Freedom By Deliverance Counseling

Are you looking for complete freedom in Christ? Well, my brothers and sisters, this article is written just for you! COUNSELING HAS BEEN MY SECULAR PROFESSION SINCE 1973. An ordained minister who served as a pastor for 17 years, I functioned in a deliverance ministry for 25 years while in the institutional church. The fruits that I have to show for over 4 decades of professional work is a boatload of mistakes which God has turned into golden nuggets of truth. As such, I have developed a deliverance counseling model that is unique. It is outlined in my third book, “Faces of the Religious Demon: Freedom Through Deliverance Counseling.” I call it “deliverance counseling.”

The main objective of Christian deliverance counseling, coaching and mentoring is to set captives free. At Pam Sheppard Ministries, the most important tool in the process is actually the one who is in demonic captivity. . For example, if during the assessment process, you reveal that your faith is weak, or that there are major issues of doubt and un-belief, then a major objective of the assessment phase would be to build up the your faith.

The treatment plan lists your besetting issues, blockages within the situation, your goals, objectives and the strategies toward building of your faith. As a team, you and I will also consider explore your network system of believers who can support you. In fact, PSM provides your support by inviting you to join RESCUE Fellowship, a private online group, a branch of Pam Sheppard Ministries aka (PSM) RESCUE is established for spiritual growth, support and encouragement. It is in RESCUE that I pastor each individual within a group setting.

It is what it is but the Christian client today is one who has been duped by the visible church into easy believism. Many have repeated a sinner’s prayer, acknowledged that they have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts, and declared to be saved or born again. What has happened is that the fake Jesus answered their invitation. They have worshipped Him through prayer meetings, bible studies, song and dance, yet they are not born again and may even have been subjected to a false conversion.. They don’t know it but the enemy DOES. Therefore, the weapons of spiritual warfare do not work for them.

Without the weapons that redemption affords: the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the girdles of truth, the feet shod with the gospel of peace and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, the captive has to rely on a Christian counselor or minister who is truly saved—one who can successfully work the spiritual weapons against principalities and powers. Even so, we have found that the captives’ free will is their best weapon. So in deliverance counseling and mentoring, we will encourage you to fight in cold blood. From a Christian perspective, our role is akin to a trainer who prepares a prizefighter for a boxing match.

As a spiritual trainer and coach, we have no magic wands to wave. Deliverance counseling TAKES TIME, not just to set you free but to KEEP you free for the rest of your life on earth, as well as to coach you to become one who can set others free. .Like a cut–man or a trainer in a boxing match, we stay in the captive’s corner, giving specific instructions as to how to win the fight. It is left up to you to take our instructions, and do all that you can do.

When the time is right, I will step in and finish the fight by casting out demons and commanding fallen angels to go about somebody elses business. It has been our experience at RESCUE, that until new members use their own free will to revoke the invitation that they made to the fake Jesus, their psychic doorways or chakras will remain open, and demons will have unhindered access to their souls and spirits.

So we focus on closing those gateways by truth. If the captive does not fight the process, victory is assured. Since December 2002, I have discovered an astounding statistic. At least 95% of the churchgoing captives who we have served–about 500 professing Christians— did not understand either sin, repentance or the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. They do not know that they received the fake Jesus. Consequently, they worship whom they do not know.

This is an extremely appalling, pervasive condition, of epidemic proportions within the worldwide church. Since I have counseled people in Australia, South Africa, the UK, Japan, Canada, Dubai, the Caribbean and from at least 1/3 of the states in America, the problem is the same. An imposter god is being worshipped as if he is the Lord Almighty. No wonder Jesus warned that in there would be people who would call Him “Lord,” and He will say “I NEVER knew you.”

As you read “Faces of the Religious Demon,” you will find that each face or profile offers new insights and challenges. More recent profiles and deliverance counseling practices are included in The Church of the End-time Zombies: A Guide to Religious Detox. You the reader will learn how any ground obtained by spirit entities , no matter how small or seemingly insignificant is “GROUND POSSESSED,” even though a captive himself may have no obvious manifestation of total possession. Your eyes will also be opened to realize that even the slightest of ground claimed by the enemy can be so debilitating and even toxic to spiritual growth and empowerment, what is the point of quibbling over terms and inches?!” For if a demon has only one inch of territory, it will seem like a mile to a tormented captive.

I have personally mentored and trained each of RESCUE’S members and workers, some for four year and others for 7 years. The best approach is to have one 30 minute session a week, complete each weekly assignment and be active daily, according to your time and schedule, in the private RESCUE group on a regular, consistent basis.

What we  have been running into is that there are many people out there who need DELIVERANCE FROM DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES—– FOR THERE IS MUCH “QUACKERY AND NONSENSE” GOING ON.  Uninformed deliverance workers may be the root cause of the severity of your present bondage and/or torment.  It is a sin and a shame!!! Deliverance from deliverance  is what you need.

The purpose of ministering deliverance is to set free those who are in bondage. As Jesus was sent forth to preach deliverance to the captives (Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to… preach deliverance to the captives…”), so we are also sent out (John 20:21, “Then said Jesus to them… as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”) to do the works He did (John 14:12, “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do…

About Deliverance Counseling and Deliverance Coaching

Most RESCUE members have come to terms with the fact that while in church, they have had a false conversion. So some members are waiting for salvation. In the back of your minds, some come into deliverance considering that their case is impossible.

Jesus Christ of Nazareth told the rich young ruler that the salvation of a rich man was like trying to put a camel through the eye of a needle—in other words, with man it is impossible. Such is the case with me even though wealth was not my issue. A devout heathen who refused to go to church, read the bible, or pray and who believed that Jesus Christ was a myth on a par with Santa Claus, my case was a certain impossibility for man. Therefore, my own salvation on Monday, March 29, 1977 at about 4pm is a testament to how God alone can put a camel through the eye of a needle. The Lord did for me what was impossible for man to accomplish with his ministries, a tract or even a sermon. I was an atheist, not looking for a being I did not believe existed.

so if the Holy Ghost could save me, He can save anyone.

So I ask the question, “Can Satan block God?” Well, when he got kicked out, he took one-third of God’s angels with him.

I suspect he can block God temporarily. nevertheless, God always has a plan and a strategy to unblock what is blocked where it comes to His elect. Deliverance counseling is the plan that he gave to me for telephone

This is one of the reasons RESCUE exists. To unblock what is blocked.

DELIVERANCE COUNSELING

When I developed THIS Christian Coaching model back in 2002, called I explained the reason for its existence in the book “FACES OF THE RELIGIOUS DEMON: Freedom Through Deliverance Counseling.” SHORTLY THEREAFTER, WHILE READING War on the Saints” FOR THE FIRST TIME, . I found a quote written at least 100 years ago that explains THE foundational premise for deliverance counseling. So here is the phenomenal quote of woman of God, Jessie Penn-Lewis:

“It has been thought almost universally, that the only way to deal with demon possession is by casting out the evil spirit, by some divinely equipped believer. But facts prove that this method is not always successful, for though the diagnosis of the intruder’s presence may be correct yet THE GROUND THAT GAVE IT OCCUPATION CANNOT BE CAST OUT; and unless the ground is dealt with, no full relief can be obtained, or change seen, in the majority of cases.”

In others, when the evil spirit apparently departs, it must not be concluded that the person is entirely free, for it may be that what has occurred is only THAT A PARTICULAR MANIFESTATION HAS CEASED, and it is not unlikely that another manifestation may appear; possibly not a visible one, or one easily perceived or detected, but recognizable by ANY WHO HAVE LEARNED TO DISCRIMINATE between the workings of evil spirits, and those which are human or divine.

It is possible also to suppress a certain manifestation for a time, and not entirely get rid of it; and the SAME manifestation may return again and again in DIFFERENT GUISE, UNLESS THE GROUND IS DEALT WITH.

Where the demon has a distinctive personality that is different and even contrary to its captive, its presence is obvious. So when it is cast out, the captive knows he or she is free because the relief is immediate.

However, where the demon’s essence cannot be distinguished from the captive, it is hidden and can appear to be a natural property of the captive.

In such cases, truth should be presented FIRST, and the WILL of the captive should be strengthened so that he or she can refuse and DISOWN THE GROUND.” (page 180)

In a nutshell, Jessie Penn- Lewis had succinctly presented the case as to why I do not practice deliverance ministry and why I have developed a deliverance counseling model more than a century ago.

Deliverance counseling also includes pastoral counseling. Once the spiritual damage incurred while a churchgoer has been overcome, RESCUE members who are in regular phone sessions work on serious life challenges or difficult life-cycle transitions that may be taxing their current ability to live victoriously. Examples of serious life challenges can be dealing with chronic work-related stressors; career issues; financial problems; health issues or a recent health diagnosis; family or parent/child conflict; cultural assimilation; and academic issues. Examples of difficult life-cycle related transitions can be the death of a family member or friend; the ending of a romantic relationship or close friendship; family/couple changes related to the addition of a child; getting married or divorced; caregiving for loved ones due to illness or disability; and decision-making challenges related to these life choices. These are just some of the issues I address with RESCUE members, and there are more that I have not covered here like drug and sexual problems as examples.

Deliverance counseling deals with all aspects of life, spirit, soul and body.

So send an email to rescueonfb@icloud.com or call 888-818-1117 to set up a telephone session.

DELIVERANCE COACHING

We now have three RESCUE groups with WordPress. They are so private that they don’t even show up on the search engines and you must have a password of your own to enter them, We call them RESCUE Green, Blue and Red or 1, 2 and 3.

The RESCUE WordPress is a Christian fellowship where we use a private forum to share what we are learning on a variety of spiritual topics. It helps you begin to uncover many areas where you may have been bound or deceived spiritually by the wiles of the enemy. We post as we do here, and then everyone comments with their thoughts. We learn from each other, mainly as we share how our experiences in dealing with being deceived by the enemy (through religion and the occult) have helped enlighten us, and begin to see how the enemy operates, and how the Holy Spirit has been working to help us see the TRUTH, as how it relates to the topic of discussion. RESCUE is the place where like James stated “confess your faults one †o another, so that you might be healed.”

As such, We gain tools to fight the enemy. We support one another in our spiritual battles, and provide each other with advice on how to handle particular spiritual situations. It is basically targeted as our ministry to those who have been called out of the organized church or have been in demonic torment.

All of the coaches in the header above and Pastor Pam  are in the forum  every day according to our  own schedules. Only people who fit a prescribed profile are allowed in, and each  group is intentially  small. The goal is to help one another grow in truth, and to provide a sense of fellowship so that you know you are not alone, but instead in fellowship with others who may share some of the same struggles as you, or can somehow relate to your experiences. Confidential information is not revealed, so you can be anonymous. We grow in truth, and in turn, help others grow in truth.

Those who receive telephone deliverance coaching from PASTOR PAM at least 3 times a month receive RESCUE WORDPRESS for free. Otherwise, dues without phone sessions is $25 a month.

I have been a licensed therapist since 1973 and an ordained minister since 1981.  Most of the  demonically tormented people who I have counseled in the last ten years were active members of charismatic and Pentecostal churches. Some of them were set free but others remain tormented. So it no longer comes as a surprise to me that some of them will never find relief from demonic torment.  In pastoral counseling, it is an empirical fact that white magic practitioners who attend Christian churches are so shackled to the sin of idolatry, that release from demonic captivity is unobtainable without a thorough confession and renunciation of charismatic witchcraft.  As a consequence, the spiritual pride deeply rooted in the charismatic movement remains the stumbling block as “God resists the proud.”

In the book the New Idolatry,”  a lecture concerning demonism and psychotherapy by  German psychiatrist Alfred Lechler shed a somber light on demonic captivity: In the words of Dr. Lechler:

“What then must we regard as the cause of demonic enslavement or possession?  If we enquire closely from such people as bear the marks we have just mentioned, we very often find in their background the use of magic means such as are employed in black magic–acts of charming or being charmed, the sin of fortune-telling or visits to fortune tellers and card layers, and participation in spiritist sessions.  Black magic is much more prevalent than is ordinarily assumed…When we look into the Bible, we note that it too is well acquainted with enchantment.  It is in Acts 19 described as a ‘prying art.’ (here we also find mention of magic books.)[1]

I must concur with the late Dr. Lechler, a German who practiced psychiatry before I was born.  Five or more decades later,  what I have found astounding is that in practically every case of demonic torment among my own Christian clients, a common factor is that 95 percent of them were not demon possessed BEFORE they went to a charismatic, “word of faith, non-denominational  church.  Some passive Christians are like helpless zombies, unable to take corrective action where necessary.  On the charismatic side, good people have been deceived into accepting all things supernatural as “of the Lord’ and consequently, they have made ‘a voice from God’ as the deciding factor in every matter, both trivial and important.  Passive believers have also suppressed their personalities to such an extent that they can’t distinguish their own persona from the demonic influences that bind them.[1]

The difference between charismatic divination and occultism lies in the fact that generally the dreams, visions and prophetic messages of charismatic practitioners are usually spontaneous experiences, which “come over” or “overtake” the professing Christian without apparent preparation or mental volition on his or her part.  For this reason, the gullible and unsuspecting assume that the supernatural information must be from God.  On the other hand, psychics make use of omens, potions, amulets, tarot cards,  the I Ching, tea leaves, crystal balls, Ouija boards and a plethora of other tools to interpret the signs believed to be in them  to predict the future.

Charismatic diviners have the same purpose.  They simply use tools that they claim are the nine biblical gifts of the Holy Ghost, particularly those labeled “the revelation gifts:” a word of knowledge, a word of wisdom and the discerning of spirits.  What charismatic teachers fail to understand is that Paul wrote the Corinthian letter about these gifts without defining them or explaining any specifics as to how they operate.  In fact, no texts in the Bible actually define these gifts.       In the midst of crowds of gatherers, people come to be led by shamanistic men and women who know how to “turn them on” with just a wave of a hand. On more than one occasion,  I watched in amazement as  well-known TV evangelist TD Jakes ordered apparently sensible people to turn to their neighbor and with a wave of their hand, shake their neighbor’s problems away. To watch the people immediately obey without thinking at all was a scary thing indeed. Anyone with a sound mind would know that problems do not “fly away” by a wave of the hand.

If you are either demonized or tormented, we offer you hope that your torment is a sign that if you have experienced a false conversion and you are presently being tormented, the torment itself is a sign that God intends to save you.  Demons and fallen angels do not torment those whom  they KNOW will never be saved. It is only the deceived among the elect of God who are under torment right now.  If you are one of God’s people who has been deceived while attending a Pentecostal, Charismatic or a Denominational Church, we can help you break the contract that you made with the fake Jesus.

So call us to arrange for your first telephone session at 888-818-1117.

“Together with spiritist activities, magic stands in a class of its own in relation to other sins, when it includes an appeal to Satan’s services or even a formal pact with Satan.  The Bible speaks of this too (Isaiah 28:15-18).  For by invoking Satan, man yields himself unequivocally to powers of darkness, in that he attempts by magic and the help of Satanic power to gain something that God has forbidden or withheld.”[2]

Deliverance Manifesto

21 Aug

Deliverance ministries teach that there are demons called the spirits of accusation, condemnation, rejection and guilt.” In fact, most deliverance ministries adhere to this belief and practice. .

As a consequence, we can not fathom how many people  sought relief from demonic torment, including chronic feelings of rejection, accusation, guilt, etc. Yet, they likely only found their symptoms getting worse once the deliverance ministry of choice  tried to cast out their human emotions as evil spirits.

At Pam Sheppard Ministries, we offer each client the opportunity to be free from hindering, personality, character and behavioral issues  that often undergird demonic oppression, with the goal of  tailor-making their deliverance counseling treatment plan  to stay free long after our work together  is over.

For example, we don’t say, ‘You have a spirit of rejection or a spirit of guilt and condemnation. .” Instead, we work together to uncover the reason why a person feels these negative emotions  in order to  help each person regain the ground the Enemy  stole through deceptive tricks and  strategies.

The approach of ‘client-first’ and ‘casting-out’ demons later, (if it’s even necessary) raises an important question. How can a person face their demons, if they cannot face themselves first? Any emotional issue that allow evil spirits to hold ground must be dealt with before any evil spirit is identified and successfully dethroned.

You Are A Deliverance Worker!

26 Mar

When I was religious I use to think that I had to search “land and sea” for some kind of deliverance worker to set me free. It seemed everywhere I went, no one really understood my complex spiritual issues. Yet, when I arrived to Pam Sheppard Ministries and began learning about deliverance, I discovered an important deliverance worker…ME! You see, you are a deliverance worker for your own soul!

Self-Deliverance

I recently watched a video of Pastor Pam Sheppard explain this concept. She goes onto tell how there exist many self “deliverance” ministries who give you prayers and such things. Yet, these traditions and practices do not have power and can leave you in an even worse condition.

Self-deliverance is simply YOU working out the deliverance of YOUR soul. It’s you taking a STEP, a MOVE, and WALK to actively GAIN BACK your ground from the Devil and his demons. Proclaiming your freedom by knowing truth, and REVOKING and REFUSING are what is involved.

Centrality of Truth

No amount of prayers, and “affirmations” can deliver you. I know this to be true. I would pray and pray, “decree and declare” to a vain defeat. Simply because in all my efforts I did not know nor understand the TRUTH, and the real reason behind my problems.

For example, I recently went to the hospital because of a horrible blistering migraine. Part of my going to the hospital was to get a diagnosis of why I was having them. But, to my (not) surprise they only gave me drugs and numbed the throbbing pain. Although the pain left, I never the less was left with the same issue and condition and lo and behold exactly a weak later I would be struck with another migraine! They only would treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause…

It’s in this way that nearly all deliverance workers operate they only treat the symptoms. And, they analyze their success by the “symptoms” being healed and not the underlying cause.

Doctor Patient Deliverance Analogy

It’s an excellent analogy to use: doctors and patients. You see, doctors have to figure out what’s wrong with you and your medical condition. However, they can only do so much to understand what’s wrong with you. At some point you will have to explain your issues, pay attention to your symptoms, and such so the doctor can properly diagnose you and provide treatment.

I would go from “doctor” to “doctor” to get healed in and even outside the church, but only superficially. My symptoms would leave, but then would return or new symptoms would strike. A common issue is that they did not have any experience with sound-deliverance. It wasn’t until I arrived to Pam Sheppard Ministries did I receive diagnosis of my spiritual condition and receiving true freedom and healing.

How can a doctor diagnose a medical condition if a doctor is only in med-school? You see, our Pastor and ministry leaders have a combined unique experiences and knowledge that are equipped to properly “diagnose” your issues and get the results you NEED.

Things To Do

Part of the process of deliverance is “self.” The self, or soul of a captive must be liberated. And, it can only be liberated if the captive is willing to also work out their freedom. At our ministry we effectively give courses and books to help you in your personal road to spiritual recovery. If you desire to learn more about true deliverance, and need deliverance contact us. But, be prepared to put in the work, pay attention and FIGHT.

Deliverance From Demons Involves Detox

20 Jan

By Pastor Pam Sheppard

From 90 days to 6 months, perhaps a year, the church addict’s mind must be re-trained. False doctrines and practices that the churchgoer has believed in for decades must be challenged so that the soul can be renewed. As God Himself has compared false worship to prostitution or whoredom , I am not out of line in making a similar comparison. A religious or spiritual addiction can be compared to “good sex” with someone you know does not really love you. Simply put, you get hooked to the thrill and the feeling. Those of us who have never “been there and done that” wonder what the thrill is for a masochist.” a quote from “Come out of Her God’s people)

Masochism from a psychiatric perspective is defined as a condition in which sexual gratification depends on suffering, physical pain and humiliation gained from despair, deprivation, and degradation. The perpetrator can be others or it can be self inflicted. Unfortunately, masochists are known to find pleasure in self denial and emotional pain.

I can relate on a spiritual level because sexual masochism is like self imposed martyrdom… I ignorantly assumed that I was suffering for Christ.” Notwithstanding, like a spiritual masochists, a sensual, carnal thrill was obtainable through believing that I was more righteous than they because I was faithfully doing God’s will. What a shock to find out after more than two decades, that “God never sent me there for ANY reason.” He simply used what the enemy meant for evil for my personal and spiritual good, so that I could be used by Him to help others “help themselves!” Nevertheless, as one who was “addicted,” I never wanted to leave that Whore on my own so God made HER PUT ME OUT!!!!”

The enemy is planning on using your ‘addiction’ to religion and churchianity against you in these endtimes. If you can’t come clean and effectively ‘detox’ , the enemy will keep a foothold in you. If you have ANYTHING in you that wants fame, fortune, popular acceptance, and approval, the enemy has yet another foothold in you. If you love attention, there is another one. If you love suffering, there is another one. if you love drama, there is another one.

Just know that the more you continue in your detox from religion, the more you pursue truth, the more you will realize that your journey will NOT be popular. When you leave your religion behind, you WILL lose friendships…THAT’S A FACT. Some may be more surprising than others. MOST people are not interested in TRUTH. MOST people worship their religion so deeply, that they have no desire or respect for the truth. They wanna hear what makes them feel good. You will find that you cannot share what you are learning with everyone in your life…not your parents, not your siblings, not your friends, and sometimes not even your spouse. Why? Because not everyone is READY for the truth, and quite frankly, not everyone is meant to know the truth. You cannot force it on a person. You cannot MAKE them believe you. You cannot make them see that the religion they are in is not of God, but instead a bunch of religious lies from the enemy. NO. You have got to leave that up to the Holy Ghost to open their eyes and show them. It is NOT your job to convince anyone of the truth.

Yet Pam Sheppard Ministries was enlisted by God to help and guide you on your detox journey with books, videos, articles, correspondence courses, telephone counseling, coaching and deliverance, group fellowship, bible studies, sermons and more!

Reflexions on Deliverance and Demonic Manifestations By Pam Sheppard

30 Sep

I no longer consider myself a deliverance minister within the general expectations of the Christian world.  In fact, I only use the title for want of a better keyword to fit the requirements of Internet search engines.  Since 1983 with my first deliverance, I have developed a skeptical sense about what is actually going on within deliverance ministry circles. What has been proven to me particularly within the last decade is that evil spirits love deliverance ministry because it provides them with unique and almost unlimited opportunities to communicate and “put on a show of theatrics with their various “manifestations.”

For example, take Catholic exorcisms.  With all the demonic teachings like the deification of both Mary and the saints, how could a Catholic cast out demons, as both are a part of the same kingdom and as the Lord stated, “Satan does not cast out Satan.” So logically speaking, how can holy water when scattered on a captive  bring about a response of agony coupled with horrendous groans and howls, as if the demons are affected by water blessed by a Catholic priest?  Such acting on the part of evil spirits should earn them an Academy Award.  For Catholicism as it stands does not have  power over Satan or any fallen angels or demons under the devil’s  command.  Therefore, a demonically inspired religion does not impress  me to believe that holy water has any power over demons and therefore the “over the top” manifestations are theatrical at best.

In general, what I have discovered is that the more an evil spirit is able to speak through a captive and move the captive’s body parts, the more in control that spirit is. What follows is a probability that that spirit is not coming out very easy. Oh it may pretend to leave but it has not been cast out.  This is yet another aspect of their theatrics.  Most evil spirits know how to fake a deliverance.

So as a rule of thumb, I do not cast out demons until I am familiar with the captive and his or her issues. During this stage, my most useful weapon  is the application of truth by overthrowing  all preconceived notions, assumptions, false religious doctrine and practices, as well as challenging the captive’s tendency toward passivity.

Once I confront the spirits, if there are no manifestations, then I consider the possibility that:

1. There are no demons in the captive and that the symptoms represent outside oppression  or

2. The captive is oppressed by a fallen angel and not a demon or

3. The demon is clever enough to hide or “play possum.”

In all three cases, deliverance counseling is the option of choice.

However, if there ARE manifestations, then I have to consider that

1.the evil spirits are playing games or

2. The spirit knows it will prevail because it has legal rights so  it becomes bold and boastful with the manifestations, or

3. The evil spirit will pretend to go.

Nevertheless, I guard against labeling the oppressed as there are no real blueprints.  Every deliverance counseling session unfolds it its own individual fashion.  I am am simply not impressed by either the lack of demonic  manifestations or conversely,  spirits desiring to use the captive as a channel to speak to me.

In either case, I will not entertain a conversation with evil spirits.  In fact, I will not allow these beings to speak.
