks away on its own.

FOR 16 YEARS, I THOUGHT I WAS SAVED!

Hello, My name is Tee, and this is my story:

For the past 16 years, I had considered myself saved, born again, gone to church my whole life…the whole nine yards. But, throughout those years, I realized that I had continued to be entangled in my sins…For example, I even dibbled and dabbled into occult practices about 4 years ago…I had actually convinced myself that it was all from God! But yet, I was saved??? I also had trouble with keeping my flesh subdued in certain situations, particularly when I would become angry or upset. I practiced idolatry by putting other things before my relationship with God, and not living for God first…the list goes on. Sure, I was a “good person,” whose life on the outside reflected that I may have been a true Christian….I didn’t curse, get drunk, and pretty much lived a decent life…even primarily listened to Christian music, but yet something was STILL WRONG. On the outside, I “appeared” to live like a Christian, and I always loved God, and all things “good,” but I only had a “form of Godliness.” Little did I know, I was not really saved.

I had been on a quest for TRUTH since about 2006. I began to notice the problems with organized religion, and how it really got in the way of my relationship with God, and I left the organized church because I truly could not hear the Holy Spirit’s voice because religion and false doctrine preached in the churches kept getting in the way. Sure, I visited churches from time to time, but was never led by the Holy Spirit to a particular church. The Holy Spirit has been leading me to the truth the entire time. Now, still believing I was saved, I continued on, posting in facebook groups, sharing the truth I was learning, which was good, but because I believed I was saved at the time, I preached some error about salvation…error that included works…because that’s what I thought salvation was.  This occurred when I had preached to someone about salvation in one of the groups. I was preaching in error…much of it was my pride of letting the guy know I was, “right.” Now, I have always had a lot of knowledge about Biblical things, and the Holy Spirit allowed me to discern a lot, but I still WAS NOT SAVED. Bible knowledge DOES NOT SAVE YOU! NOR DOES BEING A “GOOD PERSON” OR HAVING A GENUINE LOVE FOR JESUS, OR DOING CERTAIN WORKS TO ATTAIN SALVATION.

Not long after that post, I started questioning my salvation because the Holy Spirit began to deal with me mainly about how my life did not reflect the Fruits of the Spirit. Sure, I preached about it, but my OWN LIFE DIDN’T REFLECT IT!!! Lol! I then sought out Pam Sheppard’s help, because I felt like I really needed help with sorting things out about my salvation. I met Pam through a mutual facebook friend, and I read about her unique story of how she was led to Christ. I also found out that she is a Christian Counselor who has a love for helping people. I identified with her story because the Holy Spirit had already spoken to me about what she had been saying in her videos, blogs, etc., and because she always preached about the True Gospel of Jesus Christ. Contrary to what I had believed, and what MOST churches taught about salvation, I knew I could not have been saved based on even the fact that no change occurred in me, and because of the false doctrine that was preached to me. . I talked with Pam Sheppard on June 26, 2012. This is what happened:

The way I knew I was saved for sure was that when I heard the Gospel…it hit me like NEVER before. I talked with Pam by phone on June 26, 2012, and she asked me whether or not I believed I was saved. I replied, “Possibly.” You see, I knew the Holy Spirit had already been working on me about that, and I had recently started realizing that something was just NOT RIGHT…I started thinking about how I don’t think I truly repented and became a new creation back when I thought I had gotten saved back in 1996. Then, Pam preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ to me, and I knew that there was no way that I was saved because I wasn’t certain based on the Gospel. I didn’t understand the depth of what had happened…I just had knowledge.

Throughout the day, the Holy Spirit began to convict me about who I was before him….he began to deal with me…I thought a lot my conversation with Pam…but it didn’t stop there…when I got on the computer that night, well early that morning…I pretty much stayed up all night…I watched Pam’s “False Conversions” video series  on youtube…all of’ em! I began to truly understand what had happened with Jesus…and the DEPTH of what had happened. I realized that I had some “knowledge,” but don’t think I truly BELIEVED the Gospel! Right then, it was like faith just entered in me, and I believed the depth of it all. Details of the gospel resonated with me. He then led me to Galatians 5:19-23….and I saw my sin before me…I didn’t really see my sinful nature until that point.

But the video, “False Conversion Part 2_the Resurrection,” that’s the one that hit home with me….namely, during the end where Pam describes his resurrection, using an example of a dead person coming back alive at their own  funeral; becoming alive again in their same body, but then she goes on to say, THIS IS RESURRECTION. Then she powerfully says, “I believe a DEAD man lives, his name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and he is GOD!!!!!” that, right there, JESUS CHRIST IS GOD HIMSELF IN THE FLESH…..resonated with me WOOO HOOO!!!!…I kept listening to that over and over again a few times…and I sat up and said, “Oh my goodness!” It never even occurred to me that I don’t think I really believed that JESUS CHRIST WAS GOD IN THE FLESH….just that part really helped me.  Also the fact that he CAME BACK TO LIFE IN HIS VERY SAME BODY, and got up, in the FLESH!!! I kind of knew that, but not to the depth I that come to know it this time, and I’m not sure if I really truly believed that either, before.  And, every time I heard Pam say that one sentence, my entire body would get a big huge chill…Not long after that, I couldn’t sleep, and something said, “Hosanna.” So, I immediately just took the computer in the bathroom, and listened to a you tube song that I know, called “Hosanna,” by Hillsong United.

That song really spoke to me. Right then and there I cried a lot, just blown away by the fact that he would even do all of that…for ME, and for that reason alone compels me to want to live for him. I’m just so grateful that GOD…would come in the form of flesh, live in the flesh, go through that horrible death, bearing all of MY sins that I didn’t even realize were there….I didn’t realize how much of a sinner I really am.. God could not fellowship with me because of who I was…because of my wickedness. It separated me from him. The life I had lived was NOT a death to my flesh, and he did all of that just so I can have a chance at salvation. That’s LOVE! I don’t know anybody on this earth who died, then came back to life in the VERY SAME BODY! That’s MIND BLOWING! At that point, I knew that there was no way I could ever live like that again…I cried a little more after the song went off…

I watched the video yet again, and in my entire body, from head to toe I got a big, for lack of a better word, “chill” over my ENTIRE BODY…. all over from HEAD TO TOE….it was like having the chills to the maximum extent, if that makes sense. And then I said, “Well I just heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ :o, ” and smiled. I sat there for a minute. Then, on the computer screen (on the you tube screen where I watched the music video) there were suggested videos of the cross on the right…so I clicked one of the videos, and just watched the crucifixion and cross. I think I watched 2 more music videos…and was reminded, yet again how Jesus overcame sin and death for me. All of those sins that have been just so EASY for me to commit ALL THE TIME….he bore them. There had to be a blood sacrifice for our sin because God cannot accept sin….he did the ULTIMATE thing. He was the ULTIMATE sacrifice…it should have been my blood, but he took my place. The day before, Pam had preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ to me…like I’ve never heard it before…and that changed me. I now know that I am a NEW CREATION…it’s a big difference. The Holy Spirit power within me keeps me from indulging in sin…and it convicts me at all times to keep me from sinning. It’s hard to explain…but the power of the Gospel does something to you…once you really hear it and come to believe and have faith in what happened.

I no longer wonder about my salvation. My eyes have been opened to the TRUTH. I will NEVER FORGET the power of God I experienced right in that moment on June 27, 2012 @ 4:42 a.m. I was joyful after sobbing over the fact that God did all of that just for ME…I just can’t live a life of sin anymore. I KNOW the Gospel of Jesus Christ now! Nobody can take that away from me! Everything happened real fast! lol When everything happened, I was like, “Huh?” I knew the Holy Spirit was in me when it happened…I recognized its presence. This is the part that is wild: THE HOLY SPIRIT ENTERED INTO ME, AND I RECOGNIZED ITS PRESENCE IMMEDIATELY. I KNEW IT WAS THE HOLY SPIRIT. You can’t believe the Gospel if you don’t understand it. You can’t understand it without it being properly preached to you. And without the understanding, you cannot be saved/ born again. But, religion, religious pride, and false doctrine blocks us from hearing the TRUE GOSPEL…happened to me for years.

Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare For Such A Time As THIS!

Greetings in the precious name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ.  This is an exciting endeavor.  It was more than 20 years ago that I had a dream of 12 miles of a highway where people were standing “on-line”, single file, at arm’s length.  It has only been recently that the meaning of this dream was revealed.  The “highway” is the Internet and you, the people, are “on-line!”  Allow me to share with you “on-line”, thirty-nine years as a therapist in a licensed field  and thirty  (30) years as a ministerial servant of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Ten Biblical Truths of Deliverance Ministry

Even though I have been serving in ministry since Oct. 25, 1981,  experiential  learning has been more a part of my serving than preaching, pastoring  or any other ministerial function.  What I have been learning for the most part is how to be “spiritually sensitive.”At first I thought that spiritual sensitivity could only be attained through the 9 supernatural gifts of the Holy Ghost, particularly the discerning of spirits.  Yet the word of God makes it plain that these 9 gifts only operate “as the Spirit wills” and not simply because we either desire them or seek them.  We are told to seek them and to desire them, yet one of the purposes of “the New Idolatry”  is to warn the elect that Satan has some very clever counterfeits. In summary, here are some biblical truths to remember:

 

1.Anyone who is truly saved cannot be touched by the devil without God’s permission. (Job Ch. 1)

 

2.The plan of God is to lead the demons to reveal their own folly. (II Timothy 2:26)

 

3.The devil believes that the only thing that keeps the believer faithful to the Lord is the fact that he or she is protected by the hedge.  In other words, we are in it for the blessings and protection from demons.  Demons are convinced that when the pressure is placed upon us, we will not stand. (Read Job)

 

4.When a demon has been able to have place in a Christian’s life, we should examine the situation based upon points 1-3.

 

5.When the battle comes in a believer’s life, the Lord will make a way of escape.  Very often, the deliverance counselor or worker  IS the “way” that the Lord has made for a particular  captive to escape.

 

6.Sometimes the Lord will permit a believer to be deceived because there is a valuable lesson to be learned from the experience.

 

7.We must all humble ourselves to those times we do things that cause us vulnerable to demonic deception and attack.

 

8.We will never be smart enough to discern the trap that has been set before us. However, if we remain lovers of the truth,  the Holy Spirit that we have  will reveal all truth to us. (John 16:13)

 

9.Deliverance counselors must simply trust God to open our spiritual eyes and reveal demonic devices to us, as  long as we  continue to walk by faith with complete and total trust in Jesus Christ.

 

10.Anyone who is not saved, is in the hands of the devil because the devil has rule and authority over him. Any unsaved person who seeks deliverance must first come under the authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, who is the Deliverer.

 

       Although I may not be able to walk in a supernatural gift according to my own will like  the false prophets and psychics do with  Satan’s power, I leave supernatural manifestations in the hands of God.  In fact, I no longer actively seek the supernatural, as it is definitely a weakness of my flesh.  For example, if the testimony of  Celie in Africa is of the Lord, then He will move sovereignly and miraculously  when He chooses, without even my personal  knowledge.  What I have learned is that I can become “spiritually sensitive” to the extent that I can discern the Lord from what is emanates from my own  soul, or from what is demonic in nature. As you can ascertain from the profiles that have been presented in this book, the bulk of this kind of discernment  has  come to me by  learning through experience.  For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.  But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their sense exercised to discern both good and evil. (James 5:12-14) The “exercise” to which James is referring will produce true “LEARNING!” The more you and I learn, the more we can discern. Hopefully, you too can learn from my trial, errors and failures.

 

     How does “learning to discern come?”  Many study all the time by learning facts but they cannot discern truth in the spirit.    I have found that the most important aspect of learning how to discern is to experience the Lord’s hand upon me as I myself am broken. When I am broken, then I become sensitive and discerning.  Here is an example. I am acquainted with  preachers who have studied all the scriptures on pride and can quote them, even preach a good message about pride, yet not really be able to sense the sinfulness of pride in their own spirits.  Therefore, when pride appears in the captive, such a  minister will not be able to sense it.  His spirit will not be distressed.  He may even feel sympathetic to the captive when what he should be feeling is a sense of distress within his own spirit.

 

   When the Lord deals with me through the work of the Holy Spirit by breaking me, then when I come across a sinful situation, I  feel distressed because my senses have been exercised to discern evil and to feel what God Himself feels about that evil. Once I have discerned the ailment or weakness that opened the door to demonic oppression, then I can serve my brother in the area of pride, if pride was the problem.  The more my own soul is renewed, the better I can serve.  The more I myself have been  dealt with, the better I am  able to make an assessment based on spiritual truth.  Once The Holy Spirit has   broken me in a particular area, I find that I am better equipped   to pinpoint the real condition of others.

 

    A previously indicated, just as the mouth speaks what is in the heart, so too does the mouth speak through an email.   To make a good assessment of a person’s soul, we listen to his mouth.  One of the benefits of using emails in counseling is that I can  examine every written word and phrase, even the ordering of  a captive’s  thoughts by the way he puts forth his inner man in his sentences. Since both the religious demon and the witchcraft demon are rooted in the pride of its captive, pride uncovers the nature of the soul.   In the scriptures, rebellion,— a form of pride—, is comparable to witchcraft.  However, since the captive to the witchcraft demon will invariably suffer loss, or some other negative outcome to his physical and emotional well-being, its captive will ultimately desire freedom.  I repeat again that the relief from torment by  an apparently passive captive will often reveal a rebellious heart, filled with pride.

How We Set Captives FREE at SCC

The main objective of Christian counseling is to set captives free.

At Sheppard’ Counseling Center, the most important tool in the process is actually  the captive.  For example, if during the assessment process, the captive reveals that his or her faith is weak, or that there are major issues of doubt and un-belief, then a major objective of the assessment phase would be to build up the client’s faith.  The treatment plan  lists the problems, hindrances in the situation, the goals, objectives and the strategies toward building the captive’s faith.  We also consider whether or not the captive has a strong network system of Christian elders who can support the captive. Therefore, we employ a cadre of mentors or “ministers” for support and encouragement.

The Christian client today is one who has been duped by the organize church into easy believism. They have repeated a sinner’s prayer, acknowledged that they have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts, and declared to be saved or born again.  What has happened is that the fake Jesus answered their invitation. They have worshipped Him through prayer meetings, bible studies, song and dance, yet they are not saved.  They don’t know it but the enemy DOES. Therefore, the weapons of spiritual warfare do not work for them.

Without the weapons that redemption affords: the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the girdles of truth, the feet shod with the gospel of peace and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, the captive has to rely on a Christian counselor or minister who is truly saved—one who can successfully work the spiritual weapons against principalities and powers.

Even so, we have found that the captives’ free will is their best weapon.  So in deliverance counseling and mentoring, we encourage the captive to fight in cold blood.  From a Christian perspective, our role is akin to a trainer who prepares  a prizefighter for a boxing match.  As spiritual trainers, we are in the captive’s corner, giving specific instructions as to how to win the fight. The captive takes our instructions, does all that he or she can do, and when the time is right, we step in and finish the fight by casting out demons and commanding fallen angels to go about somebody elses business.

It has been our experience, that until captives use their own free will to revoke the invitation that they made to the fake Jesus, their psychic doorways or chakras will remain open, and demons will have unhindered access to their souls and spirits.  So we focus on closing those gateways by truth.  If the captive does not fight the process, victory is assured.

Since December 2002, we have discovered an astounding statistic.  At least 95% of the churchgoing captives  of Sheppard’s Counseling Center–about 300 professing Christians— did not understand either sin, repentance or the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.  They do not know that they received the fake Jesus. 

Consequently, they worship whom they do not know.

This is an extremely appalling, pervasive condition, of epidemic proportions within the worldwide church.  Since we have counseled people in Australia, South Africa, England, Japan, Canada, the Caribbean and from at least 1/3 of the United States, the problem is the same.  An imposter god is being worshipped as if he is the Lord Almighty.  No wonder Jesus warned that in there would be people who would call Him “Lord,” and He will say “I NEVER knew you.”

The first stage of  basic Christian mentoring is geared toward helping you make your own decisions about how much truth you are willing to receive to obtain freedom. The more you resist truth, the longer you will journey on the broad way, that leads to destruction.

 THE OBJECTIVES  OF DELIVERANCE MENTORING

We have found that most Christians who need deliverance mentoring are blinded by spiritual ignorance.  Our goal at SEW is to help you attain clear spiritual vision as we coach and train you to distinguish between good and evil. 

The goal of basic Christian mentoring  is to help you to be engaged, encouraged and enlightened  in your mind. As such, our objective at is to strengthen your spirit so that you will be able to recognize God’s will and choose it above your own.

However, the goal of deliverance mentoring  is to arm you to recognize and effectively deal with  the activity of the enemy in your life.  Deliverance mentoring is broken down into 4 components:

A SEARCH FOR COSMIC EVIL DOORWAYS: These are areas  in a person’s life which are giving or have given cosmic entities the right to enter or remain in the person. Asking Jesus to “come into your heart, a counterfeit birth, a background in the occult, unconfessed sins, ungodly soul ties, unforgiveness, holding cursed possessions (occult rings, etc.) and so forth can give demons a right to inhabit and torment a person. These legal grounds can be  removed by facing the truth,  repentance, renunciation, extending forgiveness, etc.

THE EXAMINATION OF STRONGHOLDS: These are basically incorrect thinking patterns in your mind. For example, if  you think God is angry with you because you have committed the unpardonable sin, then you will feel like He is. This stronghold may open you to panic attacks, paranoia  or obsessive compulsive behavior. Strongholds are torn down in each mentoring session  as a trained minister and mentee work together to reprogram your mind to think differently. You might say that the SEW approach to a stronghold is to enhance critical thinking capabilities and simple commonsense. Together the mentor and the mentee destroy the strength of the debilitating thought.

RESTORATION OF YOUR SOUL: Renewal is often required when counseling a person who has been abused, raped or has been exposed to a traumatic experience. Becoming whole  is a work of the Holy Spirit and is received as a captive is  delivered from  the inner hurt and pain from past experiences. Then   the Holy Spirit  comes in and heal those wounds. Forgiveness often plays a part in this releasing process. Oftentimes, self-forgiveness needs to be received as the captive may be   holding things against him or herself which must be released. Once truth is known and accepted, freedom is obtained.

EXPULSION OF THE ENEMY Confronting  cosmic entities directly  is where either devils or demons are  driven out of the client by the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and the power of the Holy Ghost. After success in the first three stages,  expulsion is often un-necessary. However, in various cases, direct confrontation of the powers of darkness cannot be avoided.  At this stage, the client MUST sign and notarize an informed consent form called the DDF, the Deliverance Disclaimer Form. There are no exceptions.
