Do you wish to be a god ?

20 Feb

In today’s society, we see a lot of competition and aspirations to be prettier, skinnier, stronger, healthier, wealthier, and not be like the average person.

Some people spend tons of money to get the closest to immortality and what they see as perfection. They want to be gods.

In religious rhetoric, all this is futile superficial worldly preoccupations. So what do they do ? They act like they are above all that by wearing voluntarily ugly clothes, not wearing makeup and demonizing people who do “”indulge”” in such behavior.

These people also want to be gods. By pretending to be above human superficial nature of loving to be approved, they really wish to ascend to God-like status. At least in the eyes of the church.

While it is pretty impossible and burdensome to crave this world’s perfection standards, it is as prideful to pretend to be above it. It is false guilt. Religious false guilt.

As a former catholic then adventist, I hid my body image issues and felt bad for caring about my looks. I threw away clothes that I liked, stopped caring about myself. I stopped being myself just to be “not like other humans”. Well, I am human.

Because our human nature is sinful and imperfect. We all have hidden desires, and if we are not born again it is just going to be ! And torturing yourself to approach what church tells you is God’s standards WITHOUT waiting for His Spirit to bring you to Jesus and change you in His Image by His timing is just impatient and as proud as men chasing immortality.

Do you have or had secret desires of being like a god out of impatience too ? Feel free to comment. If you want to be set free from any burden related to that, you can set up an appointment with Pastor Pam via phone ( 888-818-1117 ) or via email at psmontheweb@yahoo.com

Demonized or Sent Crazy in a Church Service or Crusade

1 Jun

By Pastor Pam Sheppard

fb_80

I don’t make it a practice to call out ministries and prophets by name. Making it clear, I would love to fully expose them. The problem is that people miss the reason for the exposure, and if they are a fan, they will get caught up in defending both the minister and his or her ministry rather than “listen to reason.” Having been there and done that,  I refuse to get distracted by engaging in  online defensive arguments and contentions.

The reality is that   for every known mega false teaching and practice, there are hundreds or even thousands of unknown  ministries who continue to  mimic the famous.  These unknown ministries  collectively, are influencing untold numbers of innocent, ignorant people. So my goal is to bring my readers  the truth  without identifying individuals so that you can recognize game not only  among  the famous but also among the unknown.

After serving in ministry for 25 years within a denomination, the Lord led me out of all religious systems in 2004 and I have not looked back. So for the last 14 years, I only learn about what the church  is doing from demonized captives who seek my help. Recently I was contacted by a captive who I will re-name  “Helen.”

Helen became intrigued by a ministry where the leader claims that those who heed his doctrine will have a face to face contact with Jesus. The “pastor” who I will refer to as “Simon” after the biblical Simon the Sorcerer boasts on his website that his ministry is  the Greatest Move of God to hit the face of the Earth!.With more than 1,800 churches and thousands on the worldwide volunteer staff, Apostle Simon the Sorcerer continues to hold miracle crusades, and claims to preach and teach  the complete and unadulterated Word of God everywhere!” He is also big on slain in the spirit.  He can wave his hand and the entire congregation will fall.  Someone in his crusade took a picture and an image was photographed whom he and his followers claim to be Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

So Helen, who already has a predisposition in her flesh that draws her to anything and everything supernatural, immediately became sold out for Simon’s ministry, especially since his main headquarters is located within walking distance of her apartment. She thought to herself “What a blessing!!! In her own words:

I went to the those events because of Simon’s book, Face to Face Appearances With Jesus. The book talked about this love affair he had with Jesus, how he would fall asleep and Jesus would appear to him in his sleep, what Jesus looked like and how  Jesus took Simon to Heaven and told him things no one else knew and how Jesus had so much love for him and so many other wonderful things.

I personally wanted a face to face with Jesus as I always have been attracted to Him since a child. So the way Simon portrayed the Lord in this book lured me into his ministry, tooth, nail and sinker. When Simon’s  book came out there were other books of other authors who claimed they had visitations from Jesus also. For that reason, I thought  that Simon’s book must be legitimate.

At the the crusades, I felt this tremendous power. Actually, it was nothing like I ever felt before. Therefore, I just knew God was with the man Simon because of the power and electricity I could feel in his worship services. Today I know it was all just the powers of fallen angels who were creating that power and that it was not from God.

So what happened that caused Helen to realize she had been duped? In a nut shell, two fallen angels began playing “good cop/bad cop” with her. It was probably one fallen angel playing both roles.

The “GOOD” ANGEL

All of the sudden I received a few Jesus dreams. I remember one was where it was Jesus with a crowd of people around him and I was standing next to him and I was like wow all of the these people are trying to get to Jesus, but He wants ME! So when Jesus put his arm around me I felt so important and loved. I remember another one was where Jesus was riding on a big eagle over a mountain and saying he was coming back and I was in awe because in the dream it seemed so real. One dream I had is where I was walking down my old block and I heard a voice from the sky say I love you and that he was coming back.

THE “BAD” ANGEL

After they stopped playing God, they became cold towards me, when I say playing God they use to sing about the rapture and Jesus coming back and it sounded so beautiful like it were men and women angels singing. It was a male voice that would sing and say that the Holy Spirit was with me now. Its like they were trying to act like God and point out certain sings I had and they were saying I wasnt going to Heaven because of such and such and that I wouldnt be taken in the rapture.

When the torment started, I remember during the day they would threaten me about choking me in my sleep at night. I was in mental torment because they could read my mind about what I was thinking and they would interfere with normal every day things like watching tv. Its like at every little turn they had to comment or joke about something I did.

I remember they would get on me about talking back to them saying I shouldnt talk to demons but it was hard not to because they were trying to hold conversations with me. It was very hard to concentrate on things on cleaning. I was just so upset and depressed because I realized the voices were not going away and that it was real.

They could make there voices even appear like it was coming from a fan or inside a washer at the laundrymat and they would be so loud and noisy that it was scary at times. I had severe panic attacks where I was in and out of the emergency room because of breathing problems. It turned out to be panic attacks. I was prescribed me ativan to calm me down. I ended up having to be prescribed panic attack medication, although I dont take that anymore.

I was always tired because I barely got any sleep because I lost my ability to sleep well at night. The anguish of just lying in bed and not be able to fall asleep was so debilitating. When I did fall asleep, I was takin out of my body and choked. What bothered me the most was they kept saying Luicfer is calling your name, girl, Lucifer is calling your name, Girl! I wondered, “Why is Satan calling MY name!!!

Much of the time, these spirits would sing sing sing, until they couldn’t sing no more. They love to sing little rhymes and riddles, I remember thinking the music they are making sounds like rap music or something off of the radio. I just kept thinking “when will they shut up and stop talking to me and give peace?”

They also knew how to lie, like I remember one time they kept saying “we are searching your mind to see if there are any defects in your brain to see why I kept believing the demons. I always believed them when they told me I wasn’t going to Heaven. I remember this one time they were cursing the Holy Spirit and they said I had cursed the Holy Spirit in my  mind and they kept teasing me and taunting me, that I ended up saying I didn’t curse the F***in Holy Spirit. Once I sis that, then they told me I had committed the unpardonable sin. I was in awe IOU’s anguish over that for awhile.

I remember I had so much fear about falling asleep and in the visions or dreams or whatever they were, I remember feeling so helpless as they continued to choke me. I had no power to fight them off and so I wondered where was Jesus to come and help  me? In the dreams It was always sad, or bad memories I had but in a distorted way and the dreams never made sense. I was just so unhappy because I couldn’t dream like I use to and I kept blaming myself for going to those miracle healing crusades because I kept thinking I should have stopped once I saw I wasn’t getting healed.

So what happened to Helen? She ended up diagnosed with schizophrenia. The medication blocked out the voices of religious fallen angels, which Helen refers to as the outside or outer voices. Yet she remains in torment from the inner voices. The inner voices tell her daily, 24/7 that she must commit suicide. She sought my help to be delivered in December 2017 but did not have regular phone sessions until February 2018. So for about 4 months, Helen has been re-trained out of “churchianity while simultaneously detoxed from religion. Last week, I conducted a telephone deliverance. I informed Helen that if they were coming out, they would do so within 7 days. Here is Helen’s report, received June 1, 2018, 4 days after the phone session:

Hey Pastor Pam. I am so glad you gave me these affirmations. The demons have been going crazy, I was screaming all over the place. I just knew the demons were going to come out. I have been trying to say them everyday and doing it more than twice. I did put in there that I will never kill myself like you told me to do and the demons go crazy when I say that. Its something how you knew I should say that, that part never crossed my mind.

In the second affirmation where it says I was tricked into worshiping fallen angels and religious demons where it says I renounce prayers offered to the catholic Mary, I switched it with Jesus Sananda Immanuel and then I put in there I renounce the Jesus come into my heart and the sinners prayer where it says I renounce the sinners prayer that I said in 2000 and that made them go crazy.

In the part that says I reject any association with African false gods I put in there kundalini, freemasonry, Buddhism, Hinduism etc and that made them really go crazy. Now at times when I look in the mirror, I see a crying face. like the demon is crying through me, which is weird. The demons have literally gone crazy. They said that they feel like they are coming out and they say they hate you so much. One thing they have being saying lately is that they are losing traction and they are losing ground which is weird. I guess they are losing their footing inside me.

I really appreciate it, send anything else my way if you think it will help.

This is a breakthrough.

A few months ago, “Helen” asked me to write a blog or produce a video that would expose the ministry of “Simon.” Helen requested that I reveal Simon’s  true identity in order to warn others. My reservation is that  I wanted to be sure that Helen’s  torment was not because of a genetic  mental health disorder. Simply put,  I needed to be positive that her condition is spiritual and not mental.

In truth, I do not need Helen’s testimony to discern that Simon’s ministry is not from God. Nevertheless, I could not assume that his ministry was the direct cause of Helen’s torment because she could simply be delusional due to mental illness. So I chose to write this  article today, because Helen revealed something that she has no way of knowing. 1) evil spirits hate me 2) when they are being unseated, they will cry, complain, moan and grown. As she wrote “its like they are going crazy,” 3) demons will not come out if they don’t lose their legal rights or ground.

So other than reveal who Simon is, I suggest you run like a bat let out of hell from anyone who teaches you to seek a face to face visitation with Jesus. Jesus will certainly come to you through one or more of his religious evil spirits. These spirits will not be sent by Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

They will be dispatched to you by  the Fake Jesus. Jesus Sananda Immanuel. To know more about him, click here to get this book.

Does Jesus Sananda Have Your Soul?

9 Oct

The Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth asked an interesting question. How many believers would He find on earth when He returns..

The rhetorical answer can be inferred to be “not many.” Why? Because of false conversions.

A false conversion occurs in the following instances:

1. A person makes a decision to “accept” Jesus and then ends up boasting, “I am saved because I chose to follow Jesus.” Often this person has repeated a sinner’s prayer or responded to a minister’s invitation to “walk forward” at the close of the sermon. There is also no evidence of repentance. Nor is there evidence that the believer understood either the cross or the resurrection of Jesus Christ at the time of the alleged salvation experience.

2. A person assumes because his or her family are professing, churchgoing Christians, and since he or she has attended church from birth, that he or she is “saved.”

3. A Charismatic/Pentecostal person has sought the Holy Ghost through the manifestation of the speaking in tongues. Since the believer actually had a “tongue manifestation,” an assumption is made that the person is saved.

What I have uncovered through deliverance counseling, is this.

To review or purchase a paperback, click the book’s cover. To purchase an e-book, click the title link highlighted in the text.

When a counterfeit birth has taken place, the devil steps in, represented by a fallen angel who now calls himself “Jesus Sananda Immanuel.” You can either obtain a copy of my book, “The Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us,” or google with Sananda’s name, and you will find that Sananda claims that he has infiltrated the entire organized church. Consequently, when prayers and worship are offered, it is Sananda, and not Jesus Christ of Nazareth who is unknowingly appealed to. So in other words, the believer is actually practicing idolatry without realizing what has occurred and who he or she is worshiping.

If I were a betting person, I would put all of my savings on the expectation that 90% of the people who sincerely believe that they are born again fall in one of the three categories cited. Yet there is a fourth category. It includes those who have had supernatural experiences which included sin, the cross, godly sorrow with the bodily resurrection of the Lord either minimized, assumed, or not a part of the experience AT All. This category ads another 5% to those who have had a false conversion. The other 5 % were born again BEFORE they went to church, either in their homes, at an airport, etc.

My point is: THEY DID NOT BECOME BORN AGAIN INSIDE A CHURCH. If they believe they did, then they are deceived.

How many of the people who have had a false conversion are of the elect of God? I don’t know. I suspect between 25-75%. The rest are damned anyway because God did not choose them.

Say No To Charismatic Divination: It’s Not Prophecy! by Pam Sheppard

18 Nov

“Divination within the organized church community is called “prophecy” or discernment. Power hungry folk aim at controlling the lives and destinies of gullible people. Pulpits are filled with diviners and soothsayers—“charismatic hype masters”—that have no other message but one that caters to our flesh. Like the occult card layers, the divination of old has progressively worsened in our time because the “church community” is flooded with countless pseudo-prophets as it sweeps across worldwide Christendom, it leaves some devastated people in its path.

Has any one spoken a word into your life that you now know was not from God?”

Spirit and Soul In a Conversion by “Accepting Christ, by Pam Sheppard

16 Nov

What I am noticing in my work as a pastor and deliverance counselor  is that the enemy has noticeably  improved his tactics in mocking a true conversion with a false one, primarily because the soul helps out the religious spirit that is assigned to produce a false conversion.  So we need to be able to discern the difference between the soul and the spirit.

I remember when I got born again. I was sorrowing deep inside myself and my mind really did not know why. All of a sudden, I got a flash that was like a lightbulb turned on in my mind. I knew that I knew that I knew that Jesus was raised from the dead and I had no idea how or why I believed such a preposterous thing. It was preposterous to me because nothing that dies comes back to life, so how could I believe in a human being died and came back to life, since for 3 decades I did not even believe that Jesus existed!!! So faith in His resurrection was just “there.” In me. It was like faith was dropped into my spirit and my mind was activated. That faith on the resurrection has been stuck in me like an immoveable stone. It was seconds after I believed on the resurrection that my spirit was born again.

On the contrary, when the soul “accepts Jesus,” the spirit remains dead. Remarkably, with great subconscious acting skills, the soul can religiously imitate the things of God. The fallen spirit of man, alienated and separated from God is sunk down into the soul so that the soul manifests itself as intellect or sensuality, often in both. In such cases, the soul reigns over both the spirit and the body. The way that the new life reaches the spirit is shown in the Lord’s own words: You must be born again. The Holy Ghost “breathes” where ever He chooses.

Salvation is not the decision of man but the will of God.

If you suspect that you may have had a false conversion when you accepted Christ by repeating a sinner’s prayer, give us a call at 1-888-818-1117 or write us at rescueonfb@icloud.com

“How Does The Holy Spirit Work?” by Pam Sheppard

17 Jul

“The only honest answer after 37 years being led by Him is to say “I do not know.”

All I can say is that he is just like how The Lord described Him. He is like the wind. You can’t really see the wind, but you see it’s effects. He is neither wild, boastful or drunk as He is displayed by charismatics. His main purpose is to exalt Christ and to conform us into the Lord’s image. He does that first by causing us to be born again. The Spirit uses a uniquely personal approach, first of all by reproving and convicting us—causing us to repent by making the cross real and personal in our lives, dropping faith into us to believe on the Lord’s resurrection. Every testimony of rebirth is different but all of the elements of His work are the same. If they are not ALL there, then the person needs to consider that he or she had a false conversion.

Once we are born again, He then teaches and guides us in ways that when we look up, we realize He was there by what he has left behind. For example, He speaks through me yet I am completely unaware of it. I noticed His work with two RESCUE members in phone sessions yesterday. With one member, I made a post, not even knowing how he would be affected. With another, I read some material a month ago that provided answers as to why she is not yet completely free in spite of all demons being cast out. How did I know what to say? How did I recall out of my memory information that I have never written about or discussed before? How was I able to ask this person questions that brought forth the information that coincided with something I read that applies to her situation?

My answer is “I don’t know. Must have been the Holy Ghost.”

Those who would suggest to you that He is an “IT” —an energy force that causes them to babble, have chills, get their teeth filled, sprinkle gold dust all over the place, fall out in a drunken, spiritual stupor, at their beck and call to do whatever they want, are in some deep trouble. Why? Because they are allowing the devil to use them to mock the Holy Ghost. Besides blasphemy, mocking Him is the worst thing in the world anybody could do.”

There Is No Demon Called “Jezebel” or the “Jezebel Spirit.”

16 Jul

THE SPIRIT OF JEZEBEL IS A PERSONALITY FLAW

By Pam Sheppard

Paul taught the Galatians that witchcraft  and idolatry are “works of the flesh.” A work of the flesh is simply a character flaw of the old sin nature BEFORE Christ that lingers on if the person does not submit him or herself to the cross. To submit to the cross is to allow the Holy Spirit to progressively break you in both your personality and your character traits. So what does this mean, exactly. Does it mean that demons are not involved in a “work of the flesh?” Absolutely not. Witchcraft and idolatry are demonic practices. What it DOES mean is that people who have witchcraft in them as a work of the flesh—a personality flaw— are more susceptible to demonic influence, particularly religious demons and devils.

I have witnessed too many manifestations of evil spirits in ALL of the works of the flesh, so clearly there are two definitions of witchcraft and idolatry. Where a work of the flesh is a personality type that is predisposed to demonic involvement, the actual act of witchcraft and idolatry are demonic practices. When demons are looking for “human workers” to implement their agenda, they target people who already have witchcraft and idolatry built into their persona as “a work of the flesh.”Along these lines, the witchcraft demon is attracted to a person with a soul that is predisposed to the three (3) “P”s of position, prestige and power. Those who wish to dominate, to acquire fame and prominence, can become a safe haven for the witchcraft/control demon.

In such cases, the captive’s own personality will be a secure place in which demons of a similar nature will be able to hide and secretly function. This is because no one will suspect that the captive’s ambitious striving for control and domination is demonic because the captive has continued to demonstrate over time a steady pattern that propels them to seek power. Consequently, everyone just assumes that the captive is simply being true to his nature or character and therefore, doesn’t have a demon. The witchcraft demon will also hide within weaker personalities.

For example, there are those who wear a facade of false humility, who appear to be very self-effacing and passive. They call themselves “helpful and tactful.” They court a person in leadership, pretending to be a supportive helper. Yet , deep within his or her soul is a striving to “be somebody.” I am reminded of the Bette Davis movie of the 50’s called “All About Eve.” Our generation calls them “suck ups” or “behind kissers/” They appear to idolize their leader when in fact, they want to replace the one they pretend to emulate.  People with this kind of soul will offer up many testimonies of their inadequacies and their lack of ambition, yet when confronted, they will show in their actions that they are not at all convinced of their own unworthiness.

In fact, when there is even a minor concern or question about their actions or motives in a particular situation, they will become extremely defensive and resentful. If others show a tendency to take their self-belittling attitude and recriminations seriously, a seething anger may erupt that is out of balance and extreme. For instance, while the so-called “humble” will proclaim their unworthiness, a witchcraft demon will cause them to make great demands for consideration and admiration from others. The witchcraft spirit will rise up and expose itself in these “low key” people, presenting a strong unwillingness to accept even the slightest degree of criticism.

You will find many people like this among professing Christians.  They are passive on the outside but inside, they are seething, ravenous wolves who will use a soft,  humble demeanor and manner as a weapon to bring others down.  Repressed anger and envy has opened passive-aggressive people to a religious demon. In such cases, passivity masquerades as humility or “niceness.”. The inner hostilities are hidden from view by a veneer of a pretended politeness, feigned fair play and an appearance of good fellowship.  This “front” is a coverup used in subtle ways to move against perceived enemies in an effort to shame others with their “nice” behavior.  The facade consists of pretenses, hidden fears and some genuine caring mixed in with an ability to make YOU look bad in comparison to THEM.

Here is a quote from “Faces of the Religious Demon:”

                          51NDDNPqJKL._SX331_BO1,204,203,200_

One of the many motives of a religious demon is “to kill the prophets of God.” Religious demons will seek those by nature who have a jealous, envious spirit, hostile and rebellious to all spiritual authority. Like a shark or a snake, these captives can be most cleverly vicious and dangerous, particularly to those who are called into the fivefold ministry.  For example, these captives will circle the lives of others within the congregation, looking for teachable, fleeceable, controllable disciples of his or her own. For those with a religious demon  like to birth disciples unto themselves, disciples that will eat a false doctrine from their tables. Toward this end, some of these captives will seek out others who are in rebellion, yet who are weak, wounded, or those who are already in conflict with their spiritual leaders authority.”

The spirit of Jezebel is a personality flaw that religious demons find conducive to use to attack a man or a woman of God. Like Judas, their end is the way of destruction. The religious demon will ultimately destroy its host or hostess. Help is available. 1-888-818-1117 or rescueonfb@icloud.com

The Dangers of Fasting

4 Aug

Isaiah 58 spells out the intent and purposes of fasting:

1) to loose the bands of wickedness ;

2) to let the oppressed go free;

3) to break every yoke of bondage.

With such a purpose, it seems that   biblical fasting is a challenging invitation to the demons and fallen angels in the enemy’s camp in a David and Goliath type wrestling match where, like  Moses, we command  “let God’s  people go, devil!”

In the era of the New Testament, the weapon is neither the rod of Moses or David’s slingshot.  Rather it is faith in the cross and the resurrection of Jesus Christ accompanied by the authority to command spirits in His name.

The Pharisees of  the Lord Jesus’ day did not fast for the deliverance of others. Religious hypocrites are often proud of their fasting ritual.  Pride itself is dangerous because God resists the proud. Consequently, fasting can also be dangerous when it is motivated by hypocrisy.  The hypocrite will   put on an outward show of piety and self- righteousness with a fast to prove himself “special.”. In Jesus’ day, the religious would make themselves look sad and put on an act for people to see. Jesus condemned this. Instead, He told those who were fasting to wash their faces and smile. Ritualism consists of fasting as a religious practice but without our heart fully engaged in it as a means to break the enemy’s power.  Ritualism of this kind can engender an altered state of consciousness. an open doorway to demonic infiltration.

Yet another  danger is fanaticism or extremism. I was once married to an extreme fasting  fanatic who was possessed by this practice.  Hoping to live to at least 100, he died in his 50’s.

What I DO now is that there can be a real danger in it. . In fact, no one should fast unless the Holy Ghost actually  puts you on one. When He does, you will have no desire to eat or do other things.  Also, you may or you may not know the reason for the fast.

Fasting opens you up to the spirit realm, weakening the flesh to strengthen the spirit. The bottom line is that fasting   is an invitation to the devil.

Remember how the Lord was driven into the wilderness?  His fast was not just about enduring temptation. With His 40 day fast, Jesus actually challenged the enemy to confront Him. Consider that the Lord’s fast.  He did not hunger until after the tension built into the conflict was over.  (Matt 4:2) Consequently, true fasting is not a result of a believer’s choice to not eat food or drink water. Jesus was led to His fast and through His fast by the Holy Ghost.  A fast led by God is a struggle  with the enemy over the bondage of another, where the needs of the body are overshadowed by the urgency of the battle.  In such a fast, the dominance of the spirit over the hunger and thirst of the body causes the fasted person to lose all desire for food and drink.  Hunger and thirst returns when the conflict is over.

Jesus didn’t eat or drink because He had no appetite or thirst.  Then, Satan came. When the fast was over, the Lord hungered. That is how you know a fast is over. You hunger.

So if the purpose of your fast is to try to force God’s hand, you are in trouble. Evil spirits will respond, pretending to be God. A fast of this kind  often comes out of the impatience of the soul. We have been waiting, we have become irritable, which is NOT a good spiritual start for ANYTHING. We ought not to set a fast unless God calls for it Himself. If you are hungry,  struggling “to turn your plate down”  that is a sure sign that God did not call for it. Pentecostals have already opened the door to demons with a lot of their practices, particularly tarrying. So fasting just opens them even further.

Remember when Jesus told His disciples that they could not cast out a particular demon because they had not fasted?  Clearly,  this is yet another spiritual clue of  a connection of  fasting to dealing with evil spirits. Pentecostals took that out of context and created a place for it in “deliverance ministry.”Rather than casting out demons, they have ignorantly been calling FOR them with their numerous fasting rituals.

I have cast out several demons without fasting. If I need to fast, I simply lose my appetite and I go into prayer.

If you need deliverance, DO NOT FAST!!!! Instead, call 518-477-5759.

The Church Exodus, Part 2

“Should I?  Shouldn’t I?  Can I CHANGE the church…thru my prayers?”

By Pam Sheppard

When I left the church in 2004, I did not know that it was a permanent move.  I expected that the Lord would lead me to another church affiliation.  I had my eye on Rev. Paul Morton’s organization, the full gospel Baptist.  It seemed a great choice for me because I had been  ordained and served in a denominational church  very compatible with  the Baptists, yet I was also a Pentecostal in orientation, belief and practice.

So when 3 years passed and I did not have a leading to join another church, I wondered why. It didn’t take long for me to be answered once I sought the Lord in prayer.  In less than a week, a kind of telepathic communication took place to let me know that I was not to join any organized church.

I was spoken to in a kind of parable.  I was asked, “Pam, would you put curtains up at the windows of a condemned building.” I thought of all of the condemned buildings I had seen growing up in the inner city.  I answered in my mind. “No, I would not.”

Then came a kind of speech that went something like this.

“A homeless person will make a home in a condemned building.  To escape the elements of the weather on the outside, he will satisfy himself and “make do” with no heat, no running water, no lights, and he will share his dwelling with its occupants: the rats and the roaches.”

Then I was hit in the face with the next outrageous statement.

“If you try to edify the organized church with seminars and conferences, you will be putting up curtains at the windows of a condemned building.”

Wow.  I was stunned. I had already begun to conduct deliverance seminars with the first one in Bermuda and the second one in Lawrenceville Ga. I was planning the third when this spiritual conversation transpired.    Metaphorically speaking, it was clear to me that the condemned building was a symbol of the entire organized church.  If this “strange conversation” was from the Holy Spirit—then the metaphor clearly suggested that the organized church is condemned, in other words, judged already.

In keeping with this parable of sorts, sheep who attend church regularly are those who are afraid of the outside elements of a dangerous and sinful world—and rightly so. Therefore, it makes sense to run inside of church walls for protection.  Yet in keeping with the symbols, when churchgoers run inside, what they find is no light.  God is light.  In Him there is no darkness at all.  No light–No “God!!!  The “voice” went on to say that the rats were the pastors and church leaders and the roaches were those who sat on the pews.

No running water in the condemned building means no rivers of living water, No Holy Spirit.  No heat.  No fires of the Holy Spirit. This parable was clearly saying that the Holy Spirit has left the organized church.

I didn’t want to believe that I had heard from God about this.  I was pastoring a church that I myself had founded in 1996 and I did not want to close it down.  However, I knew that if this was God speaking to me, I MUST close it down.

The Many Masks of the Spirit of Antichrist

26 Mar

Many have heard of the spirit of Antichrist.  When we hear of this spirit, we think of something openly, blatantly evil, easily recognizable.  We believe that this spirit will announce itself to the world, to the church, much like the wide open forum that President Obama has when he gives the State of the Union address.

This is NOT so.

Because the enemy knows that he was to fool, to deceive, the very elect, that means he has upped the ante on how he manifests himself.  The Word of God states that satan has seat in the institutional church (Revelations 2:13).  We would laugh and joke about sitting in the first lady’s seat or the mother’s seat in the front of the church…but few churchgoers even realize that right in the midst of their ‘holy’ tabernacle, their devout temples, their powerful ministries-replete with many signs and wonders and operations of the gifts of the spirit…that satan has a SEAT…RIGHT THERE!

His seat doesn’t have his name on it, or he would be found out.

His seat exists in the institutional church…no doubt.

WHERE?

I know you have heard a lot of talk on religious spirits.  If you are new to church (as we know it), or if  you’ve been in church for over 40 years, this term may baffle you because you have been taught that – as the song goes ‘Religion SO sweet…’

We all have been lulled into a semi- or fully-delusional state where we are drugged into believing something we know deep down inside ‘just isn’t right.’  We just went to church and went along with the programs to get along.  We didn’t want to rock the boat, so to speak, out of fear that we would be labeled ‘rebellious,’ ‘unfaithful,’ ‘unteachable,’ or a host of other names leadership likes to place on thinking people who were blessed with common sense AND wisdom to know game when they see it.

Yet even the most discerning, the most wise, the most street-wise of us check our brains in at the door of a church once we enter therein.  We erroneously think that we are NOT supposed to use the wisdom and common sense GOD HIMSELF has blessed us with once we walk through the doors of a church.  We erroneously believe that God does NOT deal with our minds at all.  So any inkling deep down in our guts and minds that game is being played we suppress that, thinking that it’s the devil trying to get us ‘out of the ship.’

How do we properly discern a Religious Spirit?

Well, for starters, I want to present to you that after we are born again, we should not check in our brains at the door.  EVERYTHING that God has allowed you to learn-whether it was via books and a teacher, or on the streets, or by life experience-EVERYTHING has been allowed to happen in your life so that you can LEARN A LESSON from it.  The good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful.  We have to learn to not have any regrets…even over mistakes.

Human beings are learning creatures.  From the moment we are born into the earth, until the hour we breathe our last breath, we are supposed to be in a CONSTANT state of learning, and probably re-learning, too.

If your gut tells you something ain’t right, then TRUST YOUR INSTINCT!

A religious spirit knows how to look holy, righteous.  Just by first glance, you can’t tell the difference between a holy person and a religious one.  They will look just like the woman above.

But as time goes on, and you start spending time with that person, you will start to notice inconsistencies.  Certain things just wouldn’t line up.  You will start seeing glaring imperfections and brazen outright sin in their lives…but the more those weeds in their lives manifest, the more they try to COVER IT UP with works of righteousness, more church work, more random acts of kindness to strangers, more religious works.

The more works of religion and righteousness they do, you will begin to notice that their life does not line up with the Word of God.  They will sin and not be convicted of it.  They will not respond to the conviction of the Holy Ghost of sin and justify sin, or be in outright denial about their sinful state.  And the more they do this, the more active they get in the church.  They do more ‘church work,’ hold more revivals, conferences, and convocations, preach harder, prophesy harder…all in an effort to gain their OWN righteousness, to atone for their sins on their own.  Their mindset is ‘If I stay in church enough, that will make up for my fornicating last night,’ or ‘If I do A & B, then that will make up for my dealing drugs at that school…’

The demon starts to manifest by then.  And it looks a little something like this:

By now, the church lady is cussing, drinking, smoking, lying, threatening to cut folks.  When she goes to church, she has her hands upraised.  Praising God, speaking in tongues, running around the church, preaching….the whole nine.  But when you see her in situations that require her to have patience, she has none.  This religious spirit has NO patience.  It wants what it wants, when it wants it!  They gotta preach…NOW!  They gotta prophesy….NOW!  They gotta get married…NOW!  You wanna see if someone has a religious spirit, tell them NO…or WAIT.  If they go off in a tantrum, then you got a religious spirit on your hands!

A religious spirit also is very unaware of the very real fact that they are, too, flawed individuals…with sin.  They swim in a pool of SELF-DENIAL.  They are in self-denial about EVERYTHING.  But the one thing they are in self-denial about is the state of their own selves.

A religious spirit is a potentially dangerous spirit, for there is nothing-NOTHING-a religious spirit WON’T do to protect THEIR IMAGE!  THEIR IMAGE IS EVERYTHING TO THEM!!!  They don’t believe in self-exposure or disclosure.  When they fall into sin, drastic measures are taken to COVER UP their sin.  If the religious spirit is a pastor, he/she will employ the help of the church to participate in the cover up.  They will use fear tactics and mishandle the Word of God to manipulate and control people into doing what THEY want them to do.

A religious spirit NEEDS an entourage.  They need a following.  If they dont have anyone following them, they feel useless, rejected, persecuted even.  This is when a religious spirit-that demonic spirit-will FULLY manifest….right before your eyes!

A religious spirit is a proud one.  It won’t ever admit to being wrong, or doing wrong.

When you have discerned that you are dealing with a religious spirit, the only thing to do is to get away from them.  Because until the person comes into the realization and revelation that they have something DEMONIC that’s driving them to do things in church, or do ministry, or for a good cause, there is nothing that can be done for them.  Religious spirits are SO insidious and subtle that its hard to recognize….at first glance.  It takes TIME to observe a person in all their various atmospheres to determine if they have a religious spirit or not.

In ‘Faces of a Religious Demon’ by Pam Sheppard, many faces of the religious spirit/demon are exposed.  It is one of the most thorough teachings on religious spirits that I have ever read.
