Narcissism—The Fruit Parasite

We see how the riches and the world choke the word in the parables mentioned by the Lord. The similar effect is manifest with narcissists trying to bear Christian fruit. Only narcissism works as a crop parasite, that is hard to see at first inside the crop, but overtime the crops are half destroyed by the infection. Narcissism—the fruit parasite.

Jesus Himself gave us attitudes and characteristics of those who belong to Him. And these attitudes and characteristics are traits of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, our Lord.

What you will see is that these godly traits are so contrary to narcissism, it explains why narcissists can’t bear fruit unless they repent.

First of all, to bear spiritual fruit you must be born again. The carnal soul, although having good in it, can’t bear the fruit that remains which Jesus talked about with His disciples, “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain.”

Having humility as a Christian, should be a lasting consistent characteristic. The example of humility was Jesus Himself:

“Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.”

We see humble people with a “low mind.” They aren’t really thinking ABOUT themselves. Whether they think good things or bad things, their mind is not dwelling on themselves but on God and on others. And, they are “esteeming” others more than they esteem themselves.

HUMBLE people do nothing out of conceit. Even good things. They don’t care for attention, and they are NOT seeking validation from anyone. Many times narcissists will DO GOOD THINGS as a show to validate themselves and to others that they are not as evil as they really are.

And let me reconnect the point I made earlier about fruit that remains, if you are born again, and one day you seem humble, then the next day you are offended by criticism, and then humble again, and then you bash other people and bring others down, and then humble, and then you cross so many boundaries…

YES, the flesh and Spirit are contrary and war against one another. YES, we still have our flesh after getting born again. But, if time goes by, and there is no progress, there is not consist fruit, then something is wrong, as Paul said:

“But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”

Now, something that narcissists have is called “magical thinking.” Magically thinking is a dramatic, fairy tale, beautiful exaggerated mindset. Narcissists deceive themselves with this mindset because they think they have beautiful godly fruit when they really don’t.

But, life in the Spirit, even as babes, there is still fruit that eventually naturally comes to the light.

We talked about humility, but another fruit of the Spirit is love.

Christian love is not always an emotional experience. It’s not this grand visionary idea, as Paul taught to the Corinthians. It’s a simple living reality.

The center “fruit of fruits” is love for another, because of the love that Christ has for all those who are His. This love is quiet, natural, sometimes it seems hidden and then suddenly you feel it come to the surface.

This love is also intelligent and understanding. It knows the boundaries of other people. And does not offend. This love is not subject to “great works of love” as Paul said: “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.” But, this love is long suffering, and does not envy.

Really, the character behind love is care and compassion. The Spirit of Christ molds you into a caring and compassionate person. Not for the world, but for GOD’S PEOPLE! The question is not if you can love and care for the lowlifes of the world: it is DO YOU ACTUALLY CARE FOR GOD’S PEOPLE? This is NOT just in promises and words, this is in DEED and TRUTH.

Remember that word envy? Well, the 10th commandment says THOU SHALL NOT COVET ANYTHING OF THY NEIGHBOR!!

Narcissist are deeply envious and covet what other people have, whether materially, or just an aspect of a person. And because of this, they will say and do negative things to bring others down to lift up their ego from its threatened state.

Christians are not envious because we have learned the secret of contentment in which Paul reveals,

“Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

To me, “abase and abound” doesn’t just include material things. To me it can also mean flaws in appearance and character, weaknesses…in other words Christians should be very secure, confident people who embrace all their flaws because God has embraced them with all their flaws, and He is the One who can fix all flaws!

You should now see, in the examples of Christian fruit how the flaws of narcissism will destroy that fruit.

We saw with humility narcissists destroy that with their constant thinking of themselves.

We saw with love narcissists destroy that with their lack of compassion and care, envy, and ambition.

But there are more that need to be addressed:

Narcissists are exploiters. Or “predator like.” When they see someone who will bend to their desires, who can easily be manipulated, who are not so strong willed, they exploit. Exploitation simply means TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!

Whereas Christians NEVER would take advantage of someone’s vulnerability BUT PROTECT IT!!!!

Another thing they do is they have no sense of boundaries. They don’t realize people are independent, and have their own life. They think their life is the only life that exists. Their plans, their agenda, their schedule, their lifestyle is the only one. So, narcissists will cross over lines all the time because of this fact. They just don’t realize you have a life since they are too absorbed in their own. They see people as extensions of themselves and not individuals.

Christians ARE EXTREMELY AWARE that other people HAVE LIVES. We are not clingy and NEEDY people. We don’t cross boundaries because we don’t interrupt and interfere with other people’s affairs and plans. We ALLOW people to be individuals!!

And lastly shame. Narcissists hate the feeling of shame. They hate being put on the spot, being wrong, being seen as wrong. They will protect their shame at all costs, even if it means shaming others.

CHRISTIANS HAVE ZERO SHAME BECAUSE THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH HAS WASHED AWAY ALL OUR SHAME!!! BY THE GRACE OF HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED!!!!

The narcissist needs to repent if they have any hope of bearing the fruits of the Spirit. If they have any chance of having and receiving a crown.

“Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”

The narcissist need to get out of the magical thinking and see the evil that they are— and become poor in spirit and MOURN. Mourn not because they feel ashamed, but because they have genuinely hurt people. Mourn because they have caused pain and suffering in the lives of other people.

Jesus Christ of Nazareth is fully able to change a narcissist and the traits of narcissism because of what He did at the cross and His resurrection. Nothing is too difficult for Him.

The amount of truth the narcissist accepts about themselves, is the amount of freedom they will receive. If they continue to have a “magical” view of themself, then repentance will do no justice and they will remain a narcissist…

The Return of Christ: Glorified Bodies

One of Exodus Internet Church’s missions is to edify the people of God in the last days. As human beings, the lens thru which we gaze out into the world is colored by the various responsibilities we are beholden to here in our life on earth. Whether that be jobs and careers, family life, friendships and relationships, there is always something that requires our immediate attention and efforts.

Yet as children of God we are called to look beyond that. Because we are inheritors of eternal life and the new birth. Life rendered onto us by the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of God. We are blessed to be in these times because the return of the Lord God is imminent; we will get to witness firsthand the second coming of Jesus Christ and live with Him as He rules the earth. We are living in the very times that saints throughout time and history have wondered about since the onset of the church of Christ.

The return of the Lord brings with it another glorious centerpiece promised to us by our God: the redemption of our bodies.

“And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope, we were saved.” – Romans 8:23-24

Many of you reading this have either received the new birth or are waiting for it. And for those who have it, you march on the narrow path of salvation strengthening your soul and exercising Godly knowledge to become more Christlike. And for those of you who wait, you chisel away at your soul thru counsel and edification so that you may better yourself in preparation for the second birth. We are grateful for this life that God has given us.

But there’s more to come. The redemption of our bodies is something we will only experience when Christ comes back and rewards us with them. However, we have some information available to us that allows us to glean some insight into what having those bodies will be like.

The Spiritual Forefathers: Adam and Eve

It has recently come to the attention of the ministry to peruse the ancient texts, meaning texts that were not added to the Word of God for various reasons. Two of these books are the first and second Books of Adam and Eve.

The first and second Books of Adam and Eve are texts detailing what the first two saints went thru after being banished from the Garden of Eden. In them we see a number of things that are as relevant to being in Christ as ever such as: the consequence of sin, contending with Satan, putting our faith in God to see us thru difficulties as well as the creation of marriage so that the line of David would be established, paving the way for the first coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

As I read thru the text my attention was caught by the suffering of Adam. Because you see, Adam and Eve are the only saints who had glorified and perfect bodies in the presence of God, only to lose them. All the other saints who received those bodies were resurrected when Christ was on earth, when He resurrected the saints of old on the same day He was resurrected (Matthew 27:51-53). And we now await the same bodies. Everyone else outside of Adam, Eve and the Lord Jesus Christ were born in deadness of sin.

There are a number of details in the text that are crucial to getting an understanding of what having those bodies will actually be like.

Characteristics of Glorified Bodies

Adam details the weaknesses he experienced after being cast out the garden in the text:

“While I was in the garden I knew neither heat, nor fatigue, neither transience, nor trembling, nor fear; but now since I came to this land, all this affliction has come over me.” Adam and Eve 22:3

And God tells Adam about other changes to his body:

“Adam, when you were in My garden, you knew neither eating nor drinking, faintness nor suffering, leanness of flesh, nor change; neither did sleep depart from your eyes. But since you transgressed and came into this strange land all these trails have come over you.” – Adam and Eve 35:2

What this tells us is that all of these limitations of the human body will not even be a factor when the Lord Jesus Christ gives us our new bodies!

No more tiredness, lack of sleep, fear, dependence on food and water for us. The biggest word in the text is probably transience, also known as the state of something being temporary, meaning we will be immortal.

Tell me, if we are immortal and have glorified bodies, do you think we will have sicknesses? I don’t think so. No more disease and sickness, sensitivity to heat and cold, so on and so forth. Just immortality and strength at all times. My friends in Christ, all of these tiny factors weakening our bodies and affecting our quality of life that we barely even think of will be a thing of the past.

This is part of the beauty and glory of what it means to be a Christian. That we have such knowledge. That we can adopt an eternal mindset and look forward to and have faith in the good things that the Lord God has promised all of us.

And yet, that is not even the whole of it. Adam goes on to detail how his emotions and spiritual life were affected by sin:

“Forgive us our offense and our sin, and look at us with Your eye of mercy. For when we were in the garden our praises and our hymns went up before you without ceasing. But when we came into this strange land, pure praise was no longer ours, nor righteous prayer, nor understanding hearts, nor sweet thoughts, nor wise judgement, nor long discernment, nor upright feelings, neither was our bright nature left within us. But our body is changed from the likeness in which it was at first when we were created.” – Adam and Eve 23:7

It has been determined that the body and the mind are interconnected. The bodies will not only affect our physical capabilities, but our emotional and spiritual ones as well!

These characteristics of pure praise, righteous prayer, understanding hearts, sweet thoughts, wise judgement, discernment, upright feelings and a bright nature are invaluable. Think of the implications of this for both our relationships with God and each other as children of God.

Pure praise and righteous prayer mean a stronger and perfect fellowship with God as we approach Him in a manner most pleasing to him.

We will better understand each other as friends in Christ because our hearts will be full of understanding, as well as having sweet thoughts and wise judgements toward one another. The implications of such traits means that the petty squabbles, hurt feelings, miscommunications that hurt friendships, being turned off by another, conflict and strife with our fellow people will not even be a thing in God’s new world for us.

To have upright feelings and a bright nature means to be filled with love and everlasting life in Christ. It is my strong belief that saints will be united and have wonderful fellowship with each other without the pettiness or harshness that we sometimes exhibit on each other. Perfect harmony and peace in God will be part of the new life!

Finally, it is written in the text that Adam and Eve could see into the spirit before their bodies were altered, as they would witness angels praising the Lord God in the heavens regularly. This means that when Christ returns and gives us our bodies, we will be able to see beautiful, heavenly and Godly things with our very eyes.

Our Bodies Made like Christ’s

“But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like His glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself” – Philippians 3:20-21

To have our bodies made like Christ’s brings on even more glory to God. My friends, I can tell you that when I got born again, I had a vision of Christ. I was in a golden field of flowers, where the flowers were sparkling so brilliantly it was like they were more perfect than the purest gold.

And I looked into the field and saw a robed Figure Whose glory filled existence with perfection as I witnessed it in the spirit. He was invincible. I could tell that nothing could hurt Christ. And in His essence was pure kindness, joy, glory, majesty, mercy, grace and love.

Nothing in this world is perfect. The most we can do is create a standard in some activity and call that standard perfect, but real perfection does not exist in this life, especially not in people.

Yet I witnessed perfection in God when I was born again. If our bodies are to be like Christ’s as the scriptures tell us, what unimaginable glory awaits us?

I did not want to come back from the land I was in. It is good to know that such things are a sign of our future, as the Lord God will give us our new bodies and establish His new kingdom on earth.

Come Lord Jesus, back to earth for the glory of God and render onto your saints the glorified bodies that have been promised. The completion of our hope in the things to come under the Lord God!

Discerning of Spirits: Is It God or the Devil?

What seems heavenly may be a snare from the devil!

It was decided the other week that I would begin writing for the ministry again. I had expected this to go smoothly, as I used to write on a consistent basis last year. After going a good amount of time without much in the way of significant attacks from the enemy, I had not expected him to assail me.

I was dead wrong in that expectation.

My last article spoke about the spirit of the antichrist, an evil spirit who acts as the antithesis to the Spirit of Christ that dwells within born again children of God. I have noticed that when something good happens in my life, often by the grace of God, that the enemy is right around the corner to try and down me after experiencing victory and peace in the Lord.

The Enemy Poses as God in Dreams

The same night where I had correspondence with Pastor Pam on what to write about, I readied for bed. Yet a strange happening occurred. I sat in bed when it seemed like things around me got foggy and dim, as in, existence itself got dark and blurry. It was spiritual in nature and I found it strange, then went to sleep where I dreamt.

I used to be in the Marine Corps. I have had dreams before where military life is used as symbolism, both by God and the devil. In the first dream, I found myself on the first floor of a school, roaming the halls, as if I was skipping class. Up on the second floor, I could hear one of my old sergeants, Sergeant Moore, speaking.

“I’m worried about George’s progress in class,” she said.

I remember Sergeant Moore. She was one of my best sergeants. I could hear how much she cared in her voice, which was consistent with her character as she had always gone out of her way to check on me when we served together. She was a woman who was brave, kind, intelligent, strong-willed and unintimidated by any circumstance. Sergeant Moore represented a reliable and loving leader in the spirit.

I walked up the stairs and went to attend her class after hearing her and saw her in the hallway. She sneered at me.

“Well, look who decided to show up after skipping class!” Her voice bellowed this time and was mighty as she mocked me.

I found myself in the classroom taking a test, where I hid the answers and had a second test on top of it, cheating and hiding my answers.

She shouted, “And he was doing so well, too!” I could feel the disappointment in her voice.

I woke up and interpreted the dream as Sergeant Moore representing God telling me that I was not applying myself to learning in the spirit, because classrooms represent spiritual growth in dreams.

The next night, I experienced the same dimness around me. I slept and found myself in a warehouse, a similar work environment that I have experienced in the natural realm. As I was working, a manager came up to me, stirred with anger so great that steam was fuming out of his head. He was telling me about all he did for his workers and every step he took to optimize their working conditions, and that I was messing it all up.

I woke up and interpreted the dream as similar to the first one, though with this one suggesting that I was being used to frustrate the work of the ministry.

I slept again the next night and found myself in a bus with a few passengers on a draw bridge. The bus crept up to right before the bridge split open, then backed up. Then, it roared forward and sent us diving off the bridge into the core of the earth, splitting open and sending us to hell. A city where instead of oxygen in the air, there were instead flames and lava.

I awoke and was cautious. These dreams had come in straight succession and I wondered if they were designed to create urgency in me. I went about my life.

As I went about my business, I peered into the spirit. And I saw a shadowy demon who has stalked me throughout my life, breathing and glaring at me. I would sometimes see a huge bull, ugly and in a position as if he was standing right next to me.

The Difference Between God & Satan

I took all these experiences to Pastor Pam and it was revealed that they were dreams designed to get me to fear and make me ineffectual.

Because my fear is not of the devil or any of his wiles, but of the Lord. The thought of God being disappointed, angry or thinking that I was a roadblock to His work was what I really feared and the enemy used it against me.

Since I had thought the first two dreams were from God, it actually stressed me out and made me doubt myself in a serious way because I did not want to do anything that would be displeasing to God.

Seeing the demon was an intimidation tactic, sending a message posing the question of, ‘if you can see me so easily, are you truly right with God?’ The whole week had been a barrage of assaults launched by the devil against me during a pivotal time where I wanted to sit down, lock in and do work for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Beyond that, the evidence that it was from the enemy was that the dreams were condemning in nature. I can tell you from experience that the Lord will lovingly correct His children for their betterment in a gentle, tender way that is sometimes even humorous.

I’ve learned that when analyzing a spiritual occurrence, that one’s emotions must be looked at. Are you feeling condemned, accused or even shamed? That’s the devil. God chastises those He loves for the nourishment of their soul and spirit, to make them more Christlike. Satan accuses those he hates.

As I said, when God moves, the enemy will often be right around the corner to counteract. This links back to my writing about the spirit of the antichrist versus the Spirit of God and how they interact with the children of God. I was fortunate to have Pastor Pam counsel me on these things, and it was good that I brought them to her. Revealing subjects that may be difficult to face is pivotal and key to spiritual growth and progress in counseling.

Discerning good from evil is a skill that takes time to develop, even a lifetime, but things worked out for the good of the Lord. I was reassured to stay the path of righteousness and service to God.

How to Recognize a False Conversion: Testimony of “Anonymous”

So as to why i contacted you Pastor Pam, and to let you  know a bit about myself. I spent a good portion of last night watching Pastor Pam’s YouTube videos and was struck by many of the exposing statement about the kundalini being at work in the church and its ties to false signs and wonders. As well as having some connection to what you termed spirit rape….to back up a bit to start with what was my first touch or encounter with the Lord.

I was raised in a church and religion free home so i had no knowledge or concept of god really leading up to my conversion. But about 2 months before this encounter a man at my work told me that god loved me unconditionally and gave me a bible. I heard what he said but had no faith for this god or his goodness. fast forward 2 months on a one Friday evening I went and smoked some pot, ate some taco bell and spent about an hour or so in my truck contemplating the universe and its vastness. Trying to reconcile in my mind how it had all come to be and how \ this planet is suspended in this great space by unseen forces and the reality that it is all just to big to take in. After this I drove home to my parents house to go to bed. While walking towards my room I was just stopped by this small wooden cross on the wall with jesus standing in a robe with his hands raised. You know risen jesus not the broken body version. Anyhow while gazing at those little wooden eyes I felt this warmth fall on me and I started to weep…..

i then immediately looked in my room and saw that bible under my bed, that i had been given 2 months earlier. So I went and opened it. It opened to Matthew 5 the beatitudes. 5 was my number in sports and Matthew being my name, I was captivated. As i started to read the words of jesus the warmth over me turned to this electricity moving up and down my body which turned in me crying uncontrollably and eventually saying i love you out of my mouth because the experience just felt so unbelievably good. I knew I was being touched by an invisible force and the closest word i had to the emotion of it was love. I felt loved.

My tears subsided and I quickly fell asleep under this heavy warm blanket presence of peace. I awoke not 3 hours later, as I had an early shift on sat. morning. When i hoped in my truck i noticed my radio was not on the cd I was listening to on the way home. But instead the first lyrics i heard playing where from the song kiss of heaven .”I’m walking a new walk, I won’t be the same again” . As I heard those words I knew they where true and I cried my eyes out almost all day in this realization that God is so very real! And that he had touched me! I cried when the sun came up, i had never seen it with the new eyes i felt i had been given. Like I was seeing with my heart. So something happened for sure …….

Yeah so as to repentance, which at the time I had no vocabulary for it, but immediately lost my desire to smoke pot. I felt convicted for the first time about my sexual relations, and even my foul language.

I didn’t yet have any revelation of the cross or my sinfulness. i just felt loved and whole. and I started to have an inner dialogue with who I thought was God……..

I did have a lot of joy and energy. i wept because it dawned on me that god had designed at the things about our earth and universe. It just overwhelmed me. i was in awe of the design and beauty for the first time.

I used the word conviction. but it was more like i no longer had a desire for pot or swearing, but with the sex i just somehow knew it was wrong in the way i had been having it without commitment. and this was all just kind of in my mind when i woke up. The next few weeks after that experience were full of ah ha moments like that. my mind was just undergoing this big perspective shift

it wasn’t until, maybe 2 weeks later that i reconnected with the guy that gave me the bible, and turns out had been praying for my salvation for almost 4 years, that i was asked the question ” do you believe Jesus died for your sins?” I answered “Yes!” he was super surprised that all of this stuff I’m telling you had happened so hands off on his part. He recognized the drastic change in me and became a very supportive friend of mine. still is today

obviously we are now talking some 12 years later and I did not continue on in this blissful state but started to attend a church as I was excited to find others who were enjoying this sweet revelation of God and his goodness. It was all that long after this that I fell back into old patterns of behavior and lost touch with the spiritual relationship that I had begun with.

As I kept, so to speak, pursuing the spiritual high that I first encountered. I increased my religious intensity and activity. I quit hanging out with my former friends as we had little in common anymore. I started to attend many churches. The seeker friendly ones, pentecostal churches, non-denominational. I was striving to keep my passion alive. I ended up quitting my work because i believed that god had spoken to me that i was to quit my work and trust him for my provision. This was a hard pill to swallow for me. I was always very self-reliant. I then went through a two-year period of fasting food almost every other day with extended fasts worked. And constant bible studying and prayer…..

Yet this young man ended up the victim of spirit rape and other forms of demonic torment. 

This is a false conversion instigated by a fallen angel, Jesus Sananda Immanuel.

Here is my assessment:

When the Holy Ghost leads one to salvation and draws to the cross, He does not lead them to God as Creator but to God as the sacrificial Lamb of God.

The person will first experience his own sinful nature as separation from God. That is the conviction the bible speaks of. He will experience himself as lost and needing a savior. Then,when he turns toward the cross, he may weep over how God Himself took his sins on that cross, suffered and died for him.

Once born again, that person will instantly feel clean, new, like he had never sinned before. He will also feel forgiven. This state of being turns weeping to unspeakable joy. He feels washed, cleansed,brand new with no thought of sin.

This person reports  almost the opposite. He felt awe for God as creator, wept for that recognition and not for himself as a sinner, and God as the sacrifice. Then he see his sins and not that his sins have been forgotten by God, but he reports that he uses flesh own flesh to deal with his sins.

Because of the pot smoking and the meditation, a doorway of communication was opened to the fake Jesus, an imposter called Jesus Sananda Immanuel.

One other important thing. I do not hear any emphasis on the resurrection in your testimony.

Though not providing details, any one who is spirit raped is not saved.  The enemy has no authority or access like that to a born again Christian.

 

There has been an MO that the fake Jesus uses, as a pattern has developed with testimonies of people Sananda has approached. Sananda  typically  draws them in with warm, gooey, loving feelings, leave them high and dry so that they then begin to start the journey of trying to pursue the fake Jesus relentlessly trying recapture those initial feelings and getting deeper into the trap of the enemy.

“Evil Faith In The Church” by Pam Sheppard

“Today, I understand very clearly what Jesus meant when He warned that it is a perverse generation that seeks after a sign. Within the nature of perverse human flesh, a sign seeker is rebellious, disobedient, stubborn and ultimately “wicked” because God’s people are to walk by faith and not by sight.

To allow the devil to validate our God is itself “perverse.” In like manner, the problem for those who are caught up in deliverance is that they use demonic manifestations as signs to confirm their faith. Simply put, they believe in “good” based upon the fact that they see and experience evil. This is an offense to God because He expects His people to believe in Him because HE IS, not because we see the Creator through the manifestations of the creature,— Satan, or his demons and fallen angels.

Evil faith is also manifested when we believe a sign, wonder or message that a religious demon or fallen angel sent to us. For example, I was shown that a particular man was meant to be my husband. I had no interest in him on a natural level, yet evil faith acted as the substance to me building up an attraction, simply because I was in a hurry to have a man for the usual reasons. I married this man. but for the grace of God I could be dead by now.

“Beware of Angels In The Church” by Pam Sheppard

“SOME WANT TO BELIEVE THAT GOD’s angels are the good spirits, that minister to believers by bringing them messages and guiding their lives. Certainly, The angels are “sent forth to minister to the heirs of salvation” (Heb. 1: 14), but not to take the place of Christ or the Holy Spirit. The Apocalypse seems to show that this ministration of angels to the saints on earth, is a ministration of war in the spiritual realm, against the forces of Satan; but there is little indication given of ministry in any other way. After the first Advent, when there was great angelic activity over the wondrous event of the Father bringing the “Firstborn” of the new race (Rom. 8: 29) into the inhabited earth (Heb. 1: 6, R.V.); and again at the Advent of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost to begin His work of forming a Body like unto the Risen Head–and during the early years of the Church–the employment of angels in direct and visible communication with believers, seems to give way to the work and ministry of the Holy Spirit.(Jessie Penn-Lewis)

The entire work of witnessing to Christ, and leading the Church into all truth, has been committed to the Holy Spirit. Therefore all intervention of “angels,” or audible voices from the spiritual realm, claiming to be from God, may be taken as counterfeits of Satan, whose supreme object is to substitute the working of his own wicked spirits in the place of God. In any case, it is best and safest in these days of peril to keep in the path of faith and reliance upon the Holy Spirit of God, working through the word of God.

“Rejection In The Church” by Pam Sheppard

Two Main Reactions to Rejection: Fear and Pride
“Both fear and pride are present in differing degrees when the flesh responds to rejection. Parental influences, environmental factors as well as familiar spirits assigned to our family lines determine which reaction takes precedence.

Since rejection is a denial of both acceptance, understanding, mutual respect and love, some turn to the safety of their imaginations where they are in control. In the process, they become their own god where they control life events to the desired outcome. This happens a lot in romantic relationships.

The pride reaction to rejection is to respond with rebellion, mocking, accusation,and counter rejection.

Now, here is the deal.

I don’t agree with the deliverance ministry teaching that there is a demon called rejection. So I don’t waste time trying to cast out a spirit of rejection. How we react to rejection is a thing of the flesh.

What I believe happens is that the enemy will set us up to be rejected. Then when we react with either fear or pride, we open ourselves up to demonic infiltration. Why? Because fear brings torment and pride goes before a fall. Also, God resists the proud.

So the enemy’s camp uses rejection to torment the fearful and cause the proud to fall without God’s intervention.

“Spiritual Discernment in 2012” by Pam Sheppard

I have been saved, born again since Monday— March 29, 1977 at about 4pm. Yet, once I wrote the book “the Fake Jesus” about 5 years ago, I found myself cleaning out my own temple from the deceptive influence of Sananda, Ashtar and perhaps other so-called ascended masters. You see, this book connects the dots between the church system, the new age movement and the ascended masters, aka the fallen angels. I discovered in retrospect that once the demons lost me to the One True God, they immediately set out to derail His plan for my life. Through dreams and other supernatural experiences, I was deceived on many levels for almost three decades..For 3 years BEFORE I was saved, I was steeped in the occult. I also had healing powers and I was able to see into the future through astrology and other means. Once saved, my occult powers carried over into Christianity without my knowledge primarily because I was ignorant of Satan’s devices. I’ve learned a lot about the enemy in 38 years!

When you examine EVERYTHING, you are actually resisting the devil and he shall flee from you, IF YOU PRESS ON!.

Whether in ignorance or by design, when a person has made an appeal to Satan’s services by either a formal pact or an informal agreement, that person has unwittingly submitted himself to the powers of darkness.. When signs, wonders and strange religious practices that did not emanate from the Holy Ghost are accepted as divine, a spiritual invitation is made to the fake Jesus. Without hesitation, the fake Jesus pushes his way through the doors of your soul. . My testimony is too long for one blog. However for the sake of the subject matter at hand, I can testify that I was one who ignorantly made an informal pact with the fake Jesus by not properly severing ALL of my ties to my pre-conversion practices of occultism and mediumship.

Through presumption, I assumed that once saved, ALL of my occultic practices of the past were behind me, since I had burned all of my astrology and occultic books in 1983. My personal testimony is a classic example of how the fake Jesus can fool a true Christian by deception, capitalizing on its target’s ignorance of certain spiritual matters. Hosea’s word continues to ring true.(Hosea 4:6) God’s elect are overwhelmingly deceived and if we are not careful, ultimately destroyed by a lack of knowledge of how “all spiritual manifestations are NOT from God!”Another reason why I share various aspects of my own personal testimony is to give you hope and confidence that the principalities and the powers of heaven shall not win. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony and I am an overcomer.

Here is just one of several examples. I received tongues at a meeting held in Albany New York through the ministry of the late Kenneth Hagin. Hagin is really the founder of the word of faith movement as it is operating today. I have no idea whether or not Hagin was a false prophet or a deceived one. I simply look around as I view Charismania, and I know Hagin by his fruits. Anyway, I never truly embraced the way that I received tongues because it had no resemblance to the way the early church received this gift as revealed in the book of Acts. Yet, I grew to speak prolifically, at my own will, what charismatics call in “a prayer language.”

The reason why I have not been convinced about tongues is that for 25 years, I was not able to find a bona-fide interpreter, nor was I able to interpret myself. So I ask, “Where are the interpreters?” The Holy Ghost does not expect me to throw away my commonsense. If I have prayed off and on for decades to receive the gift of interpretation of tongues as Paul suggests that we all do, 25 years passed and I still found no one, including myself to interpret my “prayer language”, good sense suggested to me that the tongue that I received in 1983 is not from God. So if it is not from God, then who did it come from?

Well, its obvious. It didn’t come from me. I suspect that it came from one of the Ascended Masters, perhaps Sananda or Ashtar. What would be the reason for the demons to desire to imitate tongues? Well, if we don’t know what we are saying when we speak in an “unknown” tongue, we could very possibly be used by demonic beings to “decree and declare” that their will, purposes and agenda be done on earth, rather than that of the will of the Father of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the One, True and Only Creator–the one that Lucifer rebelled against in the first place.
I have been involved in almost all of what is passing itself off today as emanating from the Holy Ghost. Early on, I was groaning and weeping in very strange ways beginning in 1979.. Kenneth Copeland provided me with the explanation that I was looking for, confirming to me that my strange experience was a manifestation of intercessory prayer. Kenneth taught that the strange weeping and groaning that I did was a sacrificial work for the lost and the bound, emanating in travail from the Holy Ghost. TD Jakes and his “wailing women” seminars concur with Copeland. So Copeland, Jakes and others had me convinced that God was using my travail to break yokes and bondages, ie. setting captives free. Since I believed that the Holy Ghost was using me to intercede, it is only natural that I held on to this strange work.

My mind was certainly unfruitful when I travailed and so often I tried to guess the reason behind it. I convinced myself that much of my groaning and weeping was for sinning preachers to repent. If so, it did not work. They just kept on sinning. I also laughed wildly in the spirit before I even heard of Hagin and Brown’s practice of what is called “holy laughter.”. My laughter was different, as I believed that the Holy Ghost was using me to laugh at the devil. When I laughed, I cried also. I found several scriptures to support my style of holy laughter and so I never tried this phenomena to see if it be of God. I just assumed that it was. The only supernatural experiences that I have not personally experienced is holy dance and shouting, African-American style. Perhaps that is because I have no cultural background in the South and I was not raised in an African-American Church or any church. In other words, holy dancing was not a part of my ancestral upbringing.

Furthermore, even though demons could no longer “step into me and speak,” some of my mediumistic traits DID survive my conversion. Nevertheless, when a counterfeit was exposed by the Holy Ghost in recent years, I have been duty bound to remove it by repenting and disavowing it. For example, I could heal BEFORE I was converted. I sucked pain out of people with my hands, particularly my left hand, BEFORE I was converted—proof that my healing gift was mediumistic and not charismatic, NOT OF THE HOLY GHOST.

Once I realized that my healing gift was tainted, I have made every effort not to touch anyone unless I am sure that I am being led by God to do so. I know today that more was required. I have come to the conclusion that my healing gift was not from God and therefore I vehemently repented, rebuked, resisted and renounced it. Perhaps the Lord will give me the true gift of healing from the Holy Ghost. Perhaps not. I just kept on cleaning house as I press toward the mark of my high calling and truth flooded down upon me like rivers of living waters.. I resisted the devil and he fled from me.

Here is another example of my occultic powers influencing my Christian service. Since I could see into the future through astrology and through dreams BEFORE I was converted, I had never learned the absolute necessity of trying the spirits to see if they be of God. As I look back over my Christian journey, some of my most significant dreams of future events that actually transpired were sent by the Fake Jesus. I see now with a clarity that I have never had before. The fake Jesus uses counterfeits of the Holy Ghost as “a hook.” Whenever I receive information of a futuristic nature in a dream about people I know, I rebuked the spirit of divination. Now I rarely hear from this demon.

In the last seven years, when the Lord wants me to know the future, I just “KNOW IT.” Very quietly. Don’t have to see a thing. I walk in faith these days and I don’t have a need of knowing the future as I once did. I soberly remember the Lord’s warning: A PERVERSE NATION SEEKS AFTER A SIGN! So, yes, I can admit without reservation that I myself have been deceived by the fake Jesus, and it has taken all of 30 years to get clean. There is evidence that I am completely clean but seriously speaking, I can’t yet say that I am absolutely certain. I wait on the Lord for Him to expose what may yet need to be uncovered.

How do I feel as a dedicated believer in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Only and True Begotten Son of God who has been deceived by the Fake Jesus for decades? Do I feel like a failure,–fooled frustrated, faithless ? Bamboozled, run a muck? To that, I must say, emphatically NOOOOOOOO! I am joyous, relieved that real truth has truly revived me and I am free at last!!!! .And I declare, ” BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!!!

You see, in my relentless search for truth, the Holy Ghost has granted me the wisdom to deny all mediumistic gifts once He has exposed them to me. However, He would not expose them to me until I was willing to humble myself, In 2012, I strongly recommend that all my readers humble themselves. To begin the process the first step involves questioning every significant supernatural experience that you have had since you believe you were saved, including your conversion experience. I would not recommend this step to you, if I did not take my own advice. Having been there and done that, I am pleased to report that the quality and consistency of the wisdom that I have received in the last seven years as compared to the previous 27 years, is truly beyond comparison. And the wisdom of God just keeps on coming.

If you have been in the occult, you were in the hands of the fake Jesus. Once you became saved, the fake Jesus assigned a religious demon to you to attempt to make your Christian journey unfruitful. Marriage: Divine or Legal: Can’t Be Both!

Have you ever wondered why you have to go to the government through local city halls to have a legitimate marriage? I know of a situation where the pastor deliberately neglected to sign and deliver the marriage license papers to City Hall, after solemnizing a $20,000 wedding in his church, where the bride (his daughter, by the way) and the groom repeated their vows, supposedly in the holy place called “church.” It was not until the happy couple decided to seek a divorce that they found out that their “marriage” never occurred in the eyes of the law, in spite of the vows they made in church. Seems Daddy knew best. However, Daddy Pastor did not anticipate yet another problem. The children conceived of this church marriage without an official license were illegitimate and had no legal rights.

So is marriage a divine sacrament? Not if the state is in control of it!!!

So then, what about God and gays? The first sex act between a same-sex gender couple broke the laws of God, similar to the sex act between heterosexuals, yet the bride wore white! Marriage is ruled by the state and not by the church ceremony. You have to go to the state to be married and to the state to get a divorce. The church is “ceremonial” only. Gays don’t need the church to be married. Let them go to City Hall for both the license and the ceremony for God has nothing to do with ANY of it.

So——- Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s. I agree with President Obama but not for the same reasons. I agree with Rev. Jessie Jackson and some of the black clergy, but not nearly for the same reasons. That’s the way of politics. You can come to the same conclusions based upon opposite or non-related reasons.

So be it.
