The Torment of A Passive Narcissist

10 Apr

Self abasement can be seen among those in Christendom who tend to subordinate themselves to others so as to prove by their behavior that they are insignificant, unworthy of any positive attention or acclaim. Such a person will secretly harbor an inward feeling of being superior to others to as evidence as to why he has been  often overlooked both in the world and in the church. This is that one who would hide his talent in the sand, with all kinds of excuses for not using it. He is immune receiving  any admiration, complements  or recognition, as he rejects being put in a superior position.  In his attitude toward himself, the captive lives with a sense of failure to measure up to his own personal “ought to’s” , the “ought to’s” of others as well as biblical precepts and mandates. He tends to feel guilty, inferior, as a contemptible eye-sore that deserves rejection and loneliness..

Passivity, a doorway for demons, becomes a self-abasing solution, where others are perceived as either accusing or despising the captive   when he can find no fault in his own behavior. He often makes a lot of apologies as a weapon to keep himself safe. Although self pride is not consciously visible, deep down, the captive is extremely proud as he secretly belittling others in his thoughts of them for not being as forgiving, understanding and as “humble” as he imagines that he is.  He perceives even the supportive, caring people in his world as both self centered and selfish in comparison to his own self effacing ways. This is the passive side of narcissism.

Pride will also manifest in the opposite direction, where the captive will secretly admire pride and aggressiveness in others, and on occasion will passively submit to being dominated and controlled by-those who are stronger and more self confident than he is. So even though he is lonely and has a need for company, he is uncomfortable with being sociable as a pride issue.  For being without social contact is self-proof and confirmation that  he is unwanted and unpopular—-a public disgrace to be kept secret.

Consequently, those who belittle themselves  cannot discriminate between those who are abusive and those who really care for him. As a rule, this captive will not be able to recognize the difference between genuine friendliness and obvious aloofness. So he remains secretly suspicious of anyone who is genuinely caring towards him, especially if the person exhibits strength, and who is willing to confront him in an assertive way. Furthermore, his fear of antagonism and righteous confrontation causes  him  to overlook, discard, minimize or rationalize away  his blessings.

Here is an example.  Consider Raymond.  Much of his adult life, he was homeless.  He receives an opportunity to stay with a Christian family who welcomed and embraced him as one of their own relatives.  Yet he walked around for 3 months with his head bowed low, not looking anyone in the face.  He had his own room and access to the entire house where there are 3 living rooms.  Instead of using one of them, he preferred to spend his time in a dark, cold cellar or stay in his room, blocking out all light.  At a public restaurant, he sat at the table with his head down, saying nothing and staring into his cell phone.  Yet one day, when he actually decided to speak, he blurted out some venom against a person who had only been nice to him.  The interesting thing is that once he decided to leave and go back to the squalor he is used to, he looked everyone in the face, became  verbally religious, straightforward  and assertive,  readily voicing complaints that he secretly harbored for his entire stay with this family.  He waited until his own decision to leave was possible primarily because he  feared his  entire time that the family would reject him and put him out to the streets—something they would have never done.

Are you a passive narcissist? Are you prone to self abasement?  People like this never prosper as they instinctively cut off their own fruitfulness and kill their harvest.  Even their natural skills are wasted.

Coaching You To Victory!

9 Apr

There is a divine reason why you landed this website. . Are you looking for complete freedom in Christ? Well, my brothers and sisters, you have arrived at the right place! COUNSELING HAS BEEN MY SECULAR PROFESSION SINCE 1973. Now retired, I was licensed to practice therapy in the state of NY. I am also insured. An ordained minister who served as pastor, and I functioned in a deliverance ministry for 25 years. I have developed a deliverance counseling model that is unique. It is outlined in my third book, “Faces of the Religious Demon: Freedom Through Deliverance Counseling.”

The main objective of Christian  coaching, counseling and mentoring is to set captives free. At Pam Sheppard Ministries, the most important tool in the process is actually the client. For example, if during the assessment process, the client reveals that his or her faith is weak, or that there are major issues of doubt and un-belief, then a major objective of the assessment phase would be to build up the client’s faith.

The treatment plan lists the problems, hindrances in the situation, the goals, objectives and the strategies toward building the captive’s faith. We also consider whether or not the captive has a strong network system of Christian elders who can support the captive. Therefore, we employ a cadre of mentors or “ministers” for support and encouragement.
The Christian client today is one who has been duped by the organize church into easy believism. They have repeated a sinner’s prayer, acknowledged that they have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts, and declared to be saved or born again. What has happened is that the fake Jesus answered their invitation. They have worshipped Him through prayer meetings, bible studies, song and dance, yet they are not saved. They don’t know it but the enemy DOES. Therefore, the weapons of spiritual warfare do not work for them.

Without the weapons that redemption affords: the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the girdles of truth, the feet shod with the gospel of peace and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, the captive has to rely on a Christian counselor or minister who is truly saved—one who can successfully work the spiritual weapons against principalities and powers. Even so, we have found that the captives’ free will is their best weapon. So in deliverance counseling and mentoring, we encourage the captive to fight in cold blood. From a Christian perspective, my role is akin to a trainer who prepares a prizefighter for a boxing match.

I have personally trained 8 coaches over a 4-6 year period, a group of women that I call “the RESCUE TEAM. As spiritual trainers, we are in the captive’s corner, giving specific instructions as to how to win the fight. The captive takes our instructions, does all that he or she can do, and when the time is right, we step in and finish the fight by casting out demons and commanding fallen angels to go about somebody elses business. It has been our experience, that until captives use their own free will to revoke the invitation that they made to the fake Jesus, their psychic doorways or chakras will remain open, and demons will have unhindered access to their souls and spirits.

So the RESCUE TEAM focuses on closing those gateways by truth. If the captive does not fight the process, victory is assured. Since December 2002, we have discovered an astounding statistic. At least 95% of the churchgoing captives who we have served–about 300 professing Christians— did not understand either sin, repentance or the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. They do not know that they received the fake Jesus. Consequently, they worship whom they do not know.

This is an extremely appalling, pervasive condition, of epidemic proportions within the worldwide church. Since we have counseled people in Australia, South Africa, England, Japan, Canada, the Caribbean and from at least 1/3 of the United States, the problem is the same. An imposter god is being worshipped as if he is the Lord Almighty. No wonder Jesus warned that in there would be people who would call Him “Lord,” and He will say “I NEVER knew you.”

As you read “Faces of the Religious Demon, you will find that each face or profile offers new insights and challenges. You the reader will learn how any ground obtained by spirit entities , no matter how small or seemingly insignificant is “GROUND POSSESSED,” even though a captive himself may have no obvious manifestation of total possession. Your eyes will also be opened to realize that even the slightest of ground claimed by the enemy can be so debilitating and even toxic to spiritual growth and empowerment, what is the point of quibbling over terms and inches?!” For if a demon has only one inch of territory, it will seem like a mile to tormented captives. When you are prepared, I will conduct deliverance over the phone. With excellent preparation, casting out demons won’t take more than 15 minutes.

So call 888-818-1117 or send an email to rescueonfb@icloud.com and lets get started.

Are You A Spiritual Addict?

5 Apr

Looking back, I believe I was a spiritual addict, coming off of one high and waiting for the next moment of ecstasy. Besides having frequent supernatural experiences, my addiction manifested most often in the area of intercession, where I went before God weeping and wailing, until my eyes were so swollen that I could barely see through them. I thought this was my greatest sacrifice. I looked so humble when I was in the midst of it, that even my church enemies were affected.

To overcome a spiritual addiction, one needs to accept truth. Were you spiritually addicted? What truths did you have to accept that broke it? In fact, are you STILL addicted?

I took note of a quote from a book I was reading online, I believe it comes from the book called “Toxic Faith.”

The practice of faith can provide tremendous relief from the pain and frustrations of life. When a person trusts in God, he or she no longer feels overwhelmed with problems or burdened from believing all problems must be resolved alone. This is a natural result of placing faith in a God who promises that his burden is light. But there is another kind of relief, an emotional frenzy that becomes an addiction and robs the individual of real faith. I was on a Christian talk show and afterward had the pleasure of going to lunch with the staff. They related stories of the variations of faith and the strange incidents that develop when faith becomes unbalanced.

When I once served as a pastor in the institutional church for  almost 25 years,  I witnessed and personally experienced  several instance  of toxic faith, way too many to either remember or describe.  Since I have been free from the church system since 2004, last year  I began to listen  to my old messages, going back  to a time when I was pastoring  a church I founded in 1996 called Healing Waters, with my daughter as assistant pastor.

What a duo we were! LOL.  To put it bluntly without any sugar-coating, WE WERE WILD!!! She would pray and then go off into that sing-song whooping that black preachers are known for. Behind her, as a backdrop, I was speaking in tongues. I could hear myself goin “”babababababa.” I have since learned that Baba, is one of Satan’s pet names his followers call him. These sermons and  messages are on my cell phone. As I  listened while on the treadmill in the gym or as I lifted wfted weights, I almost became  sick to my stomach.

God is so merciful and patient.

For 25 years, possibly more,  I received  supernatural experiences everyday or at least twice a week. Dreams mostly, but other things as well. Back in my church days,  I believe I lived more in the faith of my experiences than in God Himself. If I was not truly born again, I would have been very disappointed when all of this spiritual captivation ceased. after decades  of frequency.

Do I miss all of that supernatural excitement?

Good question.

Absolutely not.  Once I found that most of my former  mysticism came from the devil or one of his religious evil spirits, I WAS DONE!!!

The truth is that I really  embrace  the peace and my former of fear of dying. My quiet faith undergirds my knowledge that I am  kept by God and I am fine with it.  I have “entered into His rest” having gone through much struggle to get rid of the rollercoaster ride of ecstatic spiritual experiences.  In 2007 and again in 2008, God spoke to me in a quiet yet thoroughly  intense way.  He sent His thoughts to  my spirit, words received by my mind, and I answered Him back without opening my mouth.   I did not groan, moan, wail, leap, run, shout or any other fleshly outbursts.  I sat at my desk at home quiet and still  as we communed spirit to Spirit.

Over the last 10 years, I have received messages and teachings in dreams and in sudden, kind of pop-up revelations.  Out of those messages from the Holy Spirit, 6 books were birthed.  What I know today is that anyone who claims they hear from God daily and that they have seen Him frequently, face to face is either a liar or he or she has been duped by a religious fallen angel who serves Jesus Sananda Immanuel who serves Maitreya, who serves Satan himself.

So I no longer push God to speak to me in a big way.  I respect Him and so I wait on Him.

Its been a decade now.  Time flew by real fast.  So I am ready to hear from God in a big way again—soon!
